Corey Bishop was an outstanding sales person! This was such a great experience purchasing a vehicle, everyone at the dealership was so pleasant and wonderful to work with. Very patient with answering every question I had, and I had so many 😅 I could not more highly recommend Corey and this dealership. Thank you all so very much. I will certainly recommend you to everyone I know with no reservations whatsoever.

I had reservations initially, but am very pleased with my purchase. This vehicle has a few more additions than my previous HRV. I like the added features that are standard on this model.

Andy Mohr FordReviews
Andy Mohr Ford review
Needed some mechanical work on our 10-year-old Escape. Joe made sure we got a thorough inspection. Then we ordered the work we wanted. No pressure to do it all. He was in contact regularly with us over the 2 days they worked on it. The results were incredible. No surprises. We knew exactly what we were going to pay for the service we wanted. Highly recommend going to Andy Mohr for any Ford service. Friendly, detailed, professional. Love these guys!!
2018 Honda HR-V review
Some early reviewers did not like the power, but it has been fine for me. I am not racing anyone. I like the “magic seat” capability. That has been useful many times. Driven literally across the country — California to Florida — with little fatigue. 60,000 miles and no maintenance issues.

Nice little car. But.,,I have an oil leak at 32,000 miles. Not good. Otherwise perfect for me. Just wish Honda would start making cars with color. Always silver, white, black. Blah.

So slow it’s almost unsafe! Front seats are not comfortable. Blind spot in side mirrors. Everything else is good. Base engine needs 40 more horses. Sport trim should have a turbo engine.

Best experience purchasing a car, took only 2 days, signed everything electronically, car was delivered in less than a week. will work with them again in the near future.
2024 Honda HR-V review
Love how car handles. The HRV is wonderful on traveling bc I have arthritis and it was a pleasure to drive on long trips. It’s smooth riding and an attractive car. It is easier to get into than the CRV bc I am short (5’2) so I had to climb up into CRV but not HRV.

2022 Honda HR-V review
Very happy with my HR-V sport model. Exterior design of the car is very nice Interior is a little small with not much room for storing things. Would not recommend this car to avery large person but for a smaller individual it is perfect, Runs well, has more pick up than I thought it would have. Based on only been driving it for 3 weeks I do recommend it.

Everyone was very nice to work with. Cole is always great working with and very helpful. I switched my lease today to get a car with lower payments and it was very quick and easy.
2016 Honda HR-V review
Overall, it's great! It's a Honda and it is reliable and holds up well over time! It can be parked anywhere! However, the heater is terrible - takes over 20 minutes to warm up the car inside (my 1996 Civic and 2002 CR-V had fantastic heaters, I don't know what Honda's done to ruin their heaters). It is also bad for road noise, it is difficult to hear passengers because of all the road noise on a highway!

CarTrader LLC review
I had an outstanding experience working with Andy while searching for a car from out of state. Even though I ultimately found a vehicle closer to home, the level of kindness, honesty, and dedication Andy showed throughout the entire process truly stood out. He took the time to help me pick out the right car, made sure every detail fit my needs, and was completely transparent from start to finish. It’s rare to find a salesperson who demonstrates such genuine integrity and professionalism. Andy’s trustworthiness and ethics made me feel completely confident in the process, and if I ever need another car, he will absolutely be the first person I contact. Highly recommend Andy for anyone looking for a seamless and honest car‑buying experience.

2024 Honda HR-V review
I've had my HR-V for a week today & I absolutely love it. It's very smooth & comfortable. I love the vehicle. I see a lot of reviews about power. It's a family SUV & grocery getting, you're not driving a race car. It gets the job done while providing good fuel economy. It's super cute and I can't wait to continue driving this vehicle for many years to come!

Mike Castrucci Ford of Alexandria review
Kenton provided excellent service throughout the entire process. As an out-of-state buyer, I needed to be able to inspect and learn as much as possible about the vehicle without being there in person, and Kenton went above and beyond to help me do exactly that. He was responsive, helpful, and provided me with everything I asked for. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to make a deal, which I’m honestly disappointed about because I really appreciated working with him. I want to thank Kenton for all his time, effort, and professionalism. I would definitely recommend working with him.

Crossroads Car and Truck review
I purchased a vehicle from this dealership nearly ten years ago and again in early May 2026. Both experiences were excellent. The team is easy to work with, professional, and maintains a relaxed, customer-friendly approach. They are also committed to making things right if any discrepancies arise. They offer a great selection of high-quality, high-end vehicles. Thank you, Crossroads Car and Truck, for another positive experience.

I love the look of this body style, unfortunately they changed they body style so next time I buy a car it won’t be the HR-V with backseat handle that make the vehicle look like a sedan.

2025 Honda HR-V review
Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!

2023 Honda HR-V review
For: Safety, Reliability, 2.0 liter K series engine has been proven to be a long lasting, relatively low maintenance power plant devoid of direct fuel injection, turbo .. The engine is smooth and quiet unless pushed hard. The chassis is capable. The ride good for this class of vehicle, especially if fitted with improved tires such as the Michelin Defender 2. Brakes are good. Headlights decent, Cabin room is good. Knee room more than adequate in the rear seats. Overall a well thought out design. Negatives : If you drive fast this is not the vehicle for you. Fuel economy is not as good as direct injection competitors. Don’t expect to tow anything as it’s a CVT. The rumored upcoming hybrid will make this an even better vehicle.
