2024 Honda Odyssey review
An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

Just had the best buying experience! If you're in the market for a Lexus I highly recommend stopping by Bobby Rahal of Lancaster County and meeting with Cody Sofranek. I've been in the market for a car since July, and was beyond frustrated with the lack of communication and commitment given by sales people at other dealerships. The problems were vast. They were not concerned about my needs, not hearing back from them for weeks, and a lack of knowledge about the cars they were selling. All of that changed when Cody approached me in the lot. He made it clear from the beginning that he was not here to be pushy and was only here to answer questions and help. Cody was extremely knowledgeable about all three of the vehicles I was interested in. He helped me go through the pros and cons of each one for my lifestyle and needs. Cody definitely went above and beyond to help me get the vehicle I want, which is in high demand and hard to find (Lexus TX 350). He understood what a large financial investment this is, and let me take my time deciding what was going to be best for me. I truly felt Cody had my best interest in mind. This is a 5 Star dealer- if they have what you're looking for - your search ends here. I drove 3.5 hours away from NY, and it was well worth my time. My salesman Chris Eppley was a very down to earth, awesome person. He wasn't your typical pushy salesman, he was honest and straightforward. He even kept in touch with me for about 2 weeks until the title came in and they even held the car for me until I took the trip(trust me they could have sold it to someone else, but they honored the deal we agreed upon and waited). In this car market right now(i've purchased many vehicles) this is very rare and simply shows they're about fair and transparent prices even when others take advantage. The business/finance manager Nicholas Kimball is also a really awesome person. Zero pressure, straight forward and did everything he could to make sure I was happy with my purchase. These guys are real pros at what they do and are an asset to this company. I will certainly be back with family/friends and will recommend them to take the trip as well to avoid the hustling area I'm from. Thanks again Faulkner team, it was a pleasure.

2021 Honda Odyssey review
The only thing that I would say I do not love are some of the mitigation features that at times take away the control of the drive. We had one experience where it was a potential hazard. Apart from that we love the vehicle and the dealership that sold it to us.

2022 Honda Odyssey review
Not a big fan of the breaking system which wears out the brakes if you follow vehicles close. Interior storage spaces are much smaller or non existent. Interior much more cheaply made and does not last nearly as long.

2018 Honda Odyssey review
This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

2015 Honda Odyssey review
We have only owned the vehicle for 3 days. But so far it seems like a great vehicle! Lots of room, comfortable, easy driving, lots of features including back up camera, passenger side cameras, and land departure warning system.

2020 Honda Odyssey review
I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

I recently purchased a 2007 Honda CRV FWD LX at the Camp Hill location, with Barry as my salesman. He helped me purchase the vehicle as quickly as I needed, as I was in a pinch and liked this one a lot. However, I noticed it pulled to the right a bit while driving it. Barry offered to take care of the alignment issue, no questions asked. His mechanic Scott took care of everything and my car now drives better than any SUV I've driven in my short lifetime. A lot of these reviews I see are known issues for the type of vehicle they were buying, so I'm not surprised. I'd recommend this place and Barry/Scott anytime.
2014 Honda Odyssey review
The van meets our needs. It looks and feels good when driving. Only issue are with some brakes that need repaired. We like the color (blue exterior/gray interior).

I absolutely love there transfer program where they will transfer vehicles to your local stores without an obligation, and many transfers are free! Only complaint about Carmax is that I feel the cars are a bit overpriced, but it's worth it in the end for there customer service!

2023 Honda Odyssey review
Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

This car is wider than other minivans, providing more space and legroom for the kids. It drives ultra smooth and is super comfortable. Only complaint is that there is only 1 built in USB port and is located in the glove compartment.

I have to say that this has been the best car buying experience ever! I went in and my sales consultant, Nakia Scott, was very friendly and patient. Even before I got there, she was very helpful over the phone. The car selection was just great. The quality of cars there is unbeatable. Every car has a perfect Carfax as well. The entire process from walking in to driving out was less than 2 hours and I left with a better finance deal than I had when I walked in. The car is excellent and they warranty is the best. Oh and I got my registration transferred and it's only been a week and a half and I already received my updated one in the mail. I have no complaints. Extra set of keys, full tank of gas, great warranty and a like new car. Love this place!!!
2023 Honda Odyssey review
This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Communicated with John Leno from the Schaumburg facility online. John understood my needs and responded quickly with Jeeps to review - after a bit of humming and hawing on my part, I changed my mind to trucks. I found a truck at another facility, John had it tranferred and within 2 days my soon to be truck arrived - and it is a beauty. John was training Matt and they both demonstrated immense knowledge throughout the interaction and I appreciated the ease of communication (not pushy). I cannot comment on the financing portion of the transaction, but closing went just as smoothly with Hubert and his supervisor. WHile impressed with my transaction I was also impressed with the amount of time that was placed on the training of new employees, or employees transferring. While yes my truck need a repair on the fog lights, it is covered under their warranty, I am highly impressed with my experience. From walking in the front door, to having John take my picture of me and my truck with a giant yellow ribbon... every individual at Carmax truly made the buying and trading experience a wonderful experience. Team Schaumburg, keep up the great work, each of you understand the true meaning of Customer Service, and that is important to some customers like me who still cherish old school values.
2020 Honda Odyssey review
We have had 2002, 2004, and now have 2010 and 2020 Odyssey vans.The Odyssey is extremely reliable. With proper maintenance will last in excess of 200,000 miles. We sold the 2004 at 230,000+ miles, and it was still running great. The 2010 we have is approaching 170,000 miles. We are two 80-year-olds; we just like having plenty of space to carry things.
