Ken Ganley Kia AllianceReviews
Ken Ganley Kia Alliance review
????? I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Jim Reed at Ken Ganley Kia in Alliance! After having an absolutely terrible experience trying to purchase a vehicle elsewhere, I came here hoping to simply find something reliable that actually fit what I was looking for and what I could comfortably afford. Jim completely turned the entire car-buying experience around for me. He listened to what I wanted, respected my budget, and never made me feel pressured to settle for something I didn't want or spend more than I was comfortable with. Instead, he worked with me and helped me leave in an excellent 2021 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid with great mileage that checked the boxes I was looking for while staying within my range. What I appreciated most was feeling like Jim was actually trying to help me find the right vehicle, not just trying to sell me a vehicle. After everything I had already gone through, that made a huge difference. I walked in frustrated and discouraged with the whole car-buying process, and I'm leaving genuinely excited about what I'm driving home in. The difference between the two experiences couldn't have been bigger. Thank you, Jim Reed, for listening, being straightforward with me, and making this experience what buying a car should actually feel like. I absolutely recommend asking for Jim if you're shopping at Ken Ganley Kia in Alliance! And I LOVE that I ended up with a hybrid Sonata in the process. Sometimes the deal that falls apart really does make room for the better one. ?????
2024 Honda Odyssey review
An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

Huebner Subaru review
We can’t say enough good things about Shane at Huebner Subaru in Carrollton, OH. His dedication to truly understanding what his customers need sets him apart. Shane has a way of anticipating concerns before you even have to ask, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. What really stands out is his willingness to go the extra mile to help secure financing that works—without putting unnecessary strain on your family. That level of care and consideration is rare. We’ve purchased four vehicles through Shane for both our immediate and extended family, and each experience has been exceptional. His honesty, professionalism, and genuine commitment to helping people keep us coming back. We’ll continue to trust Shane with all our future vehicle needs and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dealership experience that puts people first.

2018 Honda Odyssey review
This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

Mercedes-Benz of Youngstown review
We purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee at this dealership yesterday. What a great experience. We live over 2 hours away so I had already made the deal over the phone. We showed up, took a drive and looked over the vehicle. We noticed some marks on the vehicle. The salesman, Dennis, took it to the shop and they buffed out the marks. We noticed a small ding on the door edge. He offered to order and send us some touch up paint. I noticed the jack, tools and manual were missing. They ordered what we needed and are shipping the items to us. Dennis was very friendly and accommodating. The finance guy, also named Dennis, did a great job. Was easy to talk with and no pressure to sell us additional items or services. Overall it was a great experience.
2022 Honda Odyssey review
The Honda Odyssey has held up well over the first 3 years I've owned it. It's quiet and comfortable with a good sound system. It can take corners almost as well as my high end sports cars. And, in V6 mode (not economy) it accelerates well. The only complaint is its accident avoidance system that slams on the brakes unnecessarily. If a car is a little too close behind, you may be rear ended. I liked the car so much, I bought a 2025 Honda Odyssey, too.

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

Not a big fan of the breaking system which wears out the brakes if you follow vehicles close. Interior storage spaces are much smaller or non existent. Interior much more cheaply made and does not last nearly as long.

My boyfriend and I had an appointment with Zack Johnson at 11am today and we arrived early and was met by Zack. We proceeded to have a seat at his desk and advised what vehicle we were interested in 2022 Hyundai Tuscon SEL. Zack was very knowledgeable, respectful and courteous. He took the time to answer all of our questions, never rushed us and worked with us to get the payment to work within our budget. We had the best time in this dealership, not stressed and everything worked out and we left with our new car. Thank you for all you have done for us. Theresa and Jeff

Shenango HondaReviews
Shenango Honda review
We were 170 miles from home when our 2020 CRV showed a problem with the AWD. I knew this could be serious. We went to Shenango Honda to find out what was going on. Service advisor Robin so greatly helped us! She explained exactly what would be done to diagnose our problem. About 20 minutes later the tech Brian came to talk with us. He explained exactly what was going on and reassured us that this was covered under our extended Honda warranty plan. If the part was in stock, we could have had this done on the spot. But since it is not a common issue, it wasn’t. Everything was clearly written up what was done which made it simple for our hometown Honda dealer to process. They also assured us we should be fine getting home from their diagnosis, which we were. We went to our hometown Zanesville Honda this morning and they agreed on the problem. It is warranty covered, the part is ordered and will arrive in 4-5 days. We were so blessed to have Robin and Brian help us. We were in good and professional hands!! I sure hope they and Shenango Honda’s owners/managers know what a blessing they are! If we lived back in Hermitage we would certainly purchase our next Honda from you!! Way to go Shenango Honda!!!

2019 Honda Odyssey review
I saw a 2019 Honda Odyssey in the website of doc Paramus Honda in NJ and I saw the vehicle Saturday and by Monday Marc García and Wael were able to work with me and my husband to take that vehicle home even BEFORE seeing it. They were able to not let us go without knowing everything we need to know to make a decision. We are very thankful for all your help. This vehicle is a big asset and has more than expected and you guys made it possible, thanks!

Colussy Chevrolet review
It is my first time as a new widow to have to bring my car in for service. My husband always handled this job. It could not have gone better. Cudos To John Petersavage and Adrian. They were kind, quick and got me back on the road in super fast order. My husband and I always bought our vehicles from Colussy BECAUSE of the service. Today was no exception. Thank you.
2023 Honda Odyssey review
This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Apostolakis HondaReviews
Apostolakis Honda review
I called and spoke with Scott Dahman before arriving at Apostolakis Honda to ask about a particular vehicle that I was interested in. He said he would have it pulled up out front so that I could take a test drive when I arrived. I explained in advance that I was not making a purchase that day, but I most likely would be making a decision to make a purchase soon. Scott was true to his word and had the 2026 Honda Passport out front when I arrived with my brother. After meeting Scott and going over the main features of the vehicle, he asked if I would like to take it for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and easily answered my questions. There was no pressure at any point, and we sat down and worked out a clean deal. I wrote a check for a deposit, and we set a date and time for later that week to complete the sale. When arriving to complete the purchase and financing, everything was in order and after making the transaction, Scott ensured that the vehicle was set up perfectly for me, pairing my iPhone, setting the car seat and mirrors before I left the dealership. He has followed up with an email to let me know that he is still available if I have any questions. I had a good experience and can highly recommend Scott.
2025 Honda Odyssey review
Abe was amazing right off the bat. He had the van ready for me to test drive after communicating via email and coordinating a schedule around my little ones needs. We weighed options on models, colors, etc, and made my trade in experience easy peasy.

I was immediately contacted after asking about the car and if it was still available. Very personable employee and knowledgeable. No pressure after I said I was still thinking about what I wanted.

2021 Honda Odyssey review
Bought the 2021 EX-L model end of 2023 with 21,000 miles. I test drive the Sienna and was very disappointed in every aspect which led me to the Oddessy which I had not previously considered. One test drive and I was sold. The amount of space for my three kids to sit comfortably, the ample trunk space, the magic slide seats, automatic sliding doors & heated seats with a sunroof are among my favorite things about this minivan. It's fun to drive and has plenty of power with its 280hp. As long as you have proper snow tires in snowy conditions, this FWD minivan will do just fine. I had no issues in squalls and other winter conditions. I took my snow tires off prematurely and got caught in a winter storm and hit a guard rail and my whole family was safe and sound with no injuries. It has since been repaired back to its original condition. Keep your winter tires on til late Spring to be safe. I will absolutely drive this thing til the wheels fall off and then I'll buy another. Thank you Honda for keeping the Oddessy in your lineup! I hope it never goes away.
