I contacted Pearson Hyundai to inquire about pricing for a new 2019 Tucson for my mom. I spoke with the manager John Judy who was friendly, sincere, attentive, kind, welcoming, listened, and actually cared about my mom's needs. I explained the situation that I was trying to help my mom get the best price possible, and make the car buying process as painless as possible since she hadn't purchased a vehicle since 1974 (my dad always did). John and the entire staff was amazing and helpful. He was able to get my mom into a brand new Tucson under her budget, and a lower monthly payment she wanted to be at. He handled the test drive, all the paperwork, financing, and walked my mom through the entire process step by step with absolutely no pressure for her buy. I can not say enough good things about John and the entire Pearson Hyundai team. The facilities were first class, and will be returning early next year to purchase my next vehicle from them.

Traded in my big full size SUV and got a 2025 XRT in Green and it was the best decision ever. A month later and I still love this car so much. It’s comfortable to drive. I feel safe in it. It drives like a dream (although I wish they would do away with the start to stop.) There is so much room for the stroller and everything that comes along with having kids.

John Judy, sales associate of the Pearson Hyundai team completely blew me away with his attentive, caring service! We decided against the car we came to see, and when we inquired about similar deals at other local dealerships, he went above and beyond anything I expected...made calls and connected us to other dealers which lead is to another great deal for my daughter, and saved us so much time which we didn't have!. He is kind, patient and caring, even when it didn't directly benefit himself. No pressure! I would highly recommend him for car sales. He's honest and caring!! .

OMG!!! I love this place. Itook my Equus there for repair work on the sound system. Krystal Woodson was Fantastic! She explained everything to me and David the technician working on my car, wouldn't give up diagnosing what was wrong, until he figured it out! He had to pull the entire back seat out of the car to fix the problem. If you have an Equus, you know that is what you have to do to fix speaker issues. David did a fantastic job, considering this was probably his first time doing this. My car now sounds like an Equus is supposed to sound. I can't say enough good things about Krystal and the way she and David took care of me and my car. If I could give them 20 stars, I would! If you have a Hyundai, this is the only place to go. I have purchased a few cars over the years from Pearson Hyundai, the last being a used Genesis, and the sales staff are knowledgeable and patient. In particular, Justin (sales rep) and Angela (finance) were awesome.

I have the Limited Edition and love everything about it. The car is comfortable with clean styling inside and out. The dual LCD display is amazing and was not sure about the heads up display but it is growing on me quickly. Unfortunately this car does not have the auto walk away locking system or it would have everything a man or woman could want in a SUV.

I bought a car at Ourisman last month, and Ethan Bonda was fantastic to work with. I spoke to him before I went there because I knew exactly which car I wanted. He had the car ready for me when I got there, and the transaction was very fast and simple. I had to return to the service department for installation of a dash cam and mudguards, and a warranty issue with the tires, and Evan Ball was also great to work with.

It’s kind of funny. It’s a Corolla Hybrid, but looks so sporty that I find a lot of people look to race me when the light turns green…it’s a Corolla, and it’s not quick…at all. But, that’s a testament to its appearance. It’s very nice looking in the SE trim. The performance and CVT are prohibitive to excitement, but it is economical and adequate for normal city and highway driving. The road noise is pretty bad, but the suspension supple and it absorbs road imperfections well. The seats in front and the rear are comfortable. It does lack storage space as well. The glove box is basically just big enough to hold your registration. The center console is very small as well. The base sound system is its biggest flaw. It is terrible. I don’t know if the upgraded stereo is much better or worth the upgrade, but with as much road noise as there is, a better/louder stereo is needed to hear the music and drown out the other noise. I am averaging about 44-45 MPG in the AWD SE Hybrid.

They had the car I wanted and offered a slightly lower price than Edmunds recommended. They expedited the paperwork and vehicle prep so I could be in and out quickly.
