The Prius is comfortable and had a surprising amount of room for others. We like the fuel economy as well. It also has a bit more power than I thought a hybrid would have.

Checks all the boxes we were looking for. Very comfortable, plenty of technology, safety, great mpg, Honda reliability, nice handling. Priced very reasonably for a hybrid with all the included amenities. Listed as a compact SUV but is as roomy as a mid size.

The vehicle runs great & is great on mpg too. My only dissatisfaction is that the CarPlay does not hold in its memory. In the 3 weeks I have owned, I've tried at least a dozen times but it does not stay in sync with my iPhone the next time I restart the car. Now I have to make a special appt with dealer service to fix this. Big waste of my time!! Did not expect this from Honda.

My week started off by getting my Accord totalled by an uninsured driver who fled on foot. After a week of pain and misery I finally had a bright spot. I went into Howdy Honda Pre-owned and 3 hours later drove out in a beautiful 2020 Civic.

Rex is outstanding. He recently sold me a new 2025 CR-V. He was very helpful and genuinely warm and friendly. He arranged for me to drive it home to see if my handicapped husband could get in and out of it easily. It was perfect and I purchased the car. After driving it for a month, I became concerned of a possible steering issue and notified Rex. He immediately fit me in to repair and couldn't have been more accommodating. My car went for an oil change then i asked for the brakes to be replaced the front Jared was very helpful they got into some issues and he rented me a car. I really loved the good customer care.

Extremely stable and smooth ride. Good sound system. Ready availability of dealers, service, parts, etc.. Quite comfortable seating. Very extensive owner's manual. Very effective safety features.

I appreciate the ability to make appointments online and the consistent communication regarding my car repairs. The customer lounge is excellent, offering coffee, chocolate, and donuts. It provided a comfortable environment for me to catch up on my Bible study. Jenner Lafortu, the Service Advisor, was kind, considerate, and attentive to my concerns, addressing them effectively. He also saved me some money today, which I greatly appreciate.

Great car with good quality. Like all cars today, the price has escalated to make it almost unaffordable. And in Jan 2023 when there was an inventory shortage we were forced to pay an extra $7k for extra dealer installed options that we didn't really need. Its really just a high profit margin package to increase their profit. But we needed a car then and still had to wait for 4 1/2 months to get one.

I had a great service appointment with Jared Jones. He had me in and in a small amount of time for my 5000 mile service!

They did what needed to in a professional manner. Took more time than I expected but it was okay. They explained the estimate needed to do the job and agreed to it before proceeding.
