My wife's 2002 Pathfinder after 258,000+ finally went down. Went to Neptune Motors. Nice selection, clean, low miles, asking prices in line. Phillip helped us that day. We left and went to a couple of other places and then went back and saw Phillip again. We bought a great 2006 Toyota Highlander from Neptune. Very happy. Good guys ... Lannin and Philip and a good dealership.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
The sale people were very knowledgeable , and was a pleasure to do business with. She had the service department clean the car prior to delivery and they did not half clean anything. The windows, interior seats, and carpet was not cleaned as good as previous car dealers had done. Overall Sale personnel are fine, Service personnel are not as good.
Worked with Ken Wesley on the purchase of my new CRV. He was very professional and easy to work with. Honest and forthright. Works hard and made the process quick and painless. Next time I buy a car I'll be calling Ken! Thanks for the wonderful experience.

Rick Riddle is the top salesman in our opinions. We have bought 5 hondas in the past 7 years, 3 of those were in a years time. We have a 2016 CRV and a 2017 Ridgeline. But i must say if it wasnt for Diane Johnson in the service dept we wouldnt be buying from there. Diane has gone above and beyond to make the service pleasurable. I was helping my brother and sister-in-law to purchase a vehicle that they took over a year to choose the best make and model for their family.
