Robert was nothing short of amazing this week in getting my son's car in same day and having it repaired by the end of day two. Our Kia Soul had slowed in acceleration. We were able to have it towed to Robert at Huffines who kept in touch with me through the troubleshooting and repairs. I appreciate all he did to insure my son was back on the road quickly and safely.

Always a great experience at Mazda. I purchased my first brand new vehicle in 2023 with the help of Jairon. I must say that my second purchase was even better than the first! I did not expect to be purchasing my new vehicle on this particular day because I had work in just a couple of hours. Usually the car-buying experience takes quite a while so I just wanted some more details before sealing the deal. Jairon was able to make it happen in what seemed like half an hour! He helped me every step of the way and was always there when I needed to contact him. He was never pushy and provided me with any information I needed. 10 out of 10 - Could not be more satisfied with my purchase at this dealership. To summarize, I just purchased a new vehicle I found online 12 days ago from a Grapevine dealership. A beautiful 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Altitude. 6 days after driving it off the lot, I was t-boned and the car was deemed a total loss. With a small window of time to find a replacement, my family and I were on the hunt this past Saturday, 3/8/25. Starting in McKinney and surrounding DFW areas, we visited 6 dealerships, viewed 9 cars, and made a handful of offers/negotiations within approx 9 to 10 hours. While heading to Irving to basically settle for a car that was decent but ultimately not what I wanted, I made one last desperate attempt to find something better and reached out to Freedom Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM by Ed Morse. The salesman, Brad answered the phone and I gave him the list of what I was looking for and asked if he had it. In short, he said, no. But, his actual words were "I don't have that, but I have a beautiful Jeep that just arrived and you're going to want to see this. As a matter of fact, if you see this car, I guarantee you're going to drive it off the lot today. You might as well turn around now and come here." I tell you what, he wasn't lying. I did want to see this and I drove off their lot in a gorgeous 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland that blew my 2021 out of the water. Once we left the Irving dealership, we arrived the the Freedom dealership in Sherman 20 minutes after they closed simply due to the commute and last minute call. Brad and Bird were outside eager to greet us, and in no way shape or form seemed in a rush. These gents were kind, friendly, professional, personable, and genuinely wanted to take care of us as the customers, and they excelled at all of it. The entire buying process was seamless and when shopping for future vehicles, they will always be my first stop moving forward. After an exhausting day, just bummed, and having dealt with a lot of salesman who really could have cared less about me and my buying experience, Brad and Bird were true God sends. The entire experience with them felt like getting a little wink from God. Thank you for the outstanding experience. 0 complaints from me, except, why didn't I call sooner?!

Awesome gas mileage! Can get 41mpg easily. I chose this over a rav4. I just didn't want to have the same SUV as every other one on the Rd. I love the looks of this vehicle. Interior is way nicer than any rav4 you can buy. I will say that one negative was that I had to replace the front brakes at 10k miles. And it is not my driving! I owned a Honda Accord hybrid previously and the brakes had over 100k on them when I traded it in. I drive this the same way I drove that car and on the same commute. I did hear there was a tsb for the brakes. Rather than make an appt, destroy my rotors waiting to get in, and listen to that awful squealing for another 2 weeks. I just changed the brakes myself. The parts were very inexpensive. The only other annoying thing was that I couldn't get heated steering wheel the top of the line model hybrid... seriously mazda?

Professional, Respectful and personal at the same Time. Becky, Chad and the service crew were amazing. I will be calling them again when I am looking for my next car. It was like I was buying a car from and old friend.

My spouse asked me to get a new vehicle in mid-November 2024. I had been reading reviews of the new 2025 Mazda CX-50 Hybrid. We had been sharing a 2018 Honda CR-V EX-L that we bought new in December of 2017. I had been planning on getting a replacement vehicle in December of 2025 but my spouse recommended that we get one before the end of 2024 because of the upcoming tariffs. I had been in a quandary about which vehicle to get. As soon as I heard about Mazda getting the Toyota hybrid system in the CX-50 I became interested. I went to drive a CX-50 and found that the dealerships didn't yet have the hybrid model. I drove a turbo version and was surprised that it wasn't that responsive. I also found that the ride was too harsh. Within a week I went back and test drove a hybrid. I found the performance to be good and the ride quality to be much better than the turbo. I was impressed with the amount of equipment included in the Premium Plus version: panoramic moon roof, red real leather seats, heads up display, Bose stereo, power folding mirrors. We purchased one for thousands less than a Toyota RAV4 or Honda CR-V Hybrid. I'm very impressed with the handling and ride. So far we've had no problems at all and we currently have an indicated 41mpg.

This is the second Ram I have owned. My first was a limited 19 model. My second one is a Laramie. I used to be a GM. man till I bought my first Ram. Will never own nothing else. Comfort and quality.

The service department was great. They repaired my truck, and researched to find out that it was under warranty. I felt like they worked above and beyond for me.

I traded in a Corolla hatchback for this RAV4. I love the size inside. I love the screen and it’s pretty comfortable though. I haven’t taken it on a very long trip. My gas mileage has decline since winter has come, but so far the all-wheel-drive is handling the snow

I'm totally satisfied with my camry. It's the most advanced automobile I've ever driven.I commute 50 miles per day round trip and I get on average 53 miles per gallon. The traffic assist feature is my most used as I'm always in bumper to bumper traffic, this is when the camry hybrid shines best as it makes its own electricity. I've never owned a Toyota before. I traded my malibu for it & have never looked back.

A great and positive process of purchasing a vehicle. Received a fair quote from the dealership. Called back in a few days and they honored the quote. The original salesperson was sick so Edgar stepped in and completed a professional and honest sale. Finance office offered add ons but there was no tricks or high pressure nonsense. Recommend El Dorado. (but don't guarantee anything)

2025 Camry SE is a nice ride. It's almost luxury feeling but kinda sporty as well. Averaging 49-50 mpg. Pretty comfortable and pretty decent power with 225hp so it doesn't feel slow. Pretty happy with purchase and would reccomend it. $31k + tax

Love the Infotainment system. Easy to navigate. Great looking car. Rides nice and is quiet. The limited trim has what you need and more. I am happy with the hybrid model. Highly recommend.

Bird was fantastic to work with. Buying a car is not a fun experience, Bird made it relaxing a little fun. Great guy! While Bird was tied up with finance, all of the other sales guys were super nice and friendly. Very down to earth sales staff, which is a nice feeling at a dealership. Sean in finance was great to work with as well. Worked quick, to the point, no nonsense. 5/5 experience.

The last Hemi powered Rams. I have owned a lot of trucks and my last 3 were all Ram 1500 Hemi powered. I liked the new Hurricane I6 turbo motor coming soon but also want my truck to sound like a truck. I am glad I got my 24 at the end of 2023 before I moved across the country to Texas. I have the Laramie trim level 4x4 and etorque engine. The start stop is so much smoother with the etorque system while I also enjoy that it is turned off when in tow mode. We have a Tritoon we pull behind that weights about 7,500lbs. Tows it just fine. A little more squat than I would like if I put extra supplies in the bed. However I am planning on getting airbags to assist. This is my first ram with the ram box and I love it! The dry storage is great for basic items and we use when grocery shopping every weekend. The entertainment system is good not great. Every now and then it messes us and I have to reset it. Gotta love technology but by pressing the volume and tune knob in at same time for 15 seconds it resets easily. Wireless CarPlay is great! The Harmon Kardon sound system is nice. I have a speaker rattle that the dealer is ordering a new speaker for replacement. I have had 2 recalls so far and 1 warranty visit at a local dealer. (Not the best experience) but new ownership of a large corporate owned store they just don’t seem to care. The locally owned store is now assisting me and while parts still take time it’s nice when they call you occasionally for an update vs never calling you back. My only gripe is the 23&24 ram Laramie trucks stoped. Coming with the painted fender flairs so it feels a bit naked and I got a door ding at a shopping center without that protection. (My older ram truck had it) anyway great power. Good highway fuel (20mpg not towing) I average 17mpg driving in this crazy dfw traffic. Towing it goes way down to 10-12 mpg. I averaged 11.5 driving from Ohio to Texas. Lots of tech and big interior. Looking for many years of enjoyment.
