Jim, you gave up an easy sale the last day of the month to get me the car of my dreams. That’s what it looks like when you take sales personally. That’s what it means to treat your customers like family. Doug’s Lynnwood, you’re truly a class above the rest.

Sandu, our salesman, was great! Sent us videos of the car, my son’s first one, prior to our arrival. Smooth process up until we got to waiting over three hours for finance to do their part. We almost walked out on our deal because of them.

Riley was wonderful and made the car buying experience easy and hassle free! Everyone at the site was helpful without being overbearing. I came in on a Thursday, by Saturday I was out the door with my decision. Riley read me pretty accurately and let me do my thing without high pressure sales.

I drove into the service area this morning without an appointment and was greeted by Cam. He was friendly and asked what I needed. Then Quinn arrived to ask what I needed and I explained that the CarPlay disappeared and I needed help getting it back. Right away he took charge and got it connected. Then I explained another problem about my voice prompt not working and then Rich Kim appeared to ask if he could help. So I had two people on the scene( and in my car) to go through what seemed to be a complicated process to reset my system. I wish I knew what they did, all I can say is they stepped up and rescued me. Rich had a lot of knowledge and even though I was worried to start resetting everything, he came through and got everything working. This most important aspect of this experience is the immediate help with my problem. Tech is obviously not in my wheel-house, having such smart and helpful Honda Kirkland staff is amazing. Rich and Quinn never hesitated, gave heavy sighs, or gave a hint of inconvenience in taking care of my situation. Every visit for my scheduled maintenance has been pleasant and I will sing the praises of Rich Kim and Quinn at every opportunity. Thank you.

We walked into the dealership with the intent of trading in our car for a new car we would be happy with for the family. We accomplished that thanks to the help of Christie Chang. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to address our questions about finance options and helped with the car appraisal.

My salesman, John Crandall, was the best. He was a good listener, stayed within my bottom line, went above and beyond to find me the right car at the right price. He answered any and all questions I had, never rushed me in my decision. I will be spreading John's name to family and friends as the guy to go to. Honda of Bellevue is lucky to have such a great employee. I rate John a 10/10.

10/10 experience as far as car buying goes. My salesperson, Diana Wong,, made the process ACTUALLY smooth, fast, and easy… I feel like most cars salespeople say they will, but she actually gets it. This was the only car buying experience I’ve ever had that didn’t feel like a drag and like I had to keep my defense up. She’s a salesperson, but she talked to me like a person and not a commission check like most dealer salespeople tend to, and really wanted me to be happy throughout the process and when all was said and done. Highly recommend working with her if you’re in the area and in the market for a new car!

2024 Honda CR-V review
This is my 3rd CR-V EX-L. It gets more comfortable with each iteration. Performance is outstanding. Fast acceleration. Nice sound for gas-powered vehicle aficionados. The blue color I have is the most beautiful color ever produced by Honda. Fuel efficiency is as advertised. I won’t buy an EV until charging stations are everywhere and charging speed is improved.
