I had a great experience at this dealership. Leon was fantastic to work with—fast, thorough, and efficient throughout the entire process. Carlton in Finance was equally great and made that part of the process quick and straightforward. I really appreciated that the entire experience was no-pressure and stress-free. Both were professional, helpful, and made purchasing my vehicle a very easy experience. I would definitely recommend working with Leon and Carlton!

Abe was amazing right off the bat. He had the van ready for me to test drive after communicating via email and coordinating a schedule around my little ones needs. We weighed options on models, colors, etc, and made my trade in experience easy peasy.

CarMax West 104th Ave review
Bought my vehicle from Golden, CO Carmax and didn't have any support for mechanical issues. Still purchased the vehicle because it is what I wanted. Ashley from sales in Golden was the worst! I ended up closing the deal with Cora who was amazing and clearly the exception to the rule in Golden. When I told Ashley there were issues with the brakes she was rude and didn't take me seriously. I ended up working with the Federal Heights dealership on repairs. Debbie in the service department took this on and was soooo amazing! She took care of everything and I am so greatful! The technican at this location was amazing as well (I forget his name unfortunately)! It is really a shame that I had to go to another location to get service, but I am so glad that I did. Outstanding job Federal Heights location!

I had the best experience shopping here. They were helpful and patient with no pressure to buy. They found exactly what I wanted, even when I didn’t know exactly what that was. The process was pretty smooth. I also really like the option to return the car within 5 days and the 30 day warranty. All in all, they treat you right and take the worry out of buying a used car! I will buy from them again.

These folks were awesome when purchasing my Volvo and fixing my Toyota Solara. I highly recommend them. Check the out if you are looking for a car. There is no negotiation but if you see the same vehicle cheaper they will typically meet that price.

This dealership took great care of me. Angel Villa was my salesman and got me exactly what I wanted and more. Bought my first brand new car from here and they followed through with everything that was promised from the beginning and somehow still got me a better deal in the end. Dan on the team was also very knowledgeable and even answered the phone when I needed to know what kind of gas to put in the car outside of sales hours. They are just above and beyond!

AutoNation Honda 104 review
My husband and I recently purchased a “used” 2026 Honda CRV from Autonation 400 in Westminister, Colorado. We are SO PLEASED not only with our new car, but also their process that made it so pleasant and possible for us to obtain this lovely car! Our neighbor is the manager at this location and we trust him! He assigned us to work with Ashley Chavez and she is knowledgeable, kind, and so patient! (We recommended that they give her a raise!! ). We had described to our neighbor the type of car we were looking for (even the color!!) and when one that fit our description became available, he let us know right away! The car is a 2026 Honda CRV hybrid and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE driving this car!! Our daughter borrowed it for a couple of days while we were on vacation and SHE LOVES IT, TOO!! 😊 WE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THIS DEALERSHIP! Their no-nonsense pricing was fair and easy to work with! If you are looking for a GREAT USED CAR - go to Honda 104 in Westminster, Colorado! You will be GLAD YOU DID! Sincerely, Vicky

I was in need of a new car . The one i had was bought in 2005 but the year of the car is 2001. I wanted something a bit newer and affordable. I didn't catch the guy's name since my dad was the one who dealt with him first. No pressure at all. He was very helpful. I test drove the car and loved how it drove along with it's a big upgrade to what i had. So decided to buy it. I bought a 2012 Infiniti G25x, leather seats, AWD. front seat heaters, sun roof, backup camera, defrost on the side mirrors and it's a V6. I love it. I highly recommend buying a car here.

This was an incredible car buying experience. Our salesperson, Tino, was friendly helpful, honest and efficient. We arrived to test drive a particular vehicle and found some warning messages while driving. We were told they would check it out. We did all of the application paper work and were even approved by the credit union. It was taking a while to check the car so Tino suggested we go home for a bit and he would call when it was ready. After being home for a while, Tino called to tell us they would not sell us the car because it had a bad transmission. Talk about honest. That blew us away. We went back to the website and found another car that interested us, We called and asked to come back and see Tino. We were back at the dealer in 15 minutes. While waiting for Tino, his manager came by to check how it was going. We got to test drive the car, loved it and decided to buy it. I went in with an idea about what kind of deal I wanted, but that didn't seem to be OK with him. The deal he got for us was incredible with more for my trade than I expected, added service agreement and gap insurance. I guess I should complain because the payment was two dollars a month more than I told him. Just kidding! We left with our new vehicle and a deal that was fantastic. Looking foe a car? Echopark Thornton will make you happy.

I know how everybody always runs to write a review when it comes to anything going wrong! I think it’s equally as important to let people know when you have excellent service. I bought a 2014 Q 50 from Morgan yesterday and it was absolutely a seamless transaction.... The first time with visit in a dealer that has the hassle free attitude and fortitude, this was the first time that it was actually exercise correctly ! Morgan thank you for the care and time that you put in on my quest !!!! Kindest, AS You rock!66

Urban Motors Blue review
Buying my Ioniq5 was SO easy with them!! I'd been working with Max over at Urban Motors Red previously looking at other models, but when we settled on the Ioniq as what we were after, he was very quick to direct us here to Blue. We worked with Tyler primarily as our salesperson, who was very quick to respond and didn't play games like many other dealerships. We negotiated the walk-off price, put down our earnest money over the phone, and Tyler and the crew got the car ready for our pickup. It was a snap! Amazing service, 10/10.

This purchase from Urban Motors was my first sight unseen experience. Tyler was extremely patient answering all of my texts, of which there were many. I appreciated his willingness to work hard with a distant purchaser. The delivery truck arrived on time- thanks for making a stressful purchase work well!

AutoNation Honda 104 review
I've bought a lot of new cars over the years - this was the best experience I've ever had. I ended up buying a Honda CRV Hybrid from them and love it. They supported my buying process (which included looking at other cars/dealerships) and they advocated intelligently for their product. I found the suggestions and feedback they provided on other models to be fair and accurate. The next time I go to buy a car, this dealership is the first place I'll go.

This was my 1st experience with CarMax and I have absolutely nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about the entire process. Everyone that I dealt with, throughout the entire process had amazing attitudes and willing to help in any way possible. I truly felt like everyone enjoyed their jobs and their main goal was to make sure all their customers got into the vehicle that they truly wanted. I can't thank this team enough, for making our Yukon purchase as smooth as it was!

Sales staff (manager) was very helpful. Answered all my questions and went above and beyond to satisfy my but in the end I made the decision not to buy the flex from them . I would have had to fly from western New York to Colorado to purchase the can and sight unseen got me nervous so I passed up the opportunity to buy the car

We bought this wonderful CRV new in 2016. It is the best vehicle that either one of us has ever owned. We were dedicated Ford people. We have always brought the CRV here for service and always will because of this excellent dealership. We wish Honda had a line of full size pickup trucks.
