As a woman & owner of a 2020 Honda Civic ,I normally dred going to the car dealer ,even for an oil change. I can honestly say the my last experience @Piazza Honda of Philadelphia was actually amazing...Exuberant customer service, starting with their VALET attendants. These gentleman were very attentive, professional and kind. They made sure I understood each & every part of the service process....The service dept was equally polite, and displayed alot of patience as it took a few seconds for me to understand some of the automotive language....The wait time wasn't bad at all but the fact that someone comes to check on you & gives you updates on the cars process & progress was top tier for me...Thank you to everyone who played apart in my Honda experience 😀 👍🏽🚘

2024 Honda HR-V review
I've had my HR-V for a week today & I absolutely love it. It's very smooth & comfortable. I love the vehicle. I see a lot of reviews about power. It's a family SUV & grocery getting, you're not driving a race car. It gets the job done while providing good fuel economy. It's super cute and I can't wait to continue driving this vehicle for many years to come!

Colonial Nissan Inc. review
I have been doing business with Colonial Nissan for over 10 years now. There customer service is beyond comparison to any other dealer ship I have ever done business with. Last week I leased my 8th car with Colonial. I cannot thank Rick T and Jason for going above and beyond the norm to make sure I got the car and price I was looking for. I'll be back. John W.

CarMax King of Prussia review
I have to say that this has been the best car buying experience ever! I went in and my sales consultant, Nakia Scott, was very friendly and patient. Even before I got there, she was very helpful over the phone. The car selection was just great. The quality of cars there is unbeatable. Every car has a perfect Carfax as well. The entire process from walking in to driving out was less than 2 hours and I left with a better finance deal than I had when I walked in. The car is excellent and they warranty is the best. Oh and I got my registration transferred and it's only been a week and a half and I already received my updated one in the mail. I have no complaints. Extra set of keys, full tank of gas, great warranty and a like new car. Love this place!!!

J. L. Freed Honda review
Honda 5 out of 5 Stars Oct 25, 2022 Cindy A Great experience at JL Freed leasing my second Honda. Moved up from my 2020 Civic into a shiny red CRV-EX. LOVE it!!! Jake Klein was awesome salesperson- informative, pleasant, not pushy or phoney! Really lisened to my concerns and new car needs. Did not try to upsell and was mindful of my budget. Received a fair, generous trade-in value for my perfect condition 2020 Civic. Chris in finance was very helpful as well. On his game, knows just how to make the process smooth and again, great customer service! Thanks too to Sales Manager Jasun!! CRV rides awesome, looks super sharp in red and feels solid and safe. Love the design changes and extensive safety features. This is my 5th Honda vehicle! Got Freed’s very 1st 2023 CRV!! 😊 Cindy A

Yesterday the 05/14/25 I bought a 2025 Honda civic sport from Piazza Honda of Springfield. I must say I have nothing but praise and admiration for the team of professionals that that work there. Special mention goes out to the sales team which dealt with me throughout, namely Jeremiah Thomas, Andy George the sales manager and finance manager. These people went above and beyond to assist me and I'm grateful. I would definitely recommend Piazza of Springfield next time you do business.

I recently purchased a new car from Conicelli Autoplex and had an outstanding experience thanks to Cameron Berga. From the moment I walked in, Cameron was professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on helping me—not just making a sale. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. There was never any pressure, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Cameron truly went above and beyond, and it’s clear he cares about his customers. I’m very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend asking for him if you’re looking for a great car-buying experience.

Yesterday my husband and I bought a certified pre-owned Odyssey from JL Freed. From the moment we stepped on the lot, Ron Malone was kind, approachable, knowledgeable, professional, and never tried to up-sell or haggle. The entire experience was seamless. I waited with our small children in the lounge just outside of Ron's office; everything was clean and the staff who passed by were welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend this dealership. Thanks, JL Freed and Ron!

Piazza Honda of PhiladelphiaReviews
Piazza Honda of Philadelphia review

Martin HondaReviews
Martin Honda review
Took my son to buy his first used car! We met with Jose Lasalle as soon as we got in the parking lot! He was kind, knowledgeable and funny! We all hit it off right away! He helped my son pick out a great car that he just loves! My husband works for Nissan, but we chose Martin Honda to buy from! Best experience from start to finish! Love Honda cars! Jose was patient and answered all our questions and made it a quick and easy experience! We will definitely be customers again! My husband also had a great conversation with Al the director there! Can’t say enough about how amazing this dealership is! Thanks Jose and Al for the best used car buying experience EVER!

Andrea was wonderful. She was helpful and took great care of us. Some bumps in the process, but she took control to fix the problem - which is rare.

Burns Honda review
John mckeen did the service on my 2019 CRV. I had a problem with my AC and it was blowing hot air after a repair. He went out of his way to make things right when he didn’t have to. I was unaware of access to a warranty. I can’t say enough good things about John and the Honda team. Great job!

2024 Honda HR-V review
Love how car handles. The HRV is wonderful on traveling bc I have arthritis and it was a pleasure to drive on long trips. It’s smooth riding and an attractive car. It is easier to get into than the CRV bc I am short (5’2) so I had to climb up into CRV but not HRV.

CarMax SchaumburgReviews
CarMax Schaumburg review
Communicated with John Leno from the Schaumburg facility online. John understood my needs and responded quickly with Jeeps to review - after a bit of humming and hawing on my part, I changed my mind to trucks. I found a truck at another facility, John had it tranferred and within 2 days my soon to be truck arrived - and it is a beauty. John was training Matt and they both demonstrated immense knowledge throughout the interaction and I appreciated the ease of communication (not pushy). I cannot comment on the financing portion of the transaction, but closing went just as smoothly with Hubert and his supervisor. WHile impressed with my transaction I was also impressed with the amount of time that was placed on the training of new employees, or employees transferring. While yes my truck need a repair on the fog lights, it is covered under their warranty, I am highly impressed with my experience. From walking in the front door, to having John take my picture of me and my truck with a giant yellow ribbon... every individual at Carmax truly made the buying and trading experience a wonderful experience. Team Schaumburg, keep up the great work, each of you understand the true meaning of Customer Service, and that is important to some customers like me who still cherish old school values.
