In December 2017, I was rear-ended in traffic, completely smashing my 2007 Tuscon. I loved that car. When it came time to replace it, I wanted the same car, with the same features, and nothing less.
I started working with a broker to help me find the car I wanted. But after delays, lack of follow up, I thought I would have to settle on something else.
Then I stumbled upon a listing from 5280 Motor Co. on Cars.com. I filled out the inquiry on the site and within minutes I received an email from Ryan Carey. He was down-to-earth, and full of information. It was such a relief.
I made an appointment to see the car the next day. It was priced well within market, and actually in better shape than other Tuscons in the same price range. I test drove it and fell in love. The car was clean, in great condition and had low miles. I also loved that the dealer fees were already in the price so I knew exactly what I would pay for the car (plus tax).
Ryan didn't pressure me or upsell me into anything I didn't want or need. He worked with me as I finalized my financing with my own bank, and when I went to purchase the car 15 minutes before closing time, Ryan had everything ready to go, the plates loaded on the car so all I had to do was sign and drive away.
It was the best, and easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I LOVE my new car. I got everything I wanted and stayed within budget and I didn't have to negotiate on a price.
When it comes time to buy my next car, I will go to 5280 Motor Co. again, and will recommend to anyone that you check them out.
