I bought a 2015 Audi A3 Convertible from Rich at eimports4less and I'm very happy. It was such a simple process and was all over in a few days. I sent an email through the website that I was interested in the car one night and sent the email to see if the car was still available and Rich called me the next day. After we spoke, we suggested that I complete financing form with a deposit. Afterwards, I was approved and could pick up the car in two days. You can't beat that...... The pick up also went smoothly and Rich was very accommodating and thorough. I felt the exchange was honest and didn't feel like I had somehow in the end, been cheated. I would recommend Rich to others in a heart beat!!
We had a great experience and we love the car. The salesman and all of the sales staff who helped us out at the dealership were great and attentive to our needs.
We were looking to lease for the first time and it all worked out to our satisfaction.

I was greeted and shown a vehicle by Matt today. I must say that he was very pleasant and great to deal with. Although I didn't purchase the vehicle I wanted, I really enjoyed his professionalism, his patience, his eagerness to make a deal happen, and his judgement free kindness. I came in the dealership on a whim after cleaning my driveway and basement and I never bothered to change my clothing or boots. He treated me like any other customer. I just wanted to say great job, Matt.
I bought a used car from Piazza Honda last week and it was the most hassle-free and pleasant used car buying experiences of my life. Karl and Brent were amazing. I was in and out in 45 minutes with exactly the car that I wanted at a great price with no hassle.
It was late on a Saturday and the detail shop was a little backed up, so they offered to let me come back Monday morning for the full shine and polish. When I came back, Jay mentioned that one of the guys had noticed a light was on that they wanted to take care of. He said he'd get it into the shop and have it ready ASAP.
Turns out it was not a minor repair, but they covered the cost, provided a loaner, and bent over backwards to make sure I was well taken care of.
I have never had such excellent customer service at a dealership before, or nearly from any business for that matter.

I corresponded by e-mail and made an appointment to look at/drive a SUV advertised on the internet. I was met by the IT coordinator and introduced to a sales associate. The associate thoroughly reviewed the features of the vehicle; it was obvious that he knew the vehicle well. After a slight misunderstanding of which vehicle I'd inquired about, we took a nice drive over a number of different travel conditions. Both small roads and a divided highway were included in the loop. After the drive we returned to the show-room to talk finances. The associate was again well versed in the appropriate details and, after consulting with the sales manager, provided an out-the-door number which included the value of my trade (a fair number) and all applicable fees and taxes.
I did not purchase the vehicle, but that was my expectation. I made this visit to help narrow down which vehicle I liked best - this or a different brand. The overall experience was very good. It's the kind of place you'd feel comfortable sending you wife alone, if you could not make the trip with her. I felt all conversations were straight-forward and "on the up and up".
After a recent auto accident I was in need of a truck. After searching the internet I had found a number of vehicles that looked like good deals and a few phone calls later had set up an appointment at Piazza to look at a used Silverado. Even though it was over an hour drive I was very happy with my decision. Mark my salesman was very good and I can't say enough good things about Jay the sales manager. They went the extra mile to make the sale. Including making sure the truck was detailed as quickly as possible so that a return trip to take delivery wasn't necessary. After the sale Jay followed through on the promise to provide a second key and fob. Considering the likelihood that I will not be a repeat customer due to the distance I was very surprised at the service after the sale.
the 5 stars is for their internet sales person Laura, who kept a conversation going after a not so great initial experience, and for Mark Spengler at the dealership who worked very hard to get us what we were looking for .
I purchased a 2010 Astra 2.0 Auto Hatchback from Good Value Cars. On collection, it had been fully serviced, including a new timing belt and new battery. Unfortunately, it developed a diagnostic fault, which required the replacement of all four glow plugs, but Good Value Cars immediately covered the cost of this repair, without quibble or argument.
I totally recommend this company.
Got my 4th car over the past 15 year there. Tone Hicks and Mark Hammond have always been easy to deal with and always play fair to get the best price and financing. No pressure and they do have a culture there which includes "nice:. I always shop around 1st but purchase there as they are real people who stand behind their products.
I am so excited about my new car!!! Lauren was so nice to me and made sure I got the vehicle I wanted from day one. She even gave my dad the deal he was hoping for just because I looked sad when I thought he was going to walk away. 10/10 for service 11/10 for kindness =)
It was time to trade in my BMW. I had a great experience with Conicelli in the past while I owned a CRV so I decided to revisit them. I spoke with Dee Williams by phone and she was so helpful and pleasant. When I got to Conicelli I was greeted by Lauren. What a positive experience. She understood what I was looking for and why. She gave me options to consider. She went the extra mile for me as far as trying out the car. And she made me laugh. This lady knows her stuff! Lauren is a great representative of an honest and reliable company.
