I was very happy with the service I received on my recent visit to Garber Honda for routine service on my 2010 Honda Crosstour. The service representative was very friendly and knowledgeable about the service needed on my vehicle. There was no waiting to see the representative when I arrived and the car was finished when promised. The estimated expense was right on and the service was done properly. I purchased my vehicle brand new from Garber Honda and have had it serviced there since that time. I have never been unhappy with the repair service or customer service. I have recommended this dealer to anyone I know who is looking the purchase or service a Honda.
Our family has done a lot of business with Garber Honda - 3 vehicles within 1 year; however, twice now we've been very delayed on having a simple OLF done on two vehicles to the point I've spoke with the service writer as well as Kevin Parker, the GM. I don't believe we'll be going back to Garber when we could go to three other Honda dealers in the area. Data - dropped off vehicle @ 7:30 and requested it be done by 11:30 - arrived 11:37 and was told it'd be 15 more minutes??? At noon, it still wasn't done! It was done @ 12:10 and for the record they did not charge me - all I ask them is to stop overbooking and let customers know but this also happened on another occasion with an appointment!

After terrible car accident, during which I totaled my car, I went back to Garber Honda to buy a new car...I have to mention that we, my husband and I are Honda lovers for years...My old Honda CRV seved me for almost 16 years and by the end saved my life..., so obviously I sexised to buy another Honda CRV. Pete MacCracken was our Sales Consultant during the process od purchasing our new car...Please, let me tell you how wonderful this Gentelman was, nit only professional but also knowledgable and very helpful in any way. I was very nicely surprised by ghe lenght and quality of the whole process. Mr.MacCracken is a highly reccommeded by me Proffessional in Car Sales as well as absolutely helpful person in the assistance of getting the finances trough reccomending Andy in Garber Honda. Scheduled recall service on my 2012 Odyssey. What was done was fine, however dealership lacked a part to complete the recall. Apparently there were multiple issues involved as in multiple recall items. I had offered the VIN when I scheduled but the dealer rep scheduling said it was unneeded. Seems to me that if they had the VIN the dealership could have scheduled all recall actions and insured all parts were available. Now I will have to schedule another session, travel 0ver 30 miles each way to complete plus my time. Not sure I would recommend this dealership for any service. Purchased cars from this dealer in the past, will reconsider for any additional purchases and I'm a multiple Honda model owner.
Ive had excellent service with atlantic autp brokers. Ive also gotten 4 cars from them & just recently got another one. My recent purchase from them was amazing. My pontiac had minor issues & they took it back in for me & covered the parts as well & made sure i was mobile in the process.! Ive gone thru shaun for 3 years now. Great people Amazing cars :)
Last week on my drive to work my wiper blades stopped working, I was fortunate in that I was not far from Ralph Honda when it occurred. I explained the situation to Service Advisor Steve Pecora, and as is always the case when I have dealt with him, he was very accommodating. Even though he was short of technicians that day, he said he would get someone to look at my vehicle. When he realized the shuttle driver was going to take a while, he found someone else to take me to my place of work, Steve communicated what needed to be repaired, and the part I need was ordered and the repair was complete. Steve also had the technician complete some recall work that was needed, This type of customer service is why I have only had service performed at Ralph since I have owned my 2011 Accord.
My Honda Accord had an air bag recall. I brought the car in on July 2018 because there was noise when I applied my brakes. Said they couldn't hear any noise but cleaned debris behind brake rotor. Driving home, noise still there.
Nov. 28, 2018 brought car back for recall - mentioned noise still there - resurfaced rear brake rotors, cleaned serviced and lubed rear brakes.
No more noise when I apply brakes.
High marks for Steve Pecora for how busy he was that day
Tony was an excellent listener as well as salesperson. He wanted to know what I was looking for in specific and then would give me options to consider. He was also very thorough in introducing me to the new features.
