Very happy with my service yesterday. For loyal customers, the service is excellent. Free oil change, free tire rotation, free car wash and a Latte. Now that’s what I call a good company.

Mario was very helpful & attentive. I ended up buying a car from a friend but if I hadn't I would definitely want to work with Mario again. BTW I've never been to the lot so I can't really rate that. I did notice that the prices were higher than other lots.

Leith Honda Aberdeen review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (If I could give 100 stars, I would!) Let me just say this: I was trapped in an absolute NIGHTMARE lemon of a 2025 Hyundai Tucson Blue Hybrid. Total disaster — constant issues, endless stress, and zero peace of mind. I honestly thought I was stuck. Then I walked into Leith Honda Aberdeen, and everything changed. Ken worked patiently with me, never pushy, just calm and supportive through the whole process. Tim was beyond amazing — thorough to a fault, making sure every last detail was explained, every concern addressed. And then there’s Mat the manager — this man went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and that the deal actually worked in my favor, not just theirs. That kind of leadership sets the tone, and it shows in the whole team. They pulled me out of that lemon nightmare and into a gorgeous, reliable CR-V Hybrid that has been nothing short of life-changing. I went from daily anxiety to complete peace of mind the moment I drove it off the lot. Leith Honda Aberdeen didn’t just sell me a car — they gave me back my sanity and restored my faith in dealerships. Ken, Tim, and Mat deserve 100 stars out of 10. 🌟🌟🌟

Leith Inc is the BEST DEALERSHIP IN ALL OF NC HANDS DOWN!!! I purchased an Acura MDX last month and the service that I received from Rodney Hamlet (Sales), Matt (Mgr) and Jay (F&I) was immaculate! At the same time, my niece purchased a vehicle as well. They even went out of their way to pick her up from Charlotte! I just want to say, “Thank you guys for all of your honesty and prompt attention to our needs!” So if there’s anyone in need for a vehicle or just want to add to their fleet, go and check these guys out immediately! I promise you won’t be disappointed.
2026 Honda Odyssey review
We had a 2019 that was a good car, but we decided to upgrade to a 2026. We love it. The only problem we had was the A/C wasn't blowing cold. For some reason it was over charged. But that has been fixed and we are loving it.

I had an outstanding experience with Flow Honda of Winston-Salem. From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations. Michael Fam went above and beyond to make everything seamless, he even brought in a Rav4 from another city just so I could test drive it. His dedication, communication, and professionalism made the entire process stress-free and smooth. Brian Washburn was equally amazing. He was kind, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He walked me through the test drives and even delivered the car to my home with a coworker. That level of care and service is rare and so appreciated. My son is beyond happy with his Honda CR-V, and I am grateful for the exceptional team at Flow Honda. I’ll be back the next time I am in the market. I highly recommend asking for Michael or Brian, they truly care about their customers.

Matt Swope did an excellent job of explaining the advantages and disadvantages of the various 2026 Honda models as well as taking us on a long test drive. He explained how the CRV was especially good at providing convenient, comfortable seating for older folks like us, which is really important. We also enjoyed learning about all of the wonderful features on the car, and we know that he helped us to get the best possible price on our car, and showed us how to take possession of the car that we wanted at the end of our upcoming travels abroad for maximum convenience. We easily set up the financing contract, and overall It was a very positive experience.

Buying a car is not my favorite activity and the wrong sails person can make it unpleasant. Ted Buras was a pleasure to meet. He is personable, flexible, and informed. He helped me become thoroughly familiar with the many novel features of a new Honda, but at my own pace so that I never felt rushed, or required to conform to his agenda or routine. If a Honda is on your short list I recommend giving Ted an opportunity to help you.
