Yonkers KiaReviews
Yonkers Kia review
Just wanted to leave a 5 star review about Yonkers Kia. I worked with Guillermo Rijo who really hustled to get me the EV6 that I wanted before the end of the EV tax rebate this September. He managed to do it, working together with their showroom manager, Michael Romano. The two of them hooked me up with an excellent EV6 Wind that was better than what I expected for a leasing price that was more than fair. I enjoyed working with both of them and appreciate the effort they put into the whole process. As the days go bye, my wife and I are liking the car more and more. It’s a fantastic vehicle and represents an excellent alternative to the Tesla Model 3 I was driving before. I am super happy with the service and attention I received from Guillermo and Michael at Yonkers Kia. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to lease or purchase a Kia vehicle. Thanks guys! 👍🏻

I am BEYOND HAPPY with my experience at 2Mannys!! The salesmen and general manager are all absolutely wonderful; extremely helpful, HONEST, and clearly care a lot about customer experience. After car shopping at other dealers, I was so pleasantly surprised by how different my experience here was!! I felt they really wanted to help me find a car that was right for me, and they helped so quickly when I had an issue after purchase. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a used car in the tristate area. I will be sending my family and friends in the future. 10/10!!!

Nina up front is the reason I'm writing this, weirdly. I got there before my appointment and she just chatted with me for twenty minutes instead of parking me in a chair with a magazine. Sales part was fine too, obviously, but people underrate how much that first ten minutes sets the tone.

Tarrytown HondaReviews
Tarrytown Honda review
I had an extraordinary experience at the Honda in Tarrytown. Initially, I received poor service from a Honda dealership in New Rochelle. I inquired on buying out my lease and the previous dealership stopped showing interest in helping me. I felt so defeated and stressed after receiving discouraging emails from the New Rochelle dealership. I took a few days to brainstorm on where to go next. I decided to call the Honda in Tarrytown dealership and expressed my concerns to the finance manager Jose. Jose was empathetic and apologetic about my experience at the previous dealership. He assured me that I would be treated with care. He stood true to his word. I spoke with one of the salesmen Anthony who was very professional and helpful. I made an appointment with him on Sunday to discuss financing options. Due to unfortunate personal circumstances, Anthony could not be present for our appointment. I did not mind and completely understand. When I walked in on Sunday, all staff members were so welcoming and friendly. Offered me water, tea, or coffee. I had the opportunity to sit with a kind gentleman, Bobby Zimmer. I was very nervous walking in, and Bobby has to be one of the kindest salesmen I have ever met! He put my mind at ease. He certainly was genuine, addressed my concerns, and was very detailed with me providing me with paperwork so I understood the process fully. Although I did not buy a new car, he made me feel equally as important as someone who was. This means so much to me. I also want to give a shout out to business manager, Carlos who was equally as helpful and kind. I could not stop thanking them. I got approved for financing and officially bought out my car! It felt like a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders! I have to write, if you are someone who wants to deal with an honest dealership who truly cares about providing great customer service then Honda in Tarrytown is the dealership for you! I would recommend them to everyone I know. Go see Bobby in Honda in Tarrytown! Thank you so much to everyone there for making a little customer like me feel important and valued! I will certainly do business with you folks in the future! :)

The experience was amazing. I did not expect buying a car would actually be so painless and I actually felt like I left with a good deal. Matthew and his manager Manny was very professional and courteous. Always very considerate of my time and checked in on me every couple of minutes. I know the process to buying a new car could sometimes be grueling, but they made the experience very memorable. I would highly recommend Honda Paragon if you are on the market for buying a new or used car. Many and his team really made me feel like I was not just another sale for them but a friend or even a close acquaintance.

Yonkers Honda review
It was my first time taking my vehicle to this establishment. And I must say Great service overall from the moment I entered the Valet to picking up the car. I must say great customer service coming from Iliana Wright who took care of the paperwork. She was welcoming and very polite and made me feel at home. It was extremely great working with her. Thank you Iliana

Bob Ruth FordReviews
Bob Ruth Ford review
From August 5th when I ordered my new 2027 Ford Explorer, until I picked up my new car on October 19th, I was kept well informed of the progress being made in the building of my car. On the day I picked it up, while sitting in the lobby area, every Bob Ruth employee who walked by greeted me and was very friendly. I am very happy with my new car. It is my 3rd Explorer, and I would highly recommend Bob Ruth Ford in Dillsburg to anyone!

CarMax LynchburgReviews
CarMax Lynchburg review
We didn't deal with the Lynchburg office in person, but when I spoke with the lady in finance( I am sorry I don't remember her name) she let me know that they can ship the vehicle to our closest location. That to me is customer service! Our application was simple and we got pre qualified. Next car will be a CarMax car !!
2024 Honda CR-V review
This is my 3rd CR-V EX-L. It gets more comfortable with each iteration. Performance is outstanding. Fast acceleration. Nice sound for gas-powered vehicle aficionados. The blue color I have is the most beautiful color ever produced by Honda. Fuel efficiency is as advertised. I won’t buy an EV until charging stations are everywhere and charging speed is improved.
