Mike Johnson's Hickory Toyota review
I have had the pleasure of working with Jake. He was amazing in assisting me in replacing a young lady's undercarriage. He listened and went out of his way to make sure that she was taken care of as she lives in Hickory and my shop was in Charlotte. He followed up each and every time he stated that he would, and I was very pleased with his customer service, listening skills, knowledge and patience. Thank you, Jake, we could definitely use more people like you in this world.

First time I purchase a Volkswagen CPO car by internet/phone and out of State. It was a graduation gift for my daughter. Zachary and Ernie gave great service and had the patience to answer all my questions and made me feel secure about my purchase. Hands down I would definitely recommend both of them and the dealership to anyone.
2017 Honda CR-V review
2017 Honda CRV Touring, purchased new. Average 34mpg, AWD, 75,000 miles. Only problem is every other month, the dashboard screen flickers uncontrollably until car is turned off. Other than that this vehicle has been 100% reliable with zero mechanical or other electrical issues.

Mooresville Ford review
Mooresville Ford is the ONLY place we go to!! Whether it be for new vehicles, service on vehicles, etc. From the time you enter the building, you become family . We found them to be honest, professional, and caring. They have a great assortment of vehicles available to purchase. We have bought our past 5-6 vehicles there in the past few years. Our #1 Salesman is Scott Speagle !! This man is phenomenal!! We also love the service department, and the options they offer to get your vehicle serviced . They’ll even come to your home , or personally pick up your vehicle!! We recently purchased a 2026 Ford Ranger XLT.. we are over the top excited to have seen it on the lot , within a few hours we were driving it home!! Scott is so professional, and he is like family To us now . We know if we have any questions, he’ll be there .

I love the huge interior of this! I have enough room with the seats down for all 3 Great Danes! The mileage is great and driving is very comfy. I had a rav 4, and it was ok, but it was a bit bulky, this is smaller And easier to drive around!

Tereq and Terence were very nice and helpful. I came in looking for a Z I saw online and they showed me exactly what I came in for. Made the process of buying a car very easy and smooth.
2015 Honda CR-V review
Not an improvement over our 2011 CRV in any respect. The CVT sounds cheap, not an enough legroom, compass continual needs resetting and the stereo is marginal. Had to have a water pump replacement at 82,000 miles. No fun to drive and AWD isn’t the best.

Mike Johnson's Hickory Toyota review
I had an excellent experience working with Mike Johnson's Toyota. Peter Collins was exceptionally helpful and patient with providing updates while I waited for my 2022 Camry TRD to arrive. I will definitely be considering them again when shopping for my next vehicle.
2019 Honda CR-V review
I purchased a 2019 CRV EX-L a little more than a year ago. I purchased it at higher mileage with 93K. It has 110K as time of writing. It is a very good car, quiet, comfortable, and lots of space inside. However, it does lack get up and go from the 1.5L turbo. But once you are at highway speed, it goes all day. The info/entertainment system is finnicky and not easy to use especially when driving. The major concern is with that 1.5L turbo engine. It's running fine now, but I have watched too many You Tube videos, and this particular engine is on the shortlist for gasket leaks, oil dilution, and carbon build up. Therefore, I aim to change the plugs, check the brakes, check for leaks around the head gasket in the next month.

Very professional, pleasant personnel, excellent service, problem taken care of. Love the ideal of a liaison, so educated on your cars, that they can communicate between mechanic and customer keeping you informed. Just walking in this dealership?s service department you get a good feeling right away. Then talking with them, you know that they really care and take pride in the service they provide. A real rarity today. Very pleased.

I love this dealership! Just leased my fourth vehicle (third RAV4) and couldn't be happier with the experience. Joseph was great to work with in sales, and Jeremy did a super job finishing up. I also found that Gus in finance was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Andy is an amazing GM and runs the best dealership I have ever visited. Keep up the good work!!

Was referred bt a friend and was not disappointed. They did not pressure me into anything. Was a very professional atmosphere and friendly environment. Fast, easy and i am very happy with my purchase.
2015 Honda CR-V review
One year and 37,000 miles later, my 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L, purchased from Bill Kay Honda, has exceeded all expectations! I bought this gem with 50,000 miles on the clock, and it's been nothing short of a dream. Dependability is the name of the game here – this car hasn't skipped a beat. Gas mileage has been consistently impressive, making both city commutes and long road trips a breeze. As expected with any vehicle of this mileage, routine repairs have been standard, but nothing out of the ordinary. The EX-L trim package adds a touch of luxury with its leather interior and upgraded features, making every drive comfortable. The spacious interior and ample cargo space have been perfect for everything from grocery runs to weekend getaways. Having finally taken the plunge into the Honda world, I now understand the rave reviews from my mechanics. This CR-V has proven its worth, and I'm a loyal Honda convert for life! I want to specifically mention the excellent service I received at Bill Kay Honda, especially from my salesman, Bert Tvrz. The sales process was smooth and transparent, and Bert went above and beyond to answer all my questions. He even called the previous owner to track down the owner's manual, which was incredibly helpful. Even a year later, I'm still thrilled with my purchase. I felt that they were honest and upfront about the car, and that is very important to me. Tip: If you're looking for a reliable, fuel-efficient, and comfortable SUV, the 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L is a fantastic choice. Regular maintenance will keep it running smoothly for years to come. And if you're in the market for a used Honda, I highly recommend checking out Bill Kay Honda and asking for Bert Tvrz!

Sticky steering wheel when cruising at 40+ speed. The new CRV shares the same platform as the Civic. Since the Civic has a recent recall, expect CRV to have the recall in the future.

Everything was great. Although, I was there 3 1/2 hours, for a recall and service. My oil was changed and my tires, which I bought there, were rotated.

Can't enjoy music or conversation while driving due to road and outside noise. I'm used to a Ford f150 that is very comfortable and quiet.

Roomy , great gas mileage. Only problem is loud road noise, sometimes problem connecting phone to radio. Heat and air work really good. Nice interior, window fogs a lot.

Noah in Service and Chris, the parts manager, went above and beyond our expectation. There was an issue with our tires and at first we were not happy. Noah and Chris made sure that we were taken care of and are totally satisfied with the outcome. We would defiantly recommend this dealership for their honesty and their willingness to take care of their customers.
2025 Honda CR-V review
The CRV is a luxury mid size hatchback. Smooth riding, handles well in Michigan’s winter weather 🤒. Good miles per gallon. I do drive in economy mode. I am still getting used to the size after driving a Honda Odessy. Good overall view. No obvious blind spots. I wish it had a manual garage opener feature on on the Ex.

My CR-V EXL is outstanding overall. It was a little pricy but worth it so far. I have over 11,000 miles on it in a little over a year.

2022 Honda CR-V review
I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

What a great find! We drove from Charlotte to buy our car here and so happy we did. The customer service is unbeatable along with the prices. I know that we will never look anywhere else the next time we buy a car!
2019 Honda CR-V review
This is my third Honda vehicle so needless to point out that I am a fan of the brand. My 2019 CR-V Touring is a good SUV. Before purchasing it I researched comparable vehicles and in the end my final decision was the CR-V and I am happy with my purchase. We have driven it on vacations of over 2000 miles and not one back ache. The only improvement I can think of would be if it had a tilt steering wheel. Gas mileage varies and I generally get about 33mpg combining city and highway. On trips I got as high as 38mpg. All things considered it is a good vehicle if you need an SUV.

2026 Honda CR-V review
We traded in our 2020 CR-V for a 2026. Drives like a dream. Very tight on turns. It seems roomier than our 2020. Our trade-in value for the 2020 was great.
