Most comfortable pickup I have owned(extensive spine injury).hate the auto stop feature…the electronics are the worst.very difficult to sync a phone. Great mileage. I Plan on keeping this truck a very long time.also required maint.is a disappointment..never had to change diff and trans fluid in any of my previous trucks

I've had my '19 Ridgeline RTL-E for about 3 years now, she's my daily. Super comfortable ride, I'm 5'10 with long legs and I do wish that the driver seat would go back just a tad bit more. One thing that has spoiled me is the heated steering wheel, I love that feature. As far as the performance goes, it's pretty quick once you get going. I wish it was much more responsive rather than the slow take off it has now. The 6-speed transmission does worry me as I have heard some concerning things about it, and I love to keep my vehicles until they quit on me. Other than that, I do enjoy the rear power sliding window, and the speakers in the bed. Many of my truck buddies are impressed by this mid-size truck's handle and as am I.

I bought my 2011 Ridgeline in October 2021. The handling is very good and secret compartment is very nice. I got it with only 54k which is phenomenal for a vehicle that is 11 years old. I traded my my lexus for it and glad I did. The RTL is the full package and it's great in snow.

Purchase the Ridgeline used. I like the way it drives and handles. Used through several home renovations handled loads fine. One major problem with all Ridgeline roof racks they leak all four stanchions in the car show leakage Honda refuses to admit it's their problem

My 5th Ridgeline. 2008-2025. Does everything I need from a truck as an owner of a small home. 24MPG highway and 19 around town. Never even had a check engine light come on with any of my five. MUCH roomier than Taco, Frontier, Ranger or Colorado. Wider and absolutely NO CONTEST for back seat room. The only true mid-size suitable for a growing family.

I really love driving this truck. It rides and handles like a car but you have a truck when you need it. The only negative I have is it has a lot of wind noise which is annoying.

Purchased this 2023 Ridgeline after my 2020 was totaled out. The 2020 gets slightly better gas mileage, but they are very comfortable and quiet vehicles. I have many friends with larger trucks that have poor ride quality and lack the ease of use. The best thing is that Honda last forever. I still have and drive a 92 Civic. Two things I wish Honda and other manufacturers would do in the mid size truck market; one is make the back seats recline and make a reliable hybrid. Everything else is perfect. I was going to buy a newer Ridgeline since the display controls are better, but I loved the in bed speakers that are no longer on the newer models. It’s more truck than you’ll need for 90% of what you use it for.

Can’t beat this Ridgeline for comfort and amenities. 18k miles and it’s been a pleasure other than two small issues. The CarPlay continuously disconnects and according to the dealer, there is no fix. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. It’s basically useless. Also, wireless charging does not work. It connects but never charges. Same response, no fix at the dealer. Such a great vehicle I would highly recommend but these two issues mar an otherwise nearly perfect truck.

Recently purchased a used 2019 RTL-T model. First impressions are rides like a high-end car, with the functionality of a truck: very impressed. I bought it for everyday use (I'm retired, play golf) and the occasional use for hauling lumber for home projects. The interior is a-plus, except for the minor un-functionality of the infotainment system: no mute button for audio system on steering wheel or on display, must go through a menu to get to active music screen and USB cable tether for Android Auto instead of wireless. Otherwise, excellent! Ride is superior to any other midsize truck, interior is attractive and spacious; leather seats are just a little firm (less so than a Cadillac which I feel are unreasonably firm!!!). Power train is very responsive and lite on fuel as compared to a full size truck. With Honda reliability and car/truck versatility, I do not know how I have lived without it for all these years!

I bought my 2025 Ridgeline black edition 4 days ago and am amazed at how good of a vehicle it is. It does everything I want a truck to do from hauling 2 recliners in the bed, getting bags of mulch, and cruising around town running errands. Plus the tow package is really handy if I want to pull a uhaul trailer in the future as I tend to rent them a couple times a year for different projects. I drove a 2005 tundra for 17 years, a 1998 Tacoma for 3 years, and a mazda B2300, and I liked them all but the ridgeline is far and away the nicest, smoothest driving, most comfortable and feature laden truck I have ever owned. The only negative I can think of is that I wish the bed was 6 feet long like the Tacoma long-beds. I liked the 6' bed on my Tundra but I knew the bed length when I bought the truck so I can't fault Honda for it. The trunk under the bed and 2-way tailgate MORE than make up for the missing 8" of bed length.

I bought my Ridgeline new in February 2021 and it still feels new to me. Plenty of power, comfort, and convenience to keep me satisfied and not interested in replacing it. I’ve owned several interesting new cars, like a’69 Z28, ‘74 MGB, and 2019 Insight but the Ridgeline is the first to truly keep my interest.

Bought this 2023 Ridgeline RTL used with only 4000 miles in Nov 2024, so it is essentially a new car. I was coming from a similar class, a 2018 Nissan Frontier. The new electronics suite is really nice. Turning radius is slightly less, so still getting used to that especially when backing into spaces. The tilt down/swing open tailgate is very handy, and the extra trunk under the deck is a Godsend for groceries, and the trunk also keeps the spare tire out of the elements until that rare time I have to get at it. All in all I like it a lot (price tag could have been lower), but no real complaints as yet. Only little things are that I am still reaching for a shifter (push button automatic), and reaching to turn off the key (which is now a fob in my pocket). Nice smooth ride which is really nice for some of the longer rides I take.

In retirement, we wanted to get to being a one-car couple. The Ridgeline has been perfect. Rides like a car with great features and still allows you to haul large or bulky items in the bed and tow (we've done both). The dual swing tailgate is great and we use the trunk all the time. Just been a great all in one vehicle.

Sold my car recently and gave me a very fair price. Over book value and more than twice what the nearby dealership offered. Good place to sell.

Bought my RTL-T model new in 19. Smooth, very comfy. MPG averages 23 with highs of 29 on long trips. The T model is near the top. Negatives are slight wind noise above 60 mph with no air coming in. Confounding. I replaced the poor armrests with aftermarket. No volume knob but it was added in 2020. No mirror defroster is baffling. Navigation, and whole info system takes time to learn. 3 recalls already all fixed by dealer. Hood latch, fuel pump, and rear camera. I overall it runs perfect. Honda engine and tranny warranty is lifetime. Looking back the only other PU i would have co sidered is the Ford Ranger. But Honda quality will last me many years.

I leased my Ridgeline in January 2017 and bought it out of its lease at the end of 2019. I love that it's quiet, smooth, and drives more like a car or luxury SUV than a truck. The interior is sleek and I really like the in-bed trunk. I drive mostly highway miles and get ~24 mpg. It's closer to 25+ in the summer and 22 in the winter. It always shifted strangely and in 2021 (at 140,000 miles), it seized up and I brought it in for a diagnosis. They said my catalytic converters were fried, which was a $5,000 fix. Earlier that year, it had some fuel injector issues that were covered by recall. Asking the mechanic, he thought the fuel injector issue may have caused the catalytic converter damage. The next summer (at 180,000 miles), the same seize-up issue happened, so we replaced the transmission, which has fixed the issue. It shifts better now than it ever has. Luckily, my dealer was good to work with and did it at cost. I have only towed on two or three occasions, so I was surprised by the transmission issues. Overall, I have been satisfied with the vehicle and would buy another Ridgeline. It's big enough to tow the few small things I need to, the interior is comfortable and quiet, smooth driving, and I have been able to achieve the posted fuel economy (18/25).

I traded in my 2020 Ridgeline RTL-E for a 2022 Black Edition Ridgeline. Love the additional features, and the fact that they put a volume knob back on the infotainment system. Comfortable ride, love the tailgate and the in bed audio system which just blows people away! Also love the two way tailgate and the trunk in the bed.

They were very helpful and called when vehicle was ready to see. The price was great price but still looking for right trim for me.

I am now getting a Keyless Start system error. I never receive a recall letter. I talked to a mechanic and he said that they have issues with this problem, not all 2017 ridgeline. I hope to find an honest dealership that tells me if there is a recall for this problem and does not cost me hundreds of dollars. I just bought my first car ever—a 2022 HR-V Sport—from Inver Grove Honda, and let me tell you, it was an adventure from start to finish. I came in solo, barely knew what questions to ask, and just knew I liked Hondas, wanted AWD, and had a budget. Erin greeted me like I was an old friend. As a young woman walking into a dealership alone, that level of kindness and comfort goes a long way. I ended up test driving two cars and while test driving she even asked if I was okay turning across traffic or preferred to go up to the stop light 🥹 (yes, it’s the small things). She stayed well past closing so I could call my parents, and even put together mock loan options for me while I figured out whether I was going to finance or pay in cash. Erin had a whole mock loan sheet with different interest rates made up for me. That night I decided I wanted to put a deposit down (which I learned is refundable, shoutout to Erin for that reassurance). Then I worked with Adrian on all the paperwork and warranties. He again stayed well after close and listened to me talk to 3 family members about my options. Truly told me what he thought about the warranties and if they were worth it. Explained different payment options for paying with cash— there was a lot I didn’t understand. I ended up paying in cash and I wired my money which took a day. Erin was texting me with updates and answering all my dumb questions. I picked the car up 2 days later and drove it home! Everything was perfect…until it wasn’t. Literally the next day after driving to work, I turned it on and some warning lights popped up. I backed it out of my spot—and it wouldn’t move forward. I’d owned the car for less than 24 hours. Absolute panic. I called the dealership. Lisa (I think!) answered and got me transferred to service right away. They arranged a tow. While I was waiting for the tow I called the dealership back and talked to Miriam. She reassured me through tears (I’m literally so dramatic)that I’d get a loaner car at no cost. When I got to the dealership in tears, Joe in service met me with total calm, let me show him what happened, and walked me through everything. I was documenting like a maniac (talking pictures of all the rental records even though Joe told me he would print me a copy) because at that point, I was convinced I had just bought a bad car! I asked to speak with a manager and met Greg—also amazing—and Adrian happened to be at Greg’s desk and remembered me. Im still crying at this point. I told them I wanted to go over my warranties and my rights, I know I just sounded crazy! Greg said, “Whether it’s a $4 fix or a $4 million fix, we’ll take care of it.” AND THEY DID. Now here’s the best part: The next morning, Justin from service calls and gently asks if I’d, by any chance, added a bling ring to my ignition. I sheepishly said “uh… yeah…” and he explained that it interfered with the key chip and triggered the anti-theft system (something like that). The whole breakdown? Totally my doing. And yet—they tested my battery, thought it was a little weak, replaced it for free, ran more diagnostics, got me a free tow,gave me a loaner CR-V (a very nice one, btw), and told me not to worry about gas since I was headed to a wedding in Wisconsin. When I came back to pickup my car, I asked about floor mats that were shown in the listing but didn’t come with the car. Greg couldn’t find the originals, so he handed me brand new all-weather mats instead. Justin offered to personally answer any future “how do I not break my car” questions and told me to call anytime. I left feeling like the most high-maintenance customer ever—but they never made me feel that way. They were patient, generous, and incredibly kind. They paid for the tow, diagnostics, a new battery, and floor mats—all because I got too excited about car accessories. And I know I made them all uncomfortable with my crying, however they didn’t show it and everyone was SO professional and unders

Nice midsize truck for everyday commute and most of fun activities , fun to drive , comfortable and look nice .. 90 percent of truck owners won't need more than what it offers

Traded a 2008 Tundra with a 5.7 liter engine. I purchased a 2019 Ridgeline new. Really impressed with the mpg. Comfortable seats. Not really impressed with quality when closing the doors, but it a truck. Presently have 41,000 miles, no issues. The info center is starting to act weird. I do not like the shifter, you need to be careful putting it in Drive, a number of time I had put it in low, not good. Seems like they could put a lockout button that would prevent this issue. Overall I am pleased with the Ridgeline.
