I've been a customer of Art Meohn for many years. Today, I had The absolute pleasure of working with George Price! Hands down he is the greatest! Fast. Courteous. Thorough. And he LISTENED to me! I went into the dealership this morning, only intending"look"at some inventory. I left in a 2025 Trax Activ - at the price I WANTED and at a payment I WANTED! The entire team made it happen - George orchestrated it all smoothly and he just got a lifelong customer! #ThePriceisRight

It was actually my husband who took my car for service. He was treated well, the mechanic was thorough and professional, and although it was a longer, more expensive experience than anticipated, those things seem to be typical and not actually faults of the service department. He appreciated being able to see Jim Raglow, who is our favorite sales person ever. This is why we refer froze de to your dealership - good people, good service, and kind treatment. Thanks!

I was a walk in first time customer and assigned to Mr. Raj Pallai an experienced salesman. He was affable, intelligent, competent and quite responsive both to phone calls and email requests. His pricing was very competitive and he followed through on what he said he was going to deliver. It was refreshing to work with such a professional.

Serra Mazda Brighton review
Serra Mazda in Brighton was the best shopping experience I have had with a dealership. Justice was a great salesperson. Having been in and around the retail automotive industry for over 30 years it was refreshing to see a young energetic honest salesperson do what he said he was going to do. The management was very friendly and efficient. Great place to buy a Mazda.
