Kelly Nissan of Lynnfield review
2/5/24 we returned to Nissan Lynnfield. 5 years ago we purchased a 2019 Frontier from Salesman Alex M. That went so well we wanted a new car from Alex again. It was great to see him and the whole deal took only three hours. Alex explained everything about car and paperwork. He remembered us and his personal touch was sincere. No pressure. John in financing was extremely easy to work with. I love the service department too. This is a great dealership.
2024 Honda CR-V review
My CR-V EXL is outstanding overall. It was a little pricy but worth it so far. I have over 11,000 miles on it in a little over a year.

Chelsea great manager service department is wonderful. If you're thinking about trading in an older car looking at a smaller more gas efficient model this is the place to go. Their service department is cooperative effective, they care about the customer, they take care of you probably, the video tape your Service repairs and they offer you financing options. Best dealership I found so far

Really good dealership! I was greeted and welcomed and offered assistance upon arrival . customer care is top priority and I loved it. Upon making a decision on what to purchase out of their variety of selections I was given time to process what it is that would really fit me and my family. The sales associates were very patient and understanding with my decisions. I was presented with the vehicle I desired and at affordable rate as well. Overall great experience in my book, definitely recommend to anyone looking for vehicle.

Kudos to Michael Desrosier We had a great experience working with Mike at Honda North while purchasing our 2026 Odyssey. The whole experience was professional, friendly and transparent which made the entire transaction process stress free. When it came time to take ownership Mike again took the time to go over and answer any questions and go over the technology and safety features instead of rushing through the delivery. We would gladly recommend Mike Desrosier to anyone looking for a new Honda!
2024 Honda CR-V review
This is my 3rd CR-V EX-L. It gets more comfortable with each iteration. Performance is outstanding. Fast acceleration. Nice sound for gas-powered vehicle aficionados. The blue color I have is the most beautiful color ever produced by Honda. Fuel efficiency is as advertised. I won’t buy an EV until charging stations are everywhere and charging speed is improved.

Cambridge HondaReviews
Cambridge Honda review
I bought my first car from Cambridge Honda last month after the place was recommended to me by a friend.I had considered buying from private sellers, but my experience at Cambridge Honda makes me glad I didn't! My salesperson, Rebecca Rideout, handled everything from beginning to end. She was honest and upfront, so we didn't waste time on models that were outside my price range, and we got to test-driving quickly. Negotiation of the price was brief and straightforward. She gave me all the attention I needed without ever pressuring me. She helped me get the best deal on car insurance, which is necessary for buying a car in Massachusetts ? it's not an easy process either! ? and of course the dealership handled all the paperwork. Rebecca Rideout drove me to a mechanic so I could get a pre-purchase inspection done, and even bought me a slice of pizza because we were both hungry after spending all day on the sale. A shuttle brought me to and from the bank where I could get a cashier's check. Rebecca Rideout gave me her contact info in case I needed it because I had to come back the next day for a state inspection. The state inspection at Cambridge Honda took less time than expected (and I got a complimentary donut and coffee while I waited). All in all, I got quite a fair deal from Honda. And perhaps just as important (especially for me, since I was buying my first car), I got a whole day of service and help so that I could be on the road with peace of mind the very next day!

Can't enjoy music or conversation while driving due to road and outside noise. I'm used to a Ford f150 that is very comfortable and quiet.

It all started with a phone call to your dealership and Barry answered the phone and from there we had an hour drive Barry had what we were looking for and held it for us he then turned us on to another car sales man in sorry I lost his card but he was great as well. I would for sure recommend this dealership. We bought a new car and felt satisfied with all that worked with us to get it done. Thank you all.

I was towed in to the dealership for a flat tire. I received immediate attention from Michael Pereira, my service coordinator. He provided me with interpreter assistance in communicating with the tow truck driver. I was informed several times about updates on my car?s status while in the waiting area. Ended up needing 4 Goodyear tires. The service time was within expected limits. I was given an unexpected courteously discount on my bill. The tech left his personal keys in my car so I was kindly asked if I would return them to him at the dealership and I was thanked with a free oil change at my next servicing!
