Impressive exterior and interior vehicle. Gas saving. Cameras actually help rear parking. Seats customize as I prefer. Running day lights great. Rear window wiper helpful. Interior air adjusts very well. Leasing now. Purchase is probable. Safety features get five stars.
Awesome service! We came in to service our Odyssey and ended up trading it in for a new 2019. Tim Tilghman was our salesperson and was very attentive, kind and patient. I would recommend Honda of Olathe to anyone.

I had a 2015 Civic and needed something with more interior space, so I thought the HR-V would be the answer. The seats in this car are the most uncomfortable seats I have ever sat in. There is no lumbar adjustment and the lumbar is far too pronounced to sit against without causing pain. I contacted my dealer and Honda customer service and have gotten no assistance from either. I caution anyone not to purchase this car! Do yourself a favor and get a Civic.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Brake failure almost got me killed!

Controls difficult to access. Very poor visibility. Great gas mileage and then the brakes failed and I was almost killed. Stay away from this model Honda which is usually reliable.
I also had issues with their service department.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.

The drive belt makes loud noiseson accelerator Brought back to dealer. Said it was known problem. But waiting on engineers to fix cause of problems. Haven got back to us. A new car with this very loud noise is not right. Very bad service from Honda. We never buy another Honda.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

This car has everything from AWD to navigation! It has lane assist and not to mention 3 differently angled back up cameras! I've never drove a car that handles so well in the snow. I would recommend this car to anybody. It had great leg room in the back (trust me i checked, i have very long legs) and they fold flat if you need the extra space. I dont have a single bad thing to say about this car. Honda's are amazing cars!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. If you want sell your car with no hassle, go with Caravan. Thanks for the best service Tom.

My wife and I have owned this car for a little over a year now. So far, it’s been a terrific primary vehicle. It’s comfortable, very roomy and all the ’bells and whistles’ we need. We absolutely love the storage you get with the magic seats. My only complaints, which really are minor is the lack of engine acceleration and the CVT transmission ’droning’ This vehicle is powered by a 142 hp 1.8L engine used in the Civic, so don’t expect to be able to haul trailers with it. What this vehicle is meant for is smartly getting around town and loading the back up for long trips.
It's great to have someone that can explain and passionate about the vehicle that you want to purchase. It takes time but very well explained. From the receptionist, sales consultant, finance to manager, you will feel like you're family. Every minutes counts and all my question were answered even the DO's and DONT's. The service team is very efficient.

I purchased the 2017 HR-V new to replace a much loved 2010 Honda CRV with 170,000 miles on it. I thought that I could get used to the smaller size but the 2nd row is uncomfortable. With carseats for 2 grandchildren you really cannot get a third person in the back. The rear cargo area is only good if you flip the 2nd row seats down. Honda has also significantly cheapened the interior. I recently had a deer run into my path and though I saw him right away and was only going 35 mph, I could not stop in time. The car didn't perform as well as expected and I ended up with $7500 in damages. I was ready to trade it in before the accident and did so as soon as it was repaired. I don't know how the vehicle has such high reviews. I have moved on to another brand and doubt that I would ever go back to Honda.
I had the best car purchase experience at Jay Wolfe! I started working with Russ King when I found out that Honda was bringing the Civic Type R to the United States finally. The release of the car was still months out but Russ put me on his list and updated me with any information he heard about the car. He kept me well informed, knowing how excited I was about this car. I felt like he was as excited for me as I was for the car to be released. This is a limited production car that most dealerships will only receive one or two of. Even knowing this, Russ and Jay Wolfe didn't mark the car's price up like so many other dealerships have done (others marked it up $2k to $20k!). They had higher offers for it than what Russ and I had discussed but he and Jay Wolfe kept to what we had discussed for pricing MSRP plus accessories. Now that's a dealership with integrity! They are a for profit business and it would have been easy for them to have decided to sell it for much more and make more profit, but they didn't. They kept to their word and made a customer for life! If you don't think this is that special, search online for the 2017 Civic Type R and dealer markups. There are plenty of people in a similar situation where at the last minute their dealership marked up the car by thousands of dollars. Thank you Russ and Jay Wolfe for being a solid business with integrity! I will definitely be back again when it's time to replace my wife's Odyssey.

the engine could be a little bigger, body style is fine. to many expensive options, options should be built into the price. would like the car with 18" wheels not as an option.
Samantha & Everett are the best! They both have helped me every step of the way for me finally deciding on my new HRV and they had to make a short trip to get my new car and truly appreciate it! Adam the finance guy was helpful and friendly as well. Great job everyone involved 😊

Great investment considering me and my husband like to travel and adventure ALOT of space I literally fit everything in my life in it and still had room to spare. I use it every day to go to and from work and I barely use any gas but when traveling it takes 4 hrs to go down to half a tank
Professional sales, finance, and management all made me feel very comfortable and respected. A very positive experience with no stress from beginning to end. Highly recommend.
Problems right away

I turned the temperature control knob and something broke right away. It stayed in the shop a week for the whole dash to be taken apart for the repair. Now, at 22000 miles a rattle has started in the rear suspension. They just replaced a shock today, and it still rattles. Will be trading soon.
