Our original salesperson, Brandon was off on the day we wanted to pick up our daughters car, but they arranged for Dominick to fill-in and we are very happy with our purchase and experience... and believe you me, there were some bumps in the road this evening, but Dominick displayed professionalism and patience throughout the entire process. I just leased a new Hyundai Kona which so far I love! Four years ago a bought a Hyundai Sonata at a different dealership. I thought I would most likely return there if a wanted another car but I happened to pass Centereach Hyundai one Sunday and decided to stop in to see the Kona. I was promptly greeted by Justin, which I now consider my lucky day. He was so polite and extremely helpful and best of all very patient with me. I did not feel pressured in any way to make a decision right away. When I returned to the dealership I told the manager I was back because I was so impressed with Justin. Car buying/leasing can be a bit overwhelming , but. I must say everyone I dealt with there made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend them!
My experience at this dealer was very good. Howard was very knowledgeable, professional, and straight forward with all avenues of the sale (no surprises). He helped me set-up my Bluetooth and went through the car (2015 CRV) with me.

This was our fourth Acura from Acura of Bayshore (first lease) and the reason we keep coming back is because of the courtesy, professionalism and honesty of this dealership. Anthony Fratantoni, our salesman and Carlton, the Manager, were very easy to deal with and accommodating to our needs. No tricks, no "let me talk to my manager for half hour" and no pressure. Anthony wanted to know my needs for a new vehicle and the most cost effective way for me to get what I want at a fair price. No question I will be further recommending Acura of Bayshore to family, friends and co-workers. Finance Manager was also easy to deal with. No games, hidden fee's or "crazy math". What you negotiate, is what you get; professional honesty the entire buying process. Moreover, the service department is also fantastic. Tim and team go out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied.
As always, Atlantic Honda is wonderful. I never have an appointment but I never wait long for getting my vehicle serviced. The staff is wonderful and the oil change prices can???t be beat. I use synthetic oil and they said they ONLY use Mobil One oil. This wasn???t always the case, but if this is true, it???s a offer you can???t refuse. I only get my 2017 Honda CR-V serviced here!
These guys are really good and get the job done. We all know the dealership service dept is in business to sell services, and follow the Acura maintenance schedule. Maintenance service prices are not cheap, but are required to keep your your Acura running for many thousands of miles. You have three options- go to a local guy and pay less while maybe not getting the exact service you need, do it your self on fluids save $$$$ but you have a mess and need time and space, or use the dealer. Charlie and team are really good- and always provide suggestions on service based on mileage and service schedules. You pay what you get - no bargains but if you have an issue Charlie and team will make it right.
I've been here twice now with my leased Fit and both times have been great. Most recently I was lucky enough to come on Massage Monday! So while my car was serviced I enjoyed free wifi, coffee, bagels and a 15 minute massage. I wish I could go every week. They took great care of my car, and even replaced a failing battery (under warranty) which I had no idea about and could have left me stranded anytime this coming winter. Also have to add if you are looking for an AWESOME winter car, the Fit with traction control (VSA) rocks. We drive by many bigger, much more expensive AWD vehicles who are off the road, every time it snows.
Found this car on Cargurus and reached out to Curran. Quick response with every step. Sean (Used Car Mgr) was excellent. Easy to work with and flexible in final negotiations. Reed (Sales) was amazing. Test drive and tutorial on car features was great. Barbara (Finance) worked diligently to finalize this out-of-state purchase. Insurance company I use was hard to reach and instructions were unclear. Worked it out after a few additional calls after I took delivery. Waiting room was a little disappointing but overall, very satisfied.
The team at Honda of Westport were very friendly and professional. They made my new car purchase completely stress free. This was by far the best experience I have had in purchasing a car. Kam Bhojwani and Mike Abrams were great, and went above and beyond in helping me through the entire process. Kam took the time to explain everything thoroughly including all the new gadgets in the car, I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy a car. From start to finish...Eric was professional, knowledgeable and so NOT your average car salesman (sorry guys). No game playing, no guessing. Did all he could to get me what I wanted and needed. It's no wonder I've been dealing with him and Robert Chevrolet for 14 years. Buying and or leasing can be stressful... but not here! A lot of inventory available, nice showroom and nice waiting area.
I was very impressed with how the customer service manager made me feel welcomed. The staff is very professional. But most importantly, how quickly the work was done. GREAT JOB
