10 stars ... Tony in sales and Luis in finance always make my transaction as smooth as possible. Quick and easy to deal with which keeps me coming back every 3 years.
2023 Honda CR-V review
My 2023 Honda CR-V has been making rattling or knocking noises its very loud especially when at red lights and stop signs. It stops when I turn the air conditioner off. I took it back to the car dealership which is Gwinnett Place Honda here in Georgia and they didn’t find anything the first time because it stopped making noises by the time I got there. And on the second time I took it it was making noises they said maybe I need a compressor and they kept my car and gave me a loaner.

2023 Honda CR-V review
I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV, this 2023 CRV rides smoother and looks more pleasing to me. Good on Gas too! I live in the Poconos, some roads are not smooth this car drives over these roads and gives me a more comfortable ride.

Mercedes-Benz of Miami review
The sales staff were absolutely excellent, the service department is also excellent, The only caveat I would have is I would not recommend purchasing the insurance packages they offer on a new car. because I had to return my new car pretty much immediately for service, and they wouldn?t let me cancel one of the two packages I bought. They told me there?s absolutely no refunds, and even if you sell the car there?s no prorated refund once purchased.

I can't say enough good things about Erdwin Reinaldo - he is the reason I decided to purchase my Honda at this dealership. So patient, understanding, and a genuine pleasure to work with. I am beyond happy with my new CR-V ! Eddie was also incredibly helpful. They both went out of their way to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my new car. Can't thank them enough!

Sticky steering wheel when cruising at 40+ speed. The new CRV shares the same platform as the Civic. Since the Civic has a recent recall, expect CRV to have the recall in the future.
