Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!

Recently purchased a 2022 Silverado from Sunrise Chevrolet. It was amazing! Having two toddlers with me and the bf lol is a lot of work but Tristan was amazing and worked very quickly with me since this morning before even coming in....pretty much when I arrived I had to sign documents get insurance, test drive in parking lot (only bc the area, I was unfamiliar with) and th3n sign some more paper work and off I went. And the kids did get a little fussy but no complaints from anyone which is always so nice. I mean 2 under 2 is a lot already and they worked their magic and got me a car even with low credit and a repow.....repo..... thanks so much guys!!!!

My experience at Major World was exceptional! My salesperson Martin was knowledgeable, professional, patient and kind. I told him my budget and he immediately brought me to a section where dozens of vehicles were in my price range. He pointed out the ones he thought were the best value and told me why. He never tried to get me to consider something out of my price range. The whole staff was friendly and very helpful. Great service...seamless! Salesperson (Linda Pesantez) was very professional, attentive and forthcoming/transparent while tending to our needs. It helped too that my fiancé and I knew exactly what we wanted as far as choice of vehicle. We should note here that there seems to be a "homey" feel to the ambiance. We didn't feel pressured in the least and the entire purchase process lasted approximately 2 hours or a tad over. Based on our experience, we highly recommend Mahwah Honda for your next vehicle purchase. Kudos to the Mahwah Honda for having set the bar for exemplary service and to the staff for their diligence in effecting that end in their dealings with customers.

Started off by turning in my 2016 Accord Sport. After going over all options ended up leasing another 2020 Accord Sport. Had such great service provided from sales to finance ended up coming back two days later and leasing a Civic Sport for my daughter. My wife already has a Pilot Ex-L. This will make our twelfth Honda purchase since moving in the area, all from Joyce Honda. Always top notch service provided. This time for sales we used Joe San Roman. Joe always provides 5 star service and is always goes above and beyond to make a deal happen. We have used Joe in the past, And is always a pleasure to work with (Great job Joe). For finance we used two people who were also amazing to work with. They allowed us to make a smooth transition right through the whole purchasing process. First up Matt Stark provided top notch service, and went above and beyond and treated us like family throughout the whole purchasing process (Great Job Matt). Next up the finisher Steve Owusu. Steve also went above and beyond to make purchasing both vehicles smooth as can be. He kept us aware of all options, And also was there via phone whenever needed for questions about anything involved in the whole purchase (Great Job Steve). A day late… NEVER a dollar short with these guys! I thought my first experience leasing my civic hatch touring was great, but my second experience beat it! Walked in to test drive SUV’s as my lease was near end.. walked out with a ‘24 Passport Trailsport, the vehicle I never knew I needed! David Streisant answered the phone, sent me photos of applicable cars on their lot, and we made an appt for that same day. During the test drive he pointed out important features and anticipated questions I would not have known to ask. The duration of the test drive was generous. And here's the cherry on the cake that sets David above most others: *AFTER* the sale was made, he took the time to give us a thorough walk-thru of setting up Android Auto and the various options for vehicle settings. David gave us a very favorable buying experience.
