Salesman John Locascio couldn't have been nicer and more helpful....the whole process took under an hour ...I highly recommend Arnold Chevrolet....it was by far the best experience I had in getting a car.
My salesperson was a young man named Owen Wang. Owen was professional, knowledgeable and polite. He always returned my calls or texts promptly. Owen answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns. When he went over the vehicle, he covered everything from bumper to bumper in great detail! I was very pleased with him and my service at the dealership.
Albert was the sales associate that I had the pleasure of working with and I sincerely mean that. I had my 8 year old son with me and he was patient and pleasant through the entire experience. I’m very used to feeling pushed and pressured when car shopping but I did not feel that way at all. Jamall the finance manager was very understanding that my son was with me so he helped to expedite the process and get me out of the dealership as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend this dealership and these individuals in particular.
I first met Albert in the beginning of September when he showed me the KIA NIRO. I loved it and was impressed but not ready to buy. Albert kept communication open just enough- not pushy. I let him know I was interested, but not at that time. When it was time, Albert and the staff made it smooth and easy. I just went in and bought it. But Albert in particular was very good in just giving the information, backing off and not being aggressive at all. The service department and amenities in the building are very nice as well.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I worked with Samantha at the Garfield Ave location and the service was excellent. The staff was super friendly and very informative on what I needed to know. I would highly suggest going to see them if you are purchasing a Used car any time soon!
I called for appointment for a recall that I received for my 2012 Honda Pilot to be serviced, The service personnel who welcomes me was Paul Mosca. When I handed him the letter from Honda. He first thanked me for not neglecting the mailing letter and took the time to take care of that. This makes me feel valued as a customer. Paul is very professional, courteous. The way he speaks to his customers make them feel at ease. He assures me that my car will be taken care rapidly and reassure me that I have nothing to pay. What makes Paul's service outstanding is the fact that he told me he will check if there were another recall under which your vehicle was flagged for. He invited me to get a cup of coffee.He wants to make sure that I am ok. He came to me a few times to give me a update of the car repair. and sure enough, there was another recall that the Pilot was called for. Paul is the type of representative that encourages t customer o come service their car at Millennium Honda. He is excellent in terms of people relationships. You really need people like Paul in your organization
I was there yesterday changing the oil in my car for the first time. From the moment when I drove through the gates to the time when I got back in my car I felt like I was a very special customer there. Everyone there did their best but for the most part I must thank Steve Harris. He pointed out on an important safety recall that needed to be fixed in my car and I agreed to leave the car to fix it. I got it back on time no problems at all.Steve was there to answer any questions and for assistance from the beginning to the end. I had the best experience in Honda Service Center!!
Experience was pleasantly surprising. I went to lease a new car and the entire transaction fron start to finish was smooth. Their was no pressure and they had just what I was looking for readily available.
