This car is just what I was looking for. I was driving a Charger so I'm used to plenty of room and power. This is more of a mid-size car with plenty of interior room. The engine is a 1.5 L 4 cylinder turbo which makes it great on gas and has plenty of get up and go.
I purchased this vehicle from Adam through Jeff, and am now working with Scott on a Honda issue that I hope to resolve soon. All three of them have been great to work with on all levels.

A few days before this past Christmas I moved from an Altima lease to a ’18 Accord EX lease. I ended up paying a little more than what I wanted but was happy with the vehicle features. Unfortunately, immediately (let me note that I accepted the vehicle with less than 10 miles on it) I began having an issue with the vehicle. At certain speeds (mainly the normal traveling speeds), there will be a consistent, high pitch feedback / vibration from the speakers. It is an unmanageable noise. When I raise the radio volume past a certain setting the noise will cease. If I have others in the car, this is a major nuisance as nobody can hear anyone else.
I have had the car checked by one of your service technicians (who had been helpful to date) and was notified that this is an issue with the Automatic Nosie Canceling (ANC) system. Most disappointingly, I was notified by the technician that this is a known issue with the ’18 Accords and that there is NO KNOWN FIX. And the issue apparently is worse in cold weather. I brought the vehicle back for a second repair as there was a procedure that he wanted to execute as recommended by engineering. Unfortunately, that procedure did nothing to remedy the situation. I was instructed that my only options at this point are to drive with an open window (as that disables the ANC) or unplug the ANC (but not know are the potential negative downstream implications). The service department also said, engineering at some point will have a fix and basically I just need to deal with it.
Adrian Nedelea was my Sales Consultant. He is very professional and yet very friendly and patient answering all my questions. Everything went smoothly once I met with Adrian. My only complaint is that my husband and I arrived a little early and the receptionist was not very friendly, but did go check to see if Adrian was in yet. She came back to say he was not in. After waiting 30 minutes, I texted Adrian who had been there since 9am when we had an appointment. The receptionist had not followed up and was perhaps just a "fill in." Adrian said he had asked the receptionist whether anyone had asked for him and she said "No," which wasted a lot of our time. I think the first "receptionist" was maybe just filling in. Need better receptionist training! This is an important first impression for your customers. Otherwise we were very impress by all of the other staff and especially Adrian Nedelea.

I bought a 2018 Honda Accord Sport 2.0T Manual in July. It has been fabulous. I was attracted to the Accord because of the availability of the manual transmission and upgraded engine combination, unique among sedans today. I came from a premium brand, so the Sport trim didn't have all the features I would prefer (if only the Touring came with the manual!), but since owning it, I am very pleased. The active safety features work very well, and the infotainment is easy to use. Fuel economy is excellent, as is the performance. Great value for money, too! I would recommend this car to anyone.
I stopped in on a whim one Saturday and test drove a used Honda that I ended up buying. D'Warren Daniels was my salesperson, and he was most pleasant to work with. He and the dealership went out of their way to make this a good buying experience for me. (I had not bought a car in more than 13 years!) I highly recommend working with D'Warren and I have found this dealership to be excellent in customer service.

Power and efficiency

The vehicle had good power for a smaller engine and provided surprising efficiency. The ride was acceptable even on long journeys. Shifting through the gears was smooth.
We looked online for a month researching cars to replace ours. After shopping around and comparing we came to Honda of Columbia, Lexington, and found the car we wanted. We got a great price and the process was very easy. There was no typical "car salesman" theatrics and haggling back and forth. We highly recommend Honda of Columbia

I traded a 2017 Chevrolet Cruze for 2016 Honda Civic. There is a vast difference between the two cars and Dealerships. I love Hendrick’s Honda and my 2016 Honda Civic 💯
We loved working with Danny Koon. I really enjoyed the experience. We had some noises that Danny worked with the service department to resolve. (Spare Change in the door panel and marble stuck underneath the seat) Even after we drove the car home and noticed the A/C not cooling well, Danny had us bring it back so that the service department could resolve the problem. He never questioned our concerns. He always worked to make sure we were happy with our purchase. I am glad that we purchased from a dealership and a salesman that stands behind the vehicles that they sell.

I Love my Honda Pilot! I had a CRV for years, which was a great car, I upgraded to a Pilot for increased towing capacity. This is my second Pilot and I love it’!!! The Pilot Is a Comfortable, reliable and secure ride!
We have not graced a new car dealership in several decades. We were not sure of the process or how much high-pressure sales we would experience. Our sales associate, D'warren Daniels, was superb: courteous, professional, and he knew his product. No pressure at all. We looked at several models and the Sales Manager, Chris Burns, personally provided assistance on the Honda incentive that we accepted. Seth Nortey handled the financing application and explained everything thoroughly. This was a totally pleasant and productive experience from beginning to end.

I previously owned a 2004 Honda Accord. This 2017 is a great car also! It meets all my expectations. I wanted a 2018, but found out that Honda was no longer going to make 6 cylinder accords. I am happy with my purchase.
It's larger than my previous 2016 Accord. Noticeable improvements over the 2016. The electronics and safety enhancements were greatly improved. For a baseline model, it has a lot of whistles and bells.
We were shocked by the economy we got from this Honda CR V LX. We were getting nearly 34 miles to the gallon. And the car tracked really well in the snow and rain. GREAT engineering job! Really like this car!!!
This is the most recent in a long line of Honda purchases since 1992. It's been very reliable like all of them and is the absolute best in the snow of any that I have owned, even without snow tires. The Vehicle Stability Assist is fantastic. It has plenty of pep for CT hills, even in Econ mode which I run all the time. I get 38-40 mpg all summer long and am 34-35 in the cold months. The "magic" folding back seats are incredibly useful for transporting all kinds of things, long and tall. This is my second Fit, I had a 2008 previously. My first Honda not made in Japan which I was very apprehensive about however I've had no problems at all in 14 months/12,000 miles.
We bought a new Honda Pilot yesterday and can't say enough about a wonderful buying experience at Midlands Honda. We have dealt with rude dealerships, delearships that never got back to us...never a positive impression. This dealership is different! Down to earth salespeople who knock themselves out to make sure you are happy with your purchase and excellent customer service with the finance office. We drove 1 1/2 hours to buy our car, and promise you we will be doing it again just to give our business to this place! Adonis Davis was an excellent sales rep, along with James Pratt and Wayne. 5 stars! Claude who handled our paperwork had the best personality and had us leaving with a smile.

This car fulfills all my needs and demands, drives beautiful smooth and fast enough, lots of space and very comfortable. Very good gas mileage and low maintenance.
Customer service was excellant.Service was complete in the estimated time frame. It was a nice experience and I would recommend using this dealership to anyone owning a Honda or any other car/truck/SUV. Plus the extra advantage is watching a movie in their mini theater, or playing games for the children.Free coffee and popcorn.With all ther amenities you almost hate to leave once your service is complete!!!!

This car really impressed me with its power and fuel economy. The paddle shift is fun to use and the leather interior is top of the line. Very nice car for the money.
I bought two cars on the same day - a CRV and an Accord. When I bought the oil change policy the finance employee told me I could my get oil changed at the Lexington dealership closer to my house. Lexington said no. When I went back to Midlands the finance guy was no longer working there and the new guy wasn’t getting my problem resolved. Queen to the rescue. When I called Customer Service she took charge and shortly thereafter my refund check was in the mail! Thanks Queen!

This is a quite comfortable SUV, with good back support. As a retiree, I get about 28 mpg and drive about 6000 miles a year, mostly in my suburban neighborhood. I am surprised with the excellent pick-up for this 4 cyl. car. The rear seats fold down easily, so that both my mine and my wife's golf carts and clubs fit in the rear of the SUV.
My only complaints are:
>needs better sound-proofing from road noise.
>info-tainment center is not user-friendly
