I have had the blessing of dealing with James Kovack two times - once in connection with the sale of my leased 2021 RAV 4, the other time witnessing the sale of my sister's 2021 RAV 4. James was kind, patient, respectful, efficient, knowledgeable, and possessed all of the attributes one would expect in dealing with someone in his position. My sister's experience required a little more work and James, in consultation with his supervisor, Qu'ran Gordon, got the job done. Both men were as courteous and respectful of the situation as they could be and both men should be considered ASSETS to Carmax of Langhorne. My sister and I are most pleased with the outcomes of both of our experiences and will recommend Carmax, but in particular James Kovack and Qu'ran Gordon for their fine work.

I recently purchased a 2019 Hyundai Elantra with about 120k miles. The price was fair and the car has been running well so far. I signed for a 2018 transit connect. Most banks refused to give me a loan. They found a bank that said yes for $385 a month. Progressive gave a 179$ a month insurance. Total came to 564$. The car drives like a luxury car with nice space in it. I made it a camper. Price is reasonable. Car runs well. Back light was out. The mechanic there fixed it right away when I brought it in. They did a great job. I give them 4 stars.
