Hendrick Toyota MerriamReviews
Hendrick Toyota Merriam review
Brian Diaz was absolutely amazing!!! Like, this guy I felt was truly an asset to me as a buyer, so I know based on my experience he's an asset to his team there at Hendrick Toyota Merriam. The whole team were great to work with. No games, just upfront and transparent about their inventory and process. Glad to have worked with Brian as he genuinely made me feel like he was a personal advisor of mines. He straight up told me "my goal is to assist you in making an informed decision that is best for you, whether that means you do business with me or not. Money is not my measure of success, happy customers are." I'm definitely happy with how you treated me Brian and love my new ride:)

Fadil helped us as he listened to our preferences and took care of everything. Negotiated quickly on vehicle price and threw in some extras for free. Fadil was honest ans did everything he said he would do without any tricks or trying to raise the price. We've had some bad experiences in the past so this was great. Thanks Fadil!
2024 Hyundai ELANTRA review
Would recommend this car 100 percent to anyone looking for a mid-sized sedan. The only thing that could be changed is a little bit more headroom and I wish my car sat up higher similar to the way an SUV like a Tucson does.

CarMax Kansas City review
I had gone to another dealer ship first and had a horrible experience. Then I notice they had a great inventory of Dodge ram trucks. I just decided to walk the lot by myself since I knew what I was looking for. Here came Jason Conrad he ask me if I was interested in any of the trucks. Yes, I had my eyes on 2 of them then he got me the keys and let me test drive them. I was in love with the first test drive and that was the end of the story. He show me the carfax report on the vehicle and everything was clean. I drove that truck home today and was thankful for "Jason" he is a great salesman and if people ask me I will be referring him more business. Other car dealers need to go train under him and learn how to treat a customer. Kudos to Jason.

HUGE selection of cars. They have a row of just luxury and sport cars. The prices may be a little bit on the upper end, but overall a great dealership.

I just bought my car from Country Hill Motors and so far all I can say is that Rob took excellent care of me before and after I bought my car. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with my decisions and no hard sell was done. I totally recommend purchasing a car from Rob at Country Hill Motors.

My brother-in-law recommended that I check out car max when needing to purchase a good used car. First I went on line to see what cars were available. I found exactly what I wanted, in my budget, at the Plano location. Luis Delatorre, my fabulous agent, at the Fort Worth, River Ranch Blvd., had the car transported to Fort Worth and I purchased it on sight! I Drove it around the block, and had all the paperwork efficiently delivered to me within 30 minutes! I've found my future dealership and will recommend Car Max to anyone who will listen to me!
