I'm thrilled with my 2022 Honda CR-V Hybrid Touring. It's the best, most well equipped and luxurious SUV for the money. My husband is tall, and I'm not. The driver's seat elevates nicely to accommodate my short stature. The leather feels and looks great. I like the position of the operating screen. It's set lower in the dash, compared to the Accord's, which extends above the dash. My only disappointment is that I wanted to have my CR-V raised a few extra inches, for that extra bit of clearance when off road. Because the CR-V is a unibody vehicle, getting that extra lift is not only super expensive, but it's also very difficult. Honestly, for it's factory height of 8.2 inches, it's okay. I go off road on moderate dirt, sand and gravel paths to reach great hiking trails. I'm not climbing rocky mountains.

I highly recommend. The service here is outstanding and they're always quick to address any issues I have. I will be back again and again.

We have had 2002, 2004, and now have 2010 and 2020 Odyssey vans.The Odyssey is extremely reliable. With proper maintenance will last in excess of 200,000 miles. We sold the 2004 at 230,000+ miles, and it was still running great. The 2010 we have is approaching 170,000 miles. We are two 80-year-olds; we just like having plenty of space to carry things.

Jon Mendez (sales consultant) was a person whose core values aligned with mine. This was made quite clear in conversation that had nothing to do with car buying and that is how I knew that I selected the right individual in helping me to make a major purchase. I was not familiar with Honda and Jon educated me with information which included history and value. I can conclude that his product knowledge and his step by step instructions on how everything operates made my learning experience easy. I know I can pick up a phone and call Jon and he will never be too busy to help. So Jon gets a 10 out of 10. Now I cannot say this about Dan Fry (finance director). Mr Fry reached out via phone after the sale about an insurance error. He was told that the mix had to have been on Faulkners part, my insurance has been the same forever. I did leave a message later for clarification to his voice mail. After 9 hours he had never called back with confirmation on the issue. Mr Fry gets a 0 out of 10 for being unresponsive. Jerrett Dehart (business manager) a nice YOUNG man who has a job to do but needs to know that NO means NO. Trying to upsell warranties on an already good product makes no sense. The price tag quoted was ridiculous ($4100.00) and then to add it to the sale and charge tax. I was paying cash for my car did it never occur to him that just maybe I would keep my $4100.00 in my account and earn interest and in not yours. The epic fail was when he had the wrong title and signed it and I caught the mistake. I give Jerrett a 6 out of 10 for just trying to do his job. In conclusion I will give the car detailers a 100 out of a 100. They are the real heros of the story. The car was spotless.

I purchased the 2023 Honda type R on December 14th and what can I say this is an incredible car, I just can't wait to start my new weekend hobby road course racing.

After being hit and having my car totaled, I was in a really rough spot. Matt saw my tweets about the situation and reached out to me. Thanks to him and the rest of the folks at this dealership, I have a car again. Really appreciate their kindness. Matt made considerable personal effort to help me through the process leading up to my visit, and once there, Nick helped us through the financials. They all stayed past closing time to make sure I drove out of there in a new car. The only reason I'm not giving a five star is because I definitely felt some of the financial details were left unexplained or unshared. Otherwise, these guys are are great, and I do recommend them- especially if, like me, you aren't in a great financial situation and need a car fast.

SO FAR MY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN VERY GOOD, I AM GETTING GOOD GAS MILEAGE 29.6 AT THE PRESENT. ONLY THING I WOULD CHANGE IS A LITTLE BIGGER GAS TANK.

One of the well-constructed cars I owned. I owned seven Honda/ Acura cars never one disappointment. The six speeds can run up to 7k RPM. This is a small rocket when needed in R-Mode. Comfort mode is great when it comes to mpg gas.

Eli H was wonderful..he was so nice dealing with my tired kids..he gave us exactly what we wanted without pressure or trying to sell us something else. I love driving a manual transmission and this car gives a big bang for the buck. I love all the features from the automatic high/low beams, right side camera when using the turn signals and the blue tooth capability.

Of all the cars I have owned in my life, My 2015 Honda Civic is most reliable. It is a great ride, comfortable, and good looking! I have no complaints about this vehicle. I hope to drive it for years to come and gift it to one of my grandchildren when my time is up.

I'll recomend this vehicle to anyone and everyone. Its the best vehicle I have ever owned. It has an exelent balance of comfort and ride. Fuel consumption could be better, but on the other hand I like the responsive engine.

This is a great car. Styling and handling are great. Plenty of room inside. V6 has plenty of power. Start burning oil at about 180k. Had to replace coil packs, spark plugs and alternator at 200k. Check engine light recently came on but still running strong at 215k!

this car is everything I was looking for. Power, comfort, ride and crash security. I love the responsive steering and the cars look. It gets a lot of attention due to body stile. Used in our first winter snow this year it handled it with no problems.

This dealership was super easy to work with and everyone was very friendly! They had the best deals we could find and they really took care of us. They just happened to be super busy the day that we went, so we had to wait a couple hours to start the process of purchasing a vehicle.

I previously drove a 2019 Honda Insight which I LOVED! My husband bought me the 2022 Accord Sport Hybrid. I was skeptical...but after driving the Accord for a few weeks I absolutely LOVE this car more than my Insight. I get 50 mpg in the city, the car turns heads, performs like a sports car (ok, it's not a Porsche). All in all, for the money, this is one AWESOME car!

I bought my first two cars at "no haggle" car dealerships in the Exton/Downingtown area. While I loved those vehicles, the experience I had with my salesmen at those dealerships was stress inducing and frustrating. You may be familiar with this feeling. Stepping into a dealership and feeling like vulnerable prey in the middle of a jungle of hungry predators. This was NOT AT ALL the case with the folks at Morgan Automotive. Bottom line, they cared. Not about selling and pushing me into buying a car that I wasn't sure if I wanted. They cared about me, and whether or not their vehicle options fit what I was looking for. I am a 22-year-old woman and I am weary business professionals that use lying as a sales tactic. Questionable morals are not something to fear from the staff at Morgan Automotive. I directly worked with Mark Brullo to purchase my vehicle but enjoyed meeting many other friendly staff members during my visit. Mark went the extra mile to help me receive the best financing possible with my unique financial situation and went to the trouble of calling MANY credit unions until someone could meet my needs. Buying my car from Mark felt like buying a car from a family member. His patience and understanding of what I needed is unmatched. Have purchased all of our used cars from CarMax. Only criticism I would have is you need to really inspect the car well if it has been in a reported accident. We try to stay away from those - to many hidden damage possibilities. CarMax sales person, Mike is awesome and has enabled me to put my two daughters in safe and nice first time vehicles.

Stopped by as this is a client of mine and as I was leaving, Dennis ran out to my car and stopped me before driving off. He noticed my tire was completely flat! He immediately stopped what he was doing, got it to the garage and between him, his service guy (sorry didn't catch his name, young guy with glasses) and Wilmer, they got it repaired! I was far from home and if went un-noticed, I really could have done some damage to my car. Not too often you get customer service like this, and they definitely went above and beyond! Would HIGHLY recommend buying or servicing your car here! You will not find better service elsewhere!
