Ford of SpartanburgReviews
Ford of Spartanburg review
I've done business with Ford of Spartanburg for years. The last 1 1/2 years my point of contact has been Tyrone Goode. In my opinion, he is one of the best service reps I've ever done business with. He follows through with my cars services from start to finish. I recently took a cross country trip in my 2004 T-Brid, had a breakdown in Missouri & when the Ford dealer there was going to leave me in a motel for 3 days Tyrone stepped in. With his help my car was repaired in the same day, not only that he contacted me 3 times to make sure I was staying informed about that dealers' progress. Tyrone also gives the same attention to detail to "hometown" service. As a woman I'm grateful that he treats me with the same respect I've seen others only give men customers. I don't know him outside of the dealership so the service he affords me is a reflection of his work ethic. Ford would do well to hire more service reps like Tyrone!!

I had an amazing car buying experience at Escude Chevrolet! From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, friendly, and truly focused on helping me find the perfect vehicle without any pressure. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. The team went above and beyond to answer all my questions, explain every detail, and make sure I was completely comfortable with my purchase. Their customer service and attention to detail really stood out. If you’re looking for a dealership that treats you like family and genuinely cares about their customers, I highly recommend Escude Chevrolet. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and my new vehicle!

We had a vehicle shipped from another location and it was such an easy, no hassle way of purchasing the car we'd been looking for! Rodney Jones was relaxed, no pressure, and funny! We enjoyed our time with him. The trade value on our old car was extremely fair & we were in and out in about 4 hours on a Friday night. Great experience all around!

2024 Honda CR-V review
This is my 3rd CR-V EX-L. It gets more comfortable with each iteration. Performance is outstanding. Fast acceleration. Nice sound for gas-powered vehicle aficionados. The blue color I have is the most beautiful color ever produced by Honda. Fuel efficiency is as advertised. I won’t buy an EV until charging stations are everywhere and charging speed is improved.

We had an excellent experience with Fred Anderson Honda! Despite being extremely busy, they went above and beyond to get our vehicle in for service on Friday and ready for pickup Saturday. Ashleigh, our service advisor, was amazing—she helped us find and price the right parts and even price-matched a repair quote from another Honda dealership. Her professionalism and dedication made the entire experience easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

We live near Asheville and reached out about leasing a vehicle. This is our first time doing a lease. These folks are ON IT!! They helped us... and it wasn't just one person. It was a group effort. They kept us up to date every step of the way. We were able to do paperwork ahead of time to save time at the dealership. Haley was our first point of contact, with Internet Sales. Then we met DJ, our sales person... Who is an AWESOME, friendly, down to earth guy... then on to Thomas in finance. THIS TEAM KILLED IT and we appreciate it!

Spartanburg HondaReviews
Spartanburg Honda review
I have had many car buying experiences over the years. I’ve had good ones, bad ones, up to ones that were total nightmares, like showing up and having the dealership tell me, after a 30-minute delay, that the vehicle we had agreed that I was to test drive had been destroyed in a fire. Certainly a creative twist on the bait and switch sales tactic. That being said,. Let’s talk about Spartanburg Honda. I don’t think I’ve ever had a delightful car buying experience in my life (and I was born in the 1960s). That’s exactly the kind of experience I had at Spartanburg Honda. A delightful one! I arrived at the appointed time and the vehicle that I wanted to test drive was ready to go. Tommy McGaha was my sales consultant. Things went smoothly from test drive, to negotiating, to writing up the contract. There were no high pressure sales tactics or tricks or traps In the process. They disclosed everything about the vehicle and gave me a copy of the Carfax report. They even let me take the (used) vehicle offsite to get a third-party inspection. (The Carfax report showed that the vehicle had been in a rear-end accident requiring it to be towed which is why I wanted the third-party inspection. The car checked out fine and the third-party inspection gave me peace of mind I needed to close the deal.) Thomas Hawkins then wrote up the loan and finalized the deal. He offered me optional protection packages that provided real value. Again, no xx, no phony dealer installed options or made up fees. Tommy and Thomas were knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and kind. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. I would add that I got a fair price on a good vehicle, and they worked with me on my trade.

My 2024 Honda CR-V is everything I expected and more. It has great pickup, quick stopping ability, U-turn small radius like I've never seen, and good on gas mileage.
