Was skeptical going in but coming out of the dealership was a good story to be had. Worked with William Holcomb and was very fair with my trade-in so in much that I didn’t have to put any money down and it was a 2013. Got the vehicle I wanted with more options then I can imagine and left with a full tank of gas. Also they can me a good deal on their paperwork but I still chose my credit union because there deal was better and it didn’t matter that I went that way. I purchased my car a few years ago from CarShop & have always been very happy with it. Close to the 4th of July my car started acting up & needed attention right away so it could be drive-able. No other mechanic near where I live could work on it until almost a week after the holiday. I ended up calling the CarShop & told them I did purchase my car from them although not recently & told them my problem & they said to bring it in right away the same morning I called. They even provide courtesy rides within a certain distance from the shop so I ended up not having to get a rent a car. The car was fixed that afternoon & drove better than it has in a long time. They told me they do all kinds of work, even inspections. Their garages are air conditioned & very clean too so the mechanics can stay to finish your vehicle & not leave early due to temperature changes. The charges to fix my car were better or equal to other garages & the quality of work was amazing for the money. Most of the time they can take you the same day as you need them so no rent a car costs. I am surely going back to the CarShop in Glen Mills for future work. Also the staff is wonderful too; I spoke a lot to Eric, and also to Lisa & Morgan. They are all very helpful & kind.

I have to say that this has been the best car buying experience ever! I went in and my sales consultant, Nakia Scott, was very friendly and patient. Even before I got there, she was very helpful over the phone. The car selection was just great. The quality of cars there is unbeatable. Every car has a perfect Carfax as well. The entire process from walking in to driving out was less than 2 hours and I left with a better finance deal than I had when I walked in. The car is excellent and they warranty is the best. Oh and I got my registration transferred and it's only been a week and a half and I already received my updated one in the mail. I have no complaints. Extra set of keys, full tank of gas, great warranty and a like new car. Love this place!!!
2023 Honda HR-V review
What a great car! I was originally going to get a CR-V but realized I did not really need that much room so I decided to drop down to an HR-V but then get the highest trim level with all the bells and whistles. So now I have all the great comfort and sensors and top infotainment and still paying less than the CR-V. The drive is very smooth and easy to handle. The only "issue" is that it does not accelerate from a stop very quickly but then again I did not buy this to have a race car. And I just need to get used to this being a bigger car than my previous Fit so the gas mileage is not that great. Anyway, If you are looking for the small end of an SUV, this is definitely a car you should focus on.

There was no need to haggle just sign and drive. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a quality used car. This vehicle is almost new. That’s because carmax cares about what they sell. If you know your price ahead of time this is your place. They got me out the door in less than 2 hrs. Those of you who have purchased cars that could be an all day affair. Everyone was friendly . I can’t say enough good things. There’s no dealership that could compare to carmax. This place met my expectations.
2023 Honda HR-V review
This small SUV gives a lot of bang for the buck. For my driving this car has plenty of power. I don't know whether the others who say it is under powered are trying to run in the Indy 500 or what, but for every day driving as well as on the interstate it has more than enough power. The only negative for me is I got the LX model and it is not satellite radio compatible. This is for one purpose and that is to get the customer to spend more to get the more expensive model. If I were Sirius I would tell auto makers that they either offer satellite radio in all models or they don't get it for any of their models. The HR-V gets great gas milage and has a ton of safety features. I love the HR-V!

2023 Honda HR-V review
For: Safety, Reliability, 2.0 liter K series engine has been proven to be a long lasting, relatively low maintenance power plant devoid of direct fuel injection, turbo .. The engine is smooth and quiet unless pushed hard. The chassis is capable. The ride good for this class of vehicle, especially if fitted with improved tires such as the Michelin Defender 2. Brakes are good. Headlights decent, Cabin room is good. Knee room more than adequate in the rear seats. Overall a well thought out design. Negatives : If you drive fast this is not the vehicle for you. Fuel economy is not as good as direct injection competitors. Don’t expect to tow anything as it’s a CVT. The rumored upcoming hybrid will make this an even better vehicle.
