Overdue review, but I purchased a used vehicle late in 2017 and I had a pleasant and very positive experience throughout the purchase process and for my first follow up visit. Specifically, during the preliminary stages, I dealt with a sales rep and the owner directly. The entire staff were very professional, timely, and accommodating to my busy schedule. When I returned a few weeks later with a maintenance issue and questions, I dealt with the Service Department and they were awesome as well. I'm glad to return to the BMW family!
I originally came in to ask about the new 2019 RAV4, for which little information had been disseminated to the dealers by that time. The only thing of which they were certain was the late December release date. Warren took the opportunity to tell me about the deals going on for the 2018 RAV4. I am no fan of the exterior styling of this generation, but Warren found me one that not only was colored to minimize the aspects of the body that bother me, but also include the things I was seeking in a new vehicle (AWD, better gas mileage, upgraded safety and technology features, etc.). He was able to answer my questions and had a much-appreciated sincerity. The last thing I wanted was to feel manipulated by a slick-talking salesman and Warren was the perfect salesman to deal with me. Overall, a pleasant buying experience and I am becoming happier with my purchase with each mile.
Colleen answered all our questions and provided financing. We love the car and named it "Maybelline". All the cars on the lot were high quality used cars. You won't go wrong buying from The Car Connection. Plus, I got 2 key fobs with the car!!! I never get two key fobs when I buy used!!

I found a car online and Gayle helped me with everything through email, which was the most convenient for me. It was a 4 hour drive for me and Gayle answered questions, took additional pictures and was able to give me a total cost upfront to help me decide if it was what I was looking for. He was very straightforward, honest and there was no hidden fees! When we arrived, the car was in better condition than I even expected, the tires were like new!

My friends are looking to trade in their vehicle and I will be recommending them to him specifically! I am so lucky to have such a good sales guy here so close to home. My wife drove her car into deep water and it was totaled. We started looking on the internet for a Mercedes to replace her car. We found This GLK 350 2011 that looked good to us. We called the dealership and talked to Jason Bell. After a couple of calls we decided to purchase the vehicle. We called and made an appointment to purchase it the next day. Because the trip was 175 miles one way Jason Bell called back within the hour to make sure we had noticed in the listing that the check engine light was on. I though that was very classy of him and the dealership. We did make the trip the next day and the purchase went very smooth. We are very happy with the Mercedes GLH 350 2011.

The service was consumer-oriented, timely, and offered the right price. Jim showed me different cars until we found the one that was perfect for me and with the right terms. His service was low pressure. I'd certainly return to Napleton's to buy another car.
