2023 Honda Pilot review
I purchased a 2023 Hilda Pilot from the Honda dealership on South Boulevard in Charlotte. I was treated like family from the moment that I arrived up until the moment that I drove off in my new vehicle. The service that I received from the sales associate, Christopher (Chris) Robinson specifically was absolutely amazing. Chris exceeded all of my expectations even though I was apprehensive about buying a brand new vehicle at the time. Whether i am coming in for a service with Joe and anyone of the other guys or seeing Andy for a sale, I am always greeted by smiles and great customer service. Being able to be friends- even family, with the people who take care of your car is such a great privilege. My family and I have been buying cars from this location and Andy since I was a kid! Everytime, we are treated the best and even as though we are family. Yesterday, I traded in my car and bought my first car under my name as a 24 year old graduating with my masters. Nervous about the experience and how it might go I reminded myself that I would be in the best hands with Andy as he always takes the best care of my family and I. If anything he empowered me to speak up and be honest. Never made me feel intimidated by the process for a second.
