I came into Lake Elsinore Honda for a windshield calibration and transmission drain N fill. Tyler was very helpful in answering my questions regarding the windshield calibration which was a little tricky because I was told by the glass installer that my camera needed to be replaced. As it turned out the glass was installed incorrectly and Tyler sent me pictures and showed me the issue in person. Tyler also noted that my transmission seal was leaking and he made an appointment for next weekend to have that fixed. I just started coming to Lake Elsinore Honda a couple years ago when I purchased a 2022 Civic and I have found all the employees very knowledgeable and helpful . . . and they do it with a smile.

The 100,000 miles service took 5hr and a half. It was reasonable and everything looks good. Just notice an oil leak in the garage last night. Will still observe if it continues so i can bring it back. Overall the service was good, the things done were explained and understood. They still use the age old "up" system in greeting walk in prospects, which is fair to the sales people, but we didn't feel like we were just a number. No price negotiations here as the posted price is what it is and the sales people don't work on commission. We had searched their inventory via internet and indicated the vehicle which we were interested in looking at. It was parked at the front entrance waiting for us when we arrived at our appointment time. We ended up buying it. Will buy our next car here too.

2024 Honda HR-V review
Love how car handles. The HRV is wonderful on traveling bc I have arthritis and it was a pleasure to drive on long trips. It’s smooth riding and an attractive car. It is easier to get into than the CRV bc I am short (5’2) so I had to climb up into CRV but not HRV.

So slow it’s almost unsafe! Front seats are not comfortable. Blind spot in side mirrors. Everything else is good. Base engine needs 40 more horses. Sport trim should have a turbo engine.

The process of buying my new car was actually relatively stress free, which is not something I expected going in. Our sales associate, Steve De Leon Ardiano, was excellent throughout the entire process. From the beginning, he was quick to provide information on the exact car I was looking for, answered questions clearly, and was very transparent about pricing and options. What I appreciated most was that Steve was professional, courteous, and straightforward. He never pressured us or played games, which made a huge difference. Buying a car is stressful enough, and Steve kept everything clear, efficient, and no-nonsense in the best way possible. When we decided we wanted a different color than the original vehicle we discussed, he was very accommodating and helped make the switch smoothly without making it complicated. After getting quotes from several other dealerships, we ultimately chose to go with Steve because his communication and offer stood out. He even came in on his day off to help finalize everything and take care of us, which we really appreciated. We were in and out within about 3–4 hours handling all the paperwork, which felt very reasonable compared to past experiences. I also want to mention the woman who handled the contract and financing portion (I believe her name was Sarah). She was respectful of our non-negotiables and worked with us to find solid middle ground on the remaining items. Overall, this was one of the smoothest car-buying experiences we’ve had, and I would absolutely recommend working with both Steve and Sarah again.
