Good service and relaxing while waiting for the car being worked on for basic service maintenance. I like the no appointment drive in service and they are helpful in telling you what your vehicle needs done.

After the service department called me and informed me of a recall, we set an appointment for eight in the morning. They told me the process will take one hour and I can wait while they are working on my car. When I got there after being in traffic for one hour, the guy at the service desk informed me that they don't have the part!! I could not believe that after they actually calling me and send a follow up text message as reminder, they did not have the part. When I mention that I was in the car for one hour to get there, the guy at the service desk said I know where Wayne is, it doesn't take one hour!!
Mary Kelly went above and beyond to make my car buying experience stress free and frankly enjoyable. She worked with her General sales manager, John who was equally as pleasant to get me the exact car and price I wanted to be at. I will be back for years to come and cannot thank them enough!

No pressure and they do have a culture there which includes "nice:. I always shop around 1st but purchase there as they are real people who stand behind their products.

It was time to trade in my BMW. I had a great experience with Conicelli in the past while I owned a CRV so I decided to revisit them. I spoke with Dee Williams by phone and she was so helpful and pleasant. When I got to Conicelli I was greeted by Lauren. What a positive experience. She understood what I was looking for and why. She gave me options to consider. She went the extra mile for me as far as trying out the car. And she made me laugh. This lady knows her stuff! My experience with peruzzi Mazda was nothing short of a great experience. My sales associate Doug was excellent, truly went the extra mile to get me out the door with a car and deal I was very happy with. Unfortunately the Mazda 3 I leased was totalled recently after i was rear ended. I will be taking my business back to peruzzi and will work with Doug again!

Very good experience, they took car for service when i reached. Proactive to complete documentation. Did proper Inspection. Im satisfied with the services and customer service. Price Paid for service is too Much expensive . they charged $450 for breaks and $550 Labour which is very expensive , I end up paying $1150 for general Service.
I again went back to purchase yet another vehicle from Team Nissan and the experience could not have been any better. From dealing with our sales person, Jim, through dealing with the management personnel, I could not have been treated any better.
