I want to commend Saeed and the other staff who helped me purchase and stand behind the 2015 JEEP Wrangler I bought in September. They were accessible when I needed their help and on my side when I had a problem with getting repairs covered by a 3rd Party repairs warranty I purchased.
2022 Honda CR-V review
The 1st Honda I have ever purchased. The reliability, comfort, and technology are far superior to the other brands I have owned. Quiet with very little road noise, no wind noise, and can hear radio and phone calls easily.

MINI of Stevens CreekReviews
MINI of Stevens Creek review
From start to finish, my experience was like being greeted for the Grammy’s! I had an open recall on my car that they did at no charge. I pulled into the Service area, got out of the car and was greeted by Alex. He was very welcoming, and directed me to the lounge where they had complimentary coffee from a self serve state of the art coffee and espresso machine. He explained that Julisa would be coming to get me to get me checked in. Julisa is extremely personable and welcoming. She gave me the red carpet treatment from start to finish as well! After she checked me in she told me that if I wanted to go somewhere while my car was being worked on, they have a complimentary shuttle service that will take me anywhere within 5 miles. I thought that was a really nice service, and Alex drove me to the mall! Alex and I had nice a such a nice conversation and he is a very ambitious young man! When my car was ready Alex came and picked me up and took me back. Julisa went over everything with me in detail and was very thorough with explaining recommendations. She never pressured me to have the services done. They did a free bumper to bumper inspection with the service. Lupo the mechanic came to talk with me about what he recommends and was very kind and knowledgable. He also physically showed me the things he recommended. They washed my car, filled up all my fluids and checked the air filter and tires! All at no charge! I highly recommend having serviced done with them!

Came in today after looking at 3 other dealerships. I originally came in for a certified pre owned vehicle. I was greeted with a smile by Mina. We were up front on exactly what we wanted as far as a sales rep went. She hooked us up with John Modica and Andy. These two men were the dream team!! They worked together to get us an awesome deal on the dream car that I wanted. The best part is that it is BRAND NEW and the exact color I wanted. I came in with low hopes and these guys put the bar through the roof for me. These people are awesome. I definitely recommend making the drive even if you're like me and have to travel over 2 hours. It will definitely be worth your while.

Look around first so you understand that their prices can't be haggled but it is worth it. I couldn't find a single car within $1K of their price. And the quality of the car was outstanding. Easy. Great kid's corner keeps them occupied too. No pressure sales is a beautiful thing.

Love how easy the process was and even more so that it wasn’t high pressure. Every person I had interactions with during the process was super kind and patient (I’m recovering from spine surgery, a little foggy occasionally) I super appreciated being able to work with Bella on my purchase/paperwork. She’s very kind and personable. Many thanks

Bought a brand new Elantra at Hyundai of Tracy! Loved the staff, they were all amazing! Worked with a few dealers to try and find the right car and also whoever gave me the most for my trade in. They were able to beat Carmax's offer on my Buick Enclave, and overall I was super happy!!! Definitely recommend :)

I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

I got in contact with my salesman Q over the phone on Friday afternoon letting him know I would be coming in the next day and he got everything ready when I got there. I had to travel in from the Salinas Valley, so I really didn’t want my time wasted, and I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly we got to agreeable numbers. From start to finish, it was about 2 hours total. If you have bought cars, you can appreciate how fast that really is. Thank you Q and the rest of the staff for making my trip quick and easy. Thank you to the detailers who had my car shining when I got there!

Freeman ToyotaReviews
Freeman Toyota review
I just purchased a 2019 Tacoma from Freeman Toyota and every person at the dealership I dealt with was helpful, friendly and patient with my many questions and concerns, especially Manny Flores. He communicated clearly by text and phone, making sure that I had all of the information I needed to decide whether it would likely be worthwhile for me to drive for an hour to the dealership. If he didn't know the answer to the question I asked, he found out and let me know as quickly as possible. He even came into the dealership on what was supposed to be his day off to help facilitate my purchase of the truck. When the truck was fully detailed the following day, he also went above and beyond to deliver the truck to me at a time and place that was most convenient for me. After more than a month of dealing with used car salesmen at other dealerships who repeatedly misrepresented the vehicles they were selling, it was so refreshing to interact with Manny and others at Freeman Toyota. They were honest, direct, and easy going. And they liked my dog and didn't complain when she took a test drive with me! We're very happy with our 2019 Tacoma and very grateful that Freeman Toyota made the experience of buying a used vehicle not only less stressful but actually enjoyable. Thanks Manny and thanks Freeman Toyota.

I have good experience with this dealership. Pro and cons: Pro: excellent customer service. Thank you Valerie Naval. She helped me and explained everything I asked her. Cons: Car needs to be prep for sale, deep cleaning or at least check it out for anything leftover from previous owner. But Valerie offer me reimbursement for detailing my car. Most of all if you don't like your car for any reason return policy excellent with out any hidden fees, check with your salesperson for details. I would recommend Carmax to my friends .

The guys at blue diamond are exactly what people looking to purchase a vehicle want to experience! I expressed my interest in a 2014 Dodge Challenger online on a Sunday evening & Wednesday evening it was the car was parked in front of my house! And the best part was the keys in my pocket!!! Honestly the best car buying experience I’ve been part of I will definitely go back to Blue Diamond to purchase my next vehicle 100%!! Thanks Martin

Vacaville Honda review
Service dept is amazing ! Jennifer the service manager and Dominic in the service dept made replacing a transmission which was soon to to be out of warranty and easy process ! Pilot died on the grapevine four months ago and they just flushed the transmission and said it was fine . Started Giving me problems again last few Weeks and I e mailed Jennifer for help , thought it would be a huge ordeal. Nope ! She had me bring it to Dominic and two days later I drove away with a new transmission ! They truly care about their customers , and have one for life with us
