Went a different direction, But a great experience

Called about a Equinox for my mom. Aron took my questions and said he would have Dean (the sales manager) call me back. To my surprise, less than 5 minutes had passed before Dean did call me back. He spent about 20 minutes on the phone with me answering questions, worked up a price, and emailed it to me. The price was easily the best quote I had received from over 6 different dealers. Mom ended up going with a different manufacturer and model, but I know when its time for a new truck who I am going to call 1st. Very easy people to deal with. Great service!
Excellent experience.... originally went in to look at a CRV with no intent to buy and ended up walking out with a great deal. Would definitely recommend this dealership! Eric was absolutely awesome and so knowledgeable.
I had to take in my brand new 2018 CRV for a broken power seat control panel after only 3 months of ownership. Needless to say I was a bit upset considering the car was brand new. The service professionals at Flow Honda in Winston Salem were very supportive and provided outstanding service that erased any negativity I had going in. It turned out that it was only a bad clip and it was repaired in less than 35 minutes. Now I don't expect every time I bring it in for service that it will be so quick but it was great that they took all things into consideration, how new the vehicle was and what kind of time frame I was working with, and got me back on the road as quickly as they could. They were all very courteous and friendly and very professional. If I had to stay longer the service lounge is more than accommodating. Only one thing, the A/C in the lounge may have been a bit too cold but it was raining that day so I am sure any other time it would have been just right. So if that is all I can say that could use improvement, they are doing a xxxx of job there. 5 stars guys!
CarMax treats customers as they should be when they are purchasing a car. They do not pressure you and offer great services. They sit down with you and evaluate payment options that will make you most comfortable. I have nothing but praise for this team and this facility! I will recommend this facility to any and everybody!
I went in for a minor fix in my 2014 Honda EX but ended up leasing a new car too.
Kathy Fulton, the salesperson was very helpful and worked very diligently ,answered all my queries, spent a lot of time to make sure she explained everything about the car. It did not take very long to agree to lease a new car from her since she made it very easy and smooth process. She was very cheerful with a great personality at all times. I thank her very much.

My wait time was much longer than I anticipated however the staff was attentive to acknowledge they had an unforeseen issue and kept me informed and were so courteous that I really didn???t feel so frustrated over the wait . I was apologized to and despite the wait, I???d still return here for my service work .
Don Pennetta our sales consultant not only was very knowledgeable about the vehicles my wife and I leased but he actually cares about your experience whether you are buying or leasing. He went beyond what we expected from a sales consultant. to make sure you understand the vehicle. He also lets you know you can call him any time f you have any questions. This is our third vehicle we have leased from Don and when we need another vehicle, he will be the one we contact. Our experience with the entire process at Vann York Honda was very satisfying. experin
Just bought a new vehicle from JJ Rogers at Crown Honda. Very honest dealings with us and gave us a great deal. The vehicle was just what we wanted and JJ worked hard to make sure we were well taken care of.
When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Jason Tate who was just finishing up with another customer. He was good and he was thorough. He was also probably juggling 3,4 customer at a time so there were some lulls and waits. Overall decent experience.
I did get the car I wanted but there was little budging on the price. Paid around $700-$1000 above the NADA suggested retail for the vehicle in excellent shape.
Also beware, their doc fee is $599. Around $200-$300 more than some of the other dealers I went to see. And there is no budging on that either. They were adament about that as well.
It appeared they had a very good inventory of vehicles and a wide variety of them too.
