2021 Toyota Avalon Hybrid review
I have the 2021 XSE Nightshade edition. Runs super smooth and great for long trips. Bought it new and have had no issues only compliments from other Toyota owners. This car will probably outlast me. Gas mileage is awesome. Less power but that’s what you sacrifice when getting the hybrid so it’s worth the trade off.

2026 Honda CR-V Hybrid review
Little over 800 miles and already getting over 40MPG city. Highway is in low 30's. Seats could stand to be just a bit wider. Really miss not having Sirius Radio but finding ways around it. NO Spare tire.

2020 Toyota Avalon Hybrid review
I have owned 25-30 different vehicles in my life including 10 Toyota or Lexus vehicles since 1978. The latest have been 2 Camry hybrids and 2 Avalon hybrids. Quite simply, my 2020 Avalon Limited hybrid is the finest luxury automobile I have ever owned. My 2015 Avalon was the 2nd finest... LOL. The car is quiet, smooth, comfortable, unbelievably reliable, and gets 44-46 MPG for me in normal weather conditions.

2026 Kia Sorento Hybrid review
So far tour KIA Sportage Hybrid runs flawlessly and drives great on the highwasy. Fully loaded with useful features and an incredible panoramic sunroof that's quite enjoyable during the warmer weather. Engine and transmission runs smoothly. Love the 10 year - 100,000 mile warranty; gives us peace of mind. One complaint is that although our model is top of the line, it does not come with the Homelink feature. To open our garage door we have to a remote attached to the diver;s side visor. All in all highly recommended!

Since I'm currently on a road trip from Maryland and will be driving all the way back home, that simple observation likely saved me from a major inconvenience, or worse, during my return trip. The waiting area was inviting, and the complimentary refreshments were plentiful and thoughtfully stocked. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the digital vehicle inspection video. We have a Ford Fusion since 2017 and it has been fantastic vehicle for us. In past week we had repair done on fixing the electronic security system, connected to the edge of driver door that was not operating correctly. Josh helped me with identifying the issue and also Jack. Veterans Ford did their analysis and tests to get to the root cause with their specialized technicians in the electronics area. We were very concerned as this issue is very critical for us to function correctly. I am so happy that the Ford team at Veterans got it fixed and all is running perfectly again. Because the issue was intermittent it made the challenge even more difficult - so my thanks goes to the whole team who made this repair a success. 2026 Ford Maverick review
I purchased the Maverick Lariat Hybrid a little over a month ago. I have 1500 miles on it now. It has all the bells and whistles on it. I bought it not because of the price but because it was small and what I needed for my use and all the safety features included. I can pick up things for the house and yard and carry off the trash. It has sign recognition as well as speed adjustment. If I am going 55 and the speed goes down to 45 it will decrease my speed. It is a setting you can turn on or off. It also has true lane centering. Technically as long as you keep your hand on the steering wheel it is almost self driving. It is getting about 45 MPG now. I am told the longer you drive and get more miles the more the MPG will actually go up. I am really glad I purchased it. I have nothing but positive things to say about the truck. The dealer gave me the Ford support line on a couple of issues I had with the software and the support staff cleared up the issues. They stayed on the phone for over an hour correcting the software issue and the settings in the console. It has been a positive experience for me.

2021 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid review
Purchased used in July 2025. Great gas mileage. Smooth, quiet ride. I enjoy many of the features of this loaded model. But there are a few things that are slightly annoying. As the car slows down, it sounds like an emergency vehicle. I found myself looking around for a squad or an ambulance until I realized it was the engine whining. Second, the radio cuts in and out. Never had this problem on other vehicles. I live in a metropolitan area and have strong station signals. So this has me baffled. Fortunately I can sync my phone playlist and enjoy my favorite tunes. The weather is always lagging and sometimes reads cloudy when it’s pouring down rain. Lastly, I have not figured out how to cancel a destination on the map navigator. It also cannot find my address and has me going to a completely different town if I need to get home from an unfamiliar area. Maybe it needs an upgrade but was hoping that was automatic and cloud based.

2025 Toyota Land Cruiser review
I purchased this car at the end of June 2025 and currently have only 5,000 miles on it. So far I love the Land Cruiser. The interior is very nice, but not especially plush. It is comfortable. The LC handles well, but I haven't taken it off-road, nor have I had to deal with difficult weather conditions. The drawbacks that I see are that it requires premium gas, does not get especially good gas mileage, and the gas tank is small for the size of the vehicle. I have no regrets in buying this vehicle.
