Jonathan Martinez was GREAT!!! I explained my needs to him. I did not want anything too big. I have been in a Nissan for 13 yrs. Jonathan recommended the Compass and I find it to be just the right size for me. I love, love, love it. He explained the features to me which I am having a ball experimenting with. Especially happy he mentioned the idling at a traffic light shut off feature. I would have went into straight panic mode if he hadn't. Big shout out to Shante Abney who got me in the door. Compass for life!!!!!

Towne Toyota review
I recently leased a vehicle from Towne Toyota, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was treated with professionalism, honesty, and genuine care. A special shoutout to Goksel Aksoy – his knowledge, patience, and dedication made all the difference. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all my questions thoroughly, and never made me feel pressured. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and actually enjoyable – which is not something I’ve often said about buying a car! If you're in the market for a new or used vehicle, I highly recommend Towne Toyota, and especially Goksel Aksoy. He goes above and beyond to make sure you're completely satisfied. Thanks again for the outstanding service!

Great service...seamless! Salesperson (Linda Pesantez) was very professional, attentive and forthcoming/transparent while tending to our needs. It helped too that my fiancé and I knew exactly what we wanted as far as choice of vehicle. We should note here that there seems to be a "homey" feel to the ambiance. We didn't feel pressured in the least and the entire purchase process lasted approximately 2 hours or a tad over. Based on our experience, we highly recommend Mahwah Honda for your next vehicle purchase. Kudos to the Mahwah Honda for having set the bar for exemplary service and to the staff for their diligence in effecting that end in their dealings with customers.

Efficient and professional! Mark was knowledgeable and helped us process the paperwork for our Honda Pilot in a short amount of time. We travelled from a long distance to see the vehicle and we weren’t disappointed.
2024 Honda CR-V review
This is my 3rd CR-V EX-L. It gets more comfortable with each iteration. Performance is outstanding. Fast acceleration. Nice sound for gas-powered vehicle aficionados. The blue color I have is the most beautiful color ever produced by Honda. Fuel efficiency is as advertised. I won’t buy an EV until charging stations are everywhere and charging speed is improved.

A great buying experience here for a used, certified 2015 Civic. my sales agent was easy going, no pressure. Plenty of info on the vehicle history, negotiating was painless, and none of the good-guy/bad-guy tactics to drive up the price. Also did not have to endure the "my manager wants to meet you" crap. This was the quickest and most painless car buying experience I've had to date. I highly recommend Cory in the pre-owned sales office, and I've heard good things about Joe on the new sales side as well.

I had a great experience at Lynnes Nissan, and I want to personally thank Jimmy, the Sales Manager, and Sheldon, my Sales Consultant, for taking such good care of me throughout the process. I came in with some hesitation after reading a few mixed reviews online, but Jimmy and Sheldon quickly put my concerns at ease. They were professional, honest, patient, and stood by their word. Everything they told me was handled as promised, and I truly appreciate the level of service they provided. I am sincerely happy with my purchase and with the way I was treated. I had my Honda Accord serviced today, Tuesday. November 11th 2025. I have nothing but good to say about my experience. The staff, beginning with my service writer, Ralphie was excellent He was totally professional straight to the point, and answered all of my questions. The price was unbelievable. I had a coupon for a full synthetic oil change for $19.85 unbelievable !! They do offer these coupons and other specials from time to time; take advantage . I would recommend anyone who is looking for their car to be serviced; or purchasing genuine Honda parts, even buying a new car please visit Garden State Honda..

I’ve been a loyal customer of Honda Service in Passaic for years, and a huge part of that is thanks to Kevin Juarez. Kevin first helped me buy a car years ago, and since then, I’ve consistently gone back to him for all my service needs. Every time I walk in, I know I’m in great hands. Kevin has always been incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to my needs. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, from what my car needs to how long it’ll take. His customer service is unparalleled, and it’s evident he truly cares about making sure I’m satisfied with both the service and the experience. Over the years, Kevin has always gone above and beyond, and I trust him completely with my car. If you’re looking for someone who’s not only experienced but also takes the extra step to ensure you feel taken care of, I highly recommend Kevin. He’s the reason I keep coming back to Honda .
