CarMax Palmdale review
Recently I had to get a newer car and believe me I was stressed because of the situation but when I went to CarMax which this is my second car from them it was once again amazing to work with them! I had the pleasure of working with 2 amazing sales associates. Helen Mayo who was my main sales associate and Cheyeene Toliver who helped out my wife and myself when Helen was off! They both were very kind and helpful and made the process an ease! I was thinking of other options but since they were amazing I went with them instead if your looking for a car I highly recommend you ask for either of these two women they are a great help!

I can’t say enough good things about Gilbert Jordan at Galpin Honda. Gilbert has always taken great care of me and makes buying a vehicle about as quick and painless as it can possibly be. Even when I decided to purchase my Ford truck from Galpin Ford, Gilbert helped facilitate the deal and made sure I was taken care of throughout the process. That kind of customer service and loyalty is exactly why I continue to recommend him.

2024 Honda HR-V review
I've had my HR-V for a week today & I absolutely love it. It's very smooth & comfortable. I love the vehicle. I see a lot of reviews about power. It's a family SUV & grocery getting, you're not driving a race car. It gets the job done while providing good fuel economy. It's super cute and I can't wait to continue driving this vehicle for many years to come!

Thanks to Denis! We just came to see the cars and check the price, and eventually left in a Ford F-150. Denis, you are an amazing manager who knows how not only to interest, but also to take into account all the preferences of the client. In addition, he also became our translator from English to Russian. Denis explained all the details, as a result, everything was clear and transparent to us in this transaction. Thank you, Denis, thanks to you, a working car has appeared in our family. And with the birth of the baby, it became very convenient and more comfortable to have 2 cars in the family. Denis, we wish you great sales, profitable deals and only super customers.

In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

Galpin Volkswagen of San Fernando Valley review
I have leased two cars from Steve Rodgers at Galpin and I have had nothing but positive experiences! I recently saw my tire lights come on, and even though I didn't have an appointment that day, I stopped by the Volkswagen dealership anyway. They were able to take care of me right away and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Before coming to him, I used to dread going to car dealerships, but now, I get excited when I "have" to go in, because he truly make me feel like a friend; like family. His kindness, customer service and attentiveness to anything I may need is consistent and unwavering. I have referred everyone I know to him and I will continue to go to him for all of my vehicles!

Love how car handles. The HRV is wonderful on traveling bc I have arthritis and it was a pleasure to drive on long trips. It’s smooth riding and an attractive car. It is easier to get into than the CRV bc I am short (5’2) so I had to climb up into CRV but not HRV.
