My best car buying experience! You can trust Derek. He and Lisa were so helpful and supportive throughout the process and their communication was outstanding. He and his crew make things happen…fast. Not your typical used car dealership. Highly recommend.
2020 Honda CR-V review
I love the huge interior of this! I have enough room with the seats down for all 3 Great Danes! The mileage is great and driving is very comfy. I had a rav 4, and it was ok, but it was a bit bulky, this is smaller And easier to drive around!

Hyannis HondaReviews
Hyannis Honda review
Great experience from start to finish! After I inquired about the vehicle, I was immediately followed up with by Rachel. Rachel was super helpful and informative about the used vehicle I was trying to buy (2022 Lexus GX 460). After only a few days, Rachel and I were able to work out a deal in which we were both happy with. The vehicle was (2) and a half hours away from my house so everything was nailed down over the telephone prior to the pick-up. When we picked up vehicle, there were any hiccups and the vehicle was as advertised. The vehicle was deatiled and in even better condition than I could have asked for. Conrad helped us with the finance part and explained everything thoroughly so there wasn't any misunderstanding. I am very happy with my seamless experience at Hyannis Honda and am willing to buying another car there in the future. Rachel and Conrad are the best!
2024 Honda CR-V review
This is my 3rd CR-V EX-L. It gets more comfortable with each iteration. Performance is outstanding. Fast acceleration. Nice sound for gas-powered vehicle aficionados. The blue color I have is the most beautiful color ever produced by Honda. Fuel efficiency is as advertised. I won’t buy an EV until charging stations are everywhere and charging speed is improved.

2020 Honda CR-V review
I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

TC Auto Repair and Sales Inc. review
One never quite knows what to expect from a small dealership with used cars. We are glad we happened in here as a result of an internet search. Tony was helpful and clear in his responses to us regarding the history of the car, warranty, and our daughter, a NH visiting nurse who is particularly stressed and busy these days, was pleased with the purchase. THANK YOU!
2015 Honda CR-V review
One year and 37,000 miles later, my 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L, purchased from Bill Kay Honda, has exceeded all expectations! I bought this gem with 50,000 miles on the clock, and it's been nothing short of a dream. Dependability is the name of the game here – this car hasn't skipped a beat. Gas mileage has been consistently impressive, making both city commutes and long road trips a breeze. As expected with any vehicle of this mileage, routine repairs have been standard, but nothing out of the ordinary. The EX-L trim package adds a touch of luxury with its leather interior and upgraded features, making every drive comfortable. The spacious interior and ample cargo space have been perfect for everything from grocery runs to weekend getaways. Having finally taken the plunge into the Honda world, I now understand the rave reviews from my mechanics. This CR-V has proven its worth, and I'm a loyal Honda convert for life! I want to specifically mention the excellent service I received at Bill Kay Honda, especially from my salesman, Bert Tvrz. The sales process was smooth and transparent, and Bert went above and beyond to answer all my questions. He even called the previous owner to track down the owner's manual, which was incredibly helpful. Even a year later, I'm still thrilled with my purchase. I felt that they were honest and upfront about the car, and that is very important to me. Tip: If you're looking for a reliable, fuel-efficient, and comfortable SUV, the 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L is a fantastic choice. Regular maintenance will keep it running smoothly for years to come. And if you're in the market for a used Honda, I highly recommend checking out Bill Kay Honda and asking for Bert Tvrz!

Huggard & Ewing review
Al was awesome. I contacted him and explained i was in Az. And needed to get my daughter and her husband in Seekonk a car rather quickly. I gave him a price range and milage range and within an hour he located the perfect match for what we needed. When they did a test drive there was a rattle coming from the front end. He told us no problem that they would take care of it. From beginning to end the staff was a class act.
2019 Honda CR-V review
I purchased a 2019 CRV EX-L a little more than a year ago. I purchased it at higher mileage with 93K. It has 110K as time of writing. It is a very good car, quiet, comfortable, and lots of space inside. However, it does lack get up and go from the 1.5L turbo. But once you are at highway speed, it goes all day. The info/entertainment system is finnicky and not easy to use especially when driving. The major concern is with that 1.5L turbo engine. It's running fine now, but I have watched too many You Tube videos, and this particular engine is on the shortlist for gasket leaks, oil dilution, and carbon build up. Therefore, I aim to change the plugs, check the brakes, check for leaks around the head gasket in the next month.

2014 Honda CR-V review
Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.

The process of finding and deciding to buy the vehicle was good. The salesman was great. Working for us through the whole process. Our issue was with the finance woman. Rushed through the whole process with little explanation. After leaving the dealership and going through the paper work line by line we discovered the following. There were math errors (figures off by $2000, she charged us for maintenance plans we said we didn’t want, had the amount we were financing wrong by +$4000!! We went back immediately to get all the mistakes rectified and only got double talk for excuses. I have never had this happen before while purchasing any other car. Buyer beware of the finance process!

2011 Honda CR-V review
My mother got this car new and gave it to me after only a couple years. I absolutely ADORED this car. So reliable and comfortable. I would still be driving it if a semi truck hadn't fallen on it, crushing us over the guardrail, rolling us a few times. We would not have survived that in most cars. This car has ample room above you that crushes down. I had previously wondered once why the ceiling was so high. Life saver. The seat belt held so fast and hard that I have a massive bruise from it. The seat belts had my friend and I hanging upside down. This is a fantastic car. Sad to see it go! I will probably get another.

The CRV is a luxury mid size hatchback. Smooth riding, handles well in Michigan’s winter weather 🤒. Good miles per gallon. I do drive in economy mode. I am still getting used to the size after driving a Honda Odessy. Good overall view. No obvious blind spots. I wish it had a manual garage opener feature on on the Ex.

Ocean Honda of BrocktonReviews
Ocean Honda of Brockton review
Outstanding Service from Chris Charles-Marc at Ocean Honda of Brockton! We recently purchased our brand new 2025 Honda CR-V Sport from Ocean Honda of Brockton, and we cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Chris Charles-Marc. From start to finish, Chris truly went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. What stood out most was how much Chris listened to our needs. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and then made it his mission to deliver on every single one of our requests. Chris is humble, personable, and incredibly professional, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Even though the dealership didn’t have the exact color we wanted in stock, Chris quickly found one for us at a nearby location and had it delivered in just a couple of days. It was clear that his top priority was our satisfaction, and he made sure we felt completely taken care of every step of the way. Chris also showed us his own Honda with tinted windows, which we loved. He went the extra mile to connect us with his guy, and within a week, we had a great tint job at an extraordinarily low price. This level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail is hard to come by. Additionally, Chris explored financing options for us and worked with his team to see if they could beat the pre-qualified rate we came in with. He was thorough, determined, and always looking for ways to add value to our experience. We are absolutely thrilled with our new CR-V Sport and couldn’t be happier with the level of care and dedication Chris showed us. If you’re looking for a low-pressure, highly attentive, and effective salesperson, we highly recommend Chris Charles-Marc. He’ll make sure your car-buying experience is seamless and enjoyable! Thank you, Chris, for going above and beyond to make our car-buying journey exceptional!
2023 Honda CR-V review
I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV, this 2023 CRV rides smoother and looks more pleasing to me. Good on Gas too! I live in the Poconos, some roads are not smooth this car drives over these roads and gives me a more comfortable ride.

Ocean Honda of Brockton review
I had an amazing experience working with Emily at Ocean Honda—twice! I purchased my last car from her in November 2023 and recently returned to trade it in for a new vehicle. Emily worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted both times. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely great at what she does. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate her dedication and will definitely continue purchasing my vehicles through her. Paul who is the sales manager was also very helpful and instrumental in the success of getting me in the exact car I wanted. I am grateful to the whole team there. They’re really great people. Highly recommend!
2024 Honda CR-V review
My 2024 Honda CR-V is everything I expected and more. It has great pickup, quick stopping ability, U-turn small radius like I've never seen, and good on gas mileage.

Imperial ChevroletReviews
Imperial Chevrolet review
My name is Larry and this is the 2nd car I’ve purchased now and I was very satisfied. Marc M. was my last sales person for my truck and Marc and the team took good care of us. When my wife was shopping for a family car we ended up at imperial and the experience was so great it made sense to go back when I needed a vehicle I went back and got my truck. Got a free oil change and car wash too. Sometimes life happens. I recommend Marc M. And the team. Thank you!
2024 Honda CR-V review
My CR-V EXL is outstanding overall. It was a little pricy but worth it so far. I have over 11,000 miles on it in a little over a year.

Hyundai of Dundalk review
I bought a new Hyundai Tucson. The overall experience was great. They gave me an on the road price over the phone and they stuck to it. They also gave me a fair price for my trade in.
