My issue was resolved by service manager Dawn.
I had asked for a written estimate. I did not get one; instead Service proceeded to do the repair without my authorization which totaled approx $339. I told them I wanted to go elsewhere for a Freon recharge while they did it anyway for a charge of $280. They adjusted my invoice and refunded $207.
We purchased a 2019 Honda Odyssey. The entire experience was outstanding. From sales, to finance, to service, the staff was professional and responsive to all of our needs. The organization is a first class operation. Well done by all.
The facilities were really nice. Staff was friendly and funny! My service advisor Michael Taylor was extremely helpful and made the process of my repair so easy. My only recommendation would be for the website to not allow customers to make appointments on days that the shop isn’t open. I will be going back soon for a detail. Safe to say I found a service home for my new Honda Civic.
Came in for an oil change, service reps were very friendly and efficient. Waiting area comfortable and sleek, snack bar if you’re hungry. Change took a little over an hour, they washed the exterior to make up for the delay.
I love the new facility, the staff was courteous, friendly and efficient. The facility was immaculate and I enjoyed lunch from the cafe. I also enjoyed the coffee bar. I had an oil change and my tires rotated. Previously, while I was parked somewhere, a car rubbed against my front passenger side wheel and got their paint onto my car. During my service Honda technicians were able to buff it out and it looks brand new again. Very happy with my service experience.
Came in For service, & ended up leaving in a new Honda. The sales manager Eric Apicella was very knowledge & fix my Financial situation . I was currently leasing a 2016 Ford Fusion, was not my first choice. Eric lowered my payments change my insurance & gotting me a better quote & even went as far as helping me program my new honda to my garage at my home. Love the dealership. Very excellent service. I have been to multiple dealerships the past few months and no one wanted to help me. My lease was up in a few months and my credit is not that great. Gary was amazing I told him my situation and he did not turn me away. We were able to get me into my dream car and the payments are right where I wanted to be. We did our entire deal over the phone/internet. When we arrived, we were greeted immediately. Irish Dave had all of the paperwork complete and ready to go. He is a fantastic salesman and an all-around great guy. Definitely recommend the dealer and especially Irish Dave!!
I bought a 2016 F150 from Gary Yeomans Ford and love that truck. It had a few minor problems and made an appointment to return and get them fixed. Austin and Chris got together and got everything repaired to my satisfaction. I liked that my salesman Austin Warhurst was easy to get along with and he did everything he could to answer my questions and make sure we were satisfied. Chris, who assisted in getting everything repaired was a great guy too. I will buy another vehicle there because it was a positive dealership.
There comes a time in our lives that things don???t always work out, where you feel like you hit rock bottom and desperately need someone to extend an ???olive branch ??? to you to help you out. The day I came to the dealership I was at the lowest point in my life. I was stuck in a vehicle that I could no longer afford due to unforeseen circumstances that I had no control over. Everyone was so very compassionate, caring ,honest, respectful and very positive and that???s very hard to find these days. They were also very understanding of my situation and worked very to help me get. in position to get back on the right path financially. They not only were sensitive to my emotional stress but also very accommodating to my disability as I have been battling Parkinson???s disease for almost16 years. They made me feel very comfortable and made sure I was not under any stress during the entire process. I cannot express enough how thankful I am for your kindness! I am a Loyal Customer for Life.
