2023 Honda Pilot review
I purchased a 2023 Hilda Pilot from the Honda dealership on South Boulevard in Charlotte. I was treated like family from the moment that I arrived up until the moment that I drove off in my new vehicle. 2023 Pilot Touring have owned for 11 months. Been all over the Southeast with it. Very happy with it. Absolutely no problems or issues whatsoever. Decided on it because of smooth quiet ride with nice large windows and visibility. Among best in class for spaciousness and cargo capacity. Would buy one again in a heartbeat.

2023 Honda Pilot review
I purchased my Ex-L for a little more space after trading my CRV in. I had no idea it would be a nice trade, and I am absolutely thrilled with my new pilot and the new design! I even took it on the beach and it performs so well!! We really enjoyed the Outer Banks in it. I love it all wheel drive love everything about this car. It has a lot to offer for the price and you really do need to read the manual or watch the videos because there’s so much more to this car than what you think.

Took the vehicle in for periodic service for the oil change, tire rotation, and differential fluid change based on the maintenance minder. Prices were competitive for a dealership. My service advisor with whom I trusted for the past 5 years is no longer working there. My secondary choice is Gary but I was assisted by a new advisor and possibly new service manager, Jordan. He was friendly, informative, and attentive to my needs. He followed up with me concerning the findings of the technician through the multi-point inspection and provided me with options to address the mechanical issues without pressure. Overall, the service was great from the initial meeting the advisor through the time spent paying the cashier. The estimated time to complete the work was relatively quick and on point. I received a detailed car wash and courtesy vacuuming, which was a nice bonus. I was happy with my most recent visit.
