First, I do have to say that Jordan is a pleasant, respectful, "upcoming" used car salesperson. With his outgoing, friendly, respectful demeanor, he likely could have sold me just about anything. On President's Day, my husband and I drove about 45 minutes, intending to test drive a specific Wrangler at the Used Car division. The test drive went well with us both falling in love with the vehicle. The negotiations went fairly quickly, despite me having no access to my bank to move around $$$$$ and my trade vehicle not being present. There was give and take on both sides- mostly give on mine, LOL. We arrived at an amicable deal on the price, trade, service contract and promise to fix the heated steering wheel. Ziggy, the finance manager, was pleasant and efficient. We waited an inordinate amount of time for the title work on my trade to be done. On Wednesday as planned, we returned, with my trade and a check in hand. Apparently Jordan forgot that we were coming as we waited over an hour for the vehicle to be "cleaned and readied for delivery." The dealership was not busy at all that day, with staff congregated around the main desk, laughing and joking. Any other time that I have purchased a vehicle, it has been serviced, cleaned, washed and waiting near the dealership entrance. When Jordan finally handed me the key, confirmed that there was no spare key and informed us that the steering wheel parts were on back order (and could take up to 30 days to arrive,) he bid us good bye and good luck. I asked, "so that's all? Is there anything to sign?" Both Jordan and the Finance Manager assured us we were good to go. Everyone had a good laugh when I asked them if they wanted the $27,400 check. Maybe the laugh will be on me if the documentation I have does not show that they received the check. I have to say that the experience was mostly positive. I only wish that the staff had been more prepared for us to take delivery. Jordan did get some points back when he filled the fuel tank before we left. Time will tell about the steering wheel issue.

Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

Jose seems like a good salesman still looking for a Ridgeline in my price range. I am not in a rush . Something will come along. If there's any recalls for the Ridgeline I believe the dealership should take care of before purchase. If there's a issue. The 2017 Ridgelines had transmission problem 6 speed. I have to do my homework when making a purchase. Don't have 12,000 to replace a transmission plus a car payment.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

I explained to him we wanted to trade our 2023 Toyota Tundra Platinum and I wanted to know if we could make the deal over the phone and he said yes. This made our purchase very easy. I sent pictures of our current truck, within a short amount of time he replied back with a great price and trade in allowances for ours. We agreed on the price and we drove from Florida to Ohio to make the purchase. Once we arrived he greeted us at the door, we were in and out within a few hours. We could not be more pleased! I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

Bought my 2015 Honda Accord LX used in 2018 with 42K on the odometer. It now has just over 100K and has for most of the past 7 years been a very good vehicle overall, requiring only manufacturer recommended routine maintenance. Within the past year, however, it has needed to have the starter replaced and repair work done on the air conditioning unit. The cost of those repairs totaled about $1,200. Not too bad for over 7 years of regular driving. I'm still really pleased with the performance of the vehicle. Handling, acceleration and braking are truly excellent. I'm most impressed by the gas mileage. On a recent 2,400 mile round-trip from Florida to Pennsylvania the car averaged just over 41 mpg. In local mixed driving it consistently gets between 35-37 mpg. Getting that type of gas mileage with the kind of performance it provides is hard to beat!

We leased a 2019 civic hatchback ex and loved it so much we bought out the lease three years later. The best feature that’s unique to these cars is the Lane Watch Blind Spot camera (available on the EX, SI and I believe touring models) I don’t know why they went away from this feature with the 2022+ models. Add all the sensors you want but the camera is better than anything else. I thought it would become standard on more cars, not get phased out. Besides that, the true city gas mileage is closer to 24 than 30, but highway is about 40 and mixed is 29. Very good for an all gas car. We had very few problems in the 6 years we drove it. Only thing we had to replace was the infotainment system— covered by the extended warranty. If it wasn’t for some dumb teens speeding through an intersection and taking us out in the turn lane, it should have lasted another good ten years if not more. This version of the civic is a great little car.

I really like my Honda Civic. It has been very reliable and in the 5 years I have had it there haven't been any major repairs or problems. Since I am short I have gotten a cushion to sit on since the model I got sits lower to the ground. The keyless entry and ignition has worked out very well for me.

You have to get the 2.0T and not the 1.5L. They hold way higher values while also being an absolute blast to drive with a large aftermarket community for this vehicle. Mine was totaled in a hailstorm, and after quite a bit of reserch this is the only vehicle I would buy again.

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

I'm posting my review on multiple rating sites. This branch in Herrnstein in Waverly is wonderful. We had chosen a car via cars.com and decided to see this one. We drove 2 hours to get there, knowing that the truck listing might not be what we wanted Well the truck fit the bill, we set up financing easily, and we were on the road. Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

I traded in my 22 Accord with the 1.5T and CVT transmission. My 2021 has the 2.0T and 10 speed automatic. It’s a great car for the money, dollar for dollar, you cannot beat it! Fully Loaded, very strong motor and tranny, rides beautiful, handles everything beautifully!

I have had my car for a few years now. I have 102k on it now. I took it in for the A/C recall and Fuel pump. My injectors were replaced as part of the fuel pump recall. I have had zero other issues, all was paid for. I am as happy with it now as I have ever been. I get a constant 35MPG combined and it has 205hp with excellent handling. I’m old, I’ve had a lot of cars. This is truly an engineering marvel. How could you get this mileage and power for that price? Do your research. I drive it very aggressively in so cal canyons etc and it makes me smile.. that alone is worth the reasonable price. Mine is stock, but my warranty just ended at 100k so stay tuned……

I've owned this car for almost 5 years, bought it with 104k. Now it has 230k and still running good. Never owned a car with these many miles on it. All I've done is regular maintenance and 1 oxygen sensor.(Make sure you don't buy aftermarket, won't work well) Love my car, still holding up very well and I believe I could easily get 300k or more. Was planning on selling it but I might as well keep it until it dies.
