2023 Hyundai PALISADE review
This is by far the best car I've ever owned. The steering is responsive. The engine is fairly quiet. It has very good "passing gear" ability. Its a three row suv with heated first through third row and ventilated first and second row. Adaptive and Smart cruise control as well as many more features. We'll worth the buy. Go with the Caligraphy trim.

CarMax Columbus Easton review
Shawn McMahan is an awesome person. I came into the dealership twice looking for a car. My first visit was unsuccessful because I did not have the down payment. Shawn was incredibly understanding with my situation and tried very hard to get the lowest down payment possible. Once I found the car, I told him that I would be back in a few weeks with the down payment. He touched base with me once, but wasn't pushy and seemed genuinely concerned about my situation. On my second stop in, again, it seemed that the odds were against me. He went above and beyond to insure that I left with a car. I would HIGHLY recommend him to any of my family members and friends. Thanks again, Shawn, from the bottom of my heart!
2024 Hyundai PALISADE review
love driving this car it's so comfortable and handles great.I like everything about the car,it's looks, it's interior and exterior. When i first got the car i drove it for about (2) hours and didn't want to get out of it.I'll be going to Vermont to visit my 2 granddaughters and my son and his wife and i can hardly wait to see how it does on gas mileage and see if the 3 1/2 hour drive is comfortable and relaxing which i'm sure it will be.Can't say enough good about how far hyundai has come from just a few models to many great models.Better than american vehicles.I will never buy an american car again it seems like the cars were always in the shop for some repair and that's a hassle.I bought american cars all my life but i thought i'd try hyundai and i'm glad i did.better quality workmanship and fit and finish.

Byers Imports Pre-Owned Center review
I had a great experience purchasing my car at Byers, especially thanks to Jeff. He was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Since this was my first time buying a car in the U.S., I had a lot of questions and was a little nervous, but Jeff took the time to explain everything I wasn’t familiar with in detail. He also shared some fun stories from his past, which made the whole experience much more relaxed and enjoyable. I learned a lot about the car and the buying process along the way. I also really appreciated how quick and efficient the entire process was at Byers. Thanks again to Jeff and the Byers team for making my first car-buying experience in the U.S. such a positive one!
2022 Hyundai PALISADE review
We have owned our 22’ Palisade for 2 years now and have had some issues but nothing to major. The biggest thing was when it was at the dealership for a cracked radiator. After reading online it was more common than I thought and was happening to other Palisade owners. The only other complaint that I really have is an SUV at this price should have power folding mirrors and have less road noise. Would I buy another one? I’m not sure how to answer that I think it would have been a better investment to go with a Toyota 4Runner.

we pulled up to look, an right away Cody came out an introduced himself. i was looking at Kona, an he suggested i take it for a drive, knew i liked the car then. He helped us with the whole buying process an made it so easy for us, there was no high pressure to buy, just a helpful salesman. Took time an showed us how things worked. this was the best buying experience buying a car i have had. Already told several people what a nice man (Cody) is. Nice dealership.
2022 Hyundai PALISADE review
My wife and I have very much enjoyed the ride and comfort of our new (to us) 2022 Hyundai Palisade. The features are wonderful. I wish I could permanently disable the auto engine shutoff when stopped at a stop light, because I feel it adds more wear and tear on the engine. I do love the V6 engine when on the interstate. I wished it had a little better fuel economy. Overall, it is a wonderful vehicle with a lot of leg room for an adult in any of the 3 rows.

Just be aware that if you buy a white one that Hyundai had a problem with the paint just flaking off. On the roof of my car which is white, I have big strands and strips of paint coming off and the car only has 20,000 miles. They covered it under warranty for 10 years but it's just a hassle.

Excellent service provided by them. Helpful and informative. No high pressure sales pitch from them. We visited several used car places including dealers and independent lots and this was the most friendly up front one.
2020 Hyundai PALISADE review
Bought car used in September 2026 w/65000 miles. Needed to replace my 2016 Escape which broke down catastrophically after 2 years of constant repairs. Also, my sister was facing knee replacement and we needed to fit her, her 300-lb husband, walkers, wheelchair, and groceries in our everyday vehicle! Two words describe the result: exceeds expectations! Lots of room even with all of us and our junk; More road power than my old man's driving style needs, but it translates to smooth as silk road behavior on the steepest of Pennsylvania's hills; Typical Hyundai reliability and dealer service : helpful, courteous, attentive, and informative. Not the cheapest, but worth what I pay. I was suspicious about putting all my eggs in a 6 year old vehicle ... but I think I just bought 250,000 of solid comfort and driveability that's better than new!

I bought my 2020 Palisade limited all wheel drive brand new and LOVE IT. I had a 2017 Santa Fe and hated to get rid of it but so glad I did. The Palisade handles and rides great and the interior room is awesome. Even though it is mainly just me and hubby, we love the size!

Went to test drive a 2026 K4 EX and ended up leaving in a 2026 K4 GT-Line. My overall experience was at Lou fusz Kia was a great experience! I’m so glad to be apart of the Kia family & i couldn’t thank Lance the salesman enough, he’s the reason I have this car so I’m beyond grateful of him and Lou Fusz Kia
2025 Hyundai PALISADE review
Our palisade is very luxurious and loaded with technology, it has a smoother ride than our grand cherokee and far more advanced than the pilot we rest drove. We love the comfort, size and especially the 5 yr bumper to bumper warranty. Its definitely a vehicle worth test driving to see the quality over other vehicles in its class.

2024 Hyundai PALISADE review
I have had the car for almost three months. I used it when my son’s family and others visited so I often used every seat. I have a Limited Trim with a tow hitch. I got the car for visiting family and also to be able to tow a small to medium sized camper. I have owned many Mercedes, BMW’s, Mini’s and other brands and this is the most luxurious. It is as good or better than the German cars on equipment and comfort, just not as fast. Ventilated seats, three rows of power and heated seats and all the tech you can want, which I love. My favorite is the amazing lane keep assist which practically drives the car by itself and the 360 camera for parking and not hitting things. Try to price a Mercedes or BMW 3-row with the same features and you will be at least $85-90k if not more. You could buy his and hers Palisades for the same money, the Calligraphy even has the massage seats. The car is quiet, smooth and absolutely gorgeous interior. I can afford most any car I want and I personally love the value proposition of this car and the low maintenance costs. The car plays a musical tune every time you close the door like a welcome. All my camping gear fits into the back with room to spare (and third row down). The only quirk is the rain sensing wipers do not seem too sensitive. I don’t mind no wireless Car Play as a plugged in phone stays charged. Once I tow with it I will write another review but if you want this feature know it comes with a hitch, ball, prewired with the wire kit for trailer brakes and a tow mode! That’s pretty cool. Full sized spare, too. If you want luxury, space, lots of seats and good towing capacity run and get one. You don’t need to shop the competition unless it’s the Telluride. I got a great year end deal on mine, too. Hyundai is improving its vehicles every single year. I have had three now (Kona, Tucson and Palisade) and they have all been great. Oh, I have gotten up to 26mpg on the highway but most the time my mileage is exactly like the ratings. As low as teens in the city doing errands. Not bad for a two ton car.

Was very happy with the process of leasing a vehicle. I went in with a specific goal to lease, and with little hassle, they could meet my needs. Cory, the salesman was polite and patient. Everyone we spoke with was great. I am not a true car fan. To me, I am concerned about value, affordability, and reliability, but I do love my Venue! I plan to receive excellent care of my car at this dealership with maintenance.

2026 Hyundai PALISADE review
I gave up my 2025 BMWx5 50e for the 2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy Hybrid. My friends thought it was to lower my notes or because we couldn’t afford the BMW. What they didn’t know was I had paid off the BMW. Reducing cost was not a factor. I fell in love with the Palisade about three years ago, but I kept waiting on the new body style. I finally went to see the new Palisade and the features were much better than what I remembered. I love the cameras to the left and right when you use your turn signals. I love actual knobs to adjust the ac unit. I love the roominess of the second row seats and their ability to recline. The massage function for the drivers seat is awesome. The ability to recharge vs nightly plugging in a hybrid is wonderful! I won’t go on and on, but I find myself smiling really hard and peaking out the door to look at it in my garage…lol! I don’t like how loud it starts off, not crazy about the big grill, I preferred my panoramic sunroof vs the two separate sunroofs, and I lost the safety net of run flat tires. But overall, I am very pleased with my first SIX days of ownership. I will keep you updated if anything changes.

Coughlin HyundaiReviews
Coughlin Hyundai review
I couldn't be happier with Coughlin Hyundai. They aren't our closest dealership, but we gladly travel the extra distance to Coughlin after a horrible shopping experience with our "local" Hyundai dealer in Athens, Ohio. We purchased a new Palisade from Coughlin in June of 2020. It was the easiest and most pleasant new car buying experience of my life. The car is fantastic! The service department has been fantastic. The sales staff is excellent, friendly and no pressure. They are very good at finding the right vehicle for a customer's needs and budget. In fact, we were so pleased we returned in April 2021 to purchase a second new car, a Venue. The experience was as pleasant as the first purchase. I will continue to recommend Coughlin Hyundai to friends, family and all the customers I speak to daily running my business. Coughlin has earned a long term customer with me.

CarMax Jackson (TN)Reviews
CarMax Jackson (TN) review
I just wanted to comment on how much I like Carmax customer service as a company. I bought me car from Carmax in Nashville Tn about 2 years ago and had great experience. Then few months later I my car started making a noise on the front end. Took back to Carmax in Nashville They put me in a rental car till the next day till they got it fixed... Which was great. They repaired my car free and payed for the rental car. Then April 6th I was traveling thru Jackson Tn and my car started making a terrible noise. I was very concern. Called Carmax in Jackson Tn took my car there they worked me in pretty quick. When they pulled the wheel off the found a pebble had past the dust cover and was rubbing between breaks and rotary. They removed the pebble and all was good. Thank God there was no damaged. Tech put my tire back on and sent me on my way. They didn't charge me nothing.. Thank you
2022 Hyundai PALISADE review
Love this car!! Couldn’t recommend it enough. We were going back between the Palisade & Telluride, test drove both and the Palisade was far superior and drove much smoother. Love the 3rd row automatic seats and that the PRND are buttons, not a switch or knob — gives it a much more elegant feel for the money. Comfortable/spacious enough for 7 (we have the captains chairs). I’d buy this again for sure!!!

Tansky Sawmill ToyotaReviews
Tansky Sawmill Toyota review
Recently bought a new RAV4 from Tony. We really hesitated, a huge decision. Working with Tony was awesome! We had previously purchased cars from John Williams, who recently retired. Tony’s personality was a perfect match for us. I would highly recommend working with him! And Gary in finance…wow, what an easy experience that was! We had a trade-in plus cash and it was a no-brainer. He was not pushy with extended warranty and assured us we can buy that in a few months once our finances are better. Difficult to make a major purchase at year end! Thank you Tansky for making our fifth Toyota purchase a pleasure.

2025 Hyundai PALISADE review
I have a family of 5 and this car offers everything we need. The seats are comfortable all the way around. My teenager has had no complaints even when he has to sit in the 3rd row. We have gone on several long trips and there have been no issues. Even the way it operates in winter is impressive. I feel safe even on the snowiest roads.

DriveTime of West Columbus review
★★★★★ We just purchased a 2015 Subaru Forester and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From the moment we walked onto the lot, Magdalena made us feel welcome and truly cared for. She was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. There was never any pressure—just honest, friendly guidance every step of the way. Magdalena walked us through all the features of the Forester, answered our million questions with a smile, and made sure we felt 100% confident in our decision. She even followed up after the sale to make sure everything was going smoothly with our new car. Her genuine kindness and professionalism really stood out and made the whole process enjoyable. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, ask for Magdalena—you’ll be in the best hands! Thank you, Magdalena, and thank you to the dealership for having such an outstanding team member. We love our Forester and are so grateful for the excellent service! Highly recommend! 🚗💙

2023 Hyundai PALISADE review
I’ve been a Honda man since 1984, but after comparing pretty much every 3 row SUV on the market, I went with the 2023 Palisade Calligraphy. It’s the most feature packed for your money and they are reliable. If your need a highway car, this is the one. Had it 10 months and have already been on 3 long distance trips. It rides smoothly, has plenty of power, is quieter than my old Honda Odyssey and is a joy to travel in. Don’t let some of the negative comments from people still living in 1986 dissuade you. I did plenty of research. This is a great vehicle. Most people with these types of vehicle never ever go off road, but if you do, maybe a Jeep is for you. If you want to pretend you are in a rally race, get a Porsche truck. I have my Honda S2000 for that. But if you want a great SUV that can actually carry people on all 3 rows in comfort, the Palisade is the one. The lane keep, smart cruise control, auto high beam, auto wipers, massaging drivers seat and other goodies lets you drive in comfort for hours. Every model comes standard with a 12.3” infotainment screen, navigation, apple car play and a host of stuff. You don’t have to move up a model for all that. 3 years free maintenance is great, along with the longest warranty in the business. You also hear a lot of negative stuff about the dealerships. I went online on Sunday evening before the forth of July and got an appointment for the next day, July 3rd. I dropped it off expecting a long wait. In less than 2 hours, I got a call that I was ready to go. Oil change, tire rotation, safety check and a recall on windshield wiper blades all done. Research the dealer for any brand you buy. I passed 3 closer dealers and so far I’m happy with them, too. Talk to people that actually own the Palisade. I have never talked to an owner that didn’t just love their Palisade. They are in high demand, so resell value is not a problem right now. They can be hard to find in the model you want. I got the Calligraphy because I wanted all the goodies, but the best value is probably the SEL with the Premium Package. You get a lot of stuff for your money and it’s available as a 8 passenger, if that’s what you need. The only negatives I can think of is the mirrors are not power retractable and Apple CarPlay is not wireless. I hoping for a wireless update for the Apple CarPlay in the future.

Coughlin Kia of Dublin review
I recently had my Kia in for service and worked with service manager Alex Greenland, and he made this experience truly easy and painless. I had a minor concern and scheduled oil change the day of my appointment. They were able to fix my concern the same day and finish everything rather quickly which I appreciate with my busy work schedule.
2024 Hyundai PALISADE review
I purchased a new 2024 Hyundai Palisade Caligraphy in December 2023 and as of now (April 2024) have almost 4,000 miles on the car. Overall mpg is 20.0 (driving 90% of the time just local streets @ 30 to 40 mph). I've noticed when I drive it on the expressway for 15 or 20 miles I get considerably better mileage. Knock on wood, but so far I've not found one defect in the car. I think you do get a lot of car for the money. Lots of room with a comfortable ride. Good headlights. HVAC seems to work well. I'm suprised how well the ventilated seats work. Decent acceleration. Good electronics. Reasonably quiet and smooth ride. Good visibility out of the vehicle with a good driver seat position. Good rear seat leg room (captain chairs). Digital Key works well with my iPhone 13 and Apple Watch Series 7. Only miss is no power-folding mirrors. Can't yet comment on the complimentary Hyundai service as the car is not yet ready for it's first service appointment.

Coughlin Kia of Lewis CenterReviews
Coughlin Kia of Lewis Center review
LOOK NO FURTHER for another dealership or vehicle!!! We have purchased many vehicles over the last 30+ years through several dealerships and with several manufacturers. The buying process has always been stressful, lack-luster, and the sales/finance teams were aggressive. At Kia Coughlin we met Bryce and Andrew who treated us like family and made the car buying process easy, fun, and tailored to our needs. They listened to what we wanted, and they delivered! They went above-and-beyond to get the exact car we wanted - a black, AWD, EV6 GT. And the car was delivered in less than one-month instead of three-months! Financing was easy and hassle-free. No sales gimmicks or pressure. We asked for reasonable trade-in compared to Kelly Blue Book and what we were offered at a certain car buyer, and Andrew made it happen. THE EV6 IS THE BEST electric vehicle and it's just not only our opinion! Oh yeah...and the EV6 GT...the car is beyond expectations and EXTREMELY FUN TO DRIVE and FAST! We drove and researched several electrical vehicles (BMW, Mercedes, Tesla, Hyundai, Nissan, and Rivian). The Kia EV6 is superior to them all. The EV6 is luxurious and comfortable; has everything you need from auto-drive to wireless charging; the exterior and interior design are aesthetically beautiful. We highly recommend the lighting package for any EV6 model. I have had the EV6 GT for two weeks and I have had several people at stop lights roll down their window and tell me how amazing the car looks. In store parking lots I have had three different people stop to tell me how awesome the car looks and ask me questions about the EV6. Charging at home is a breeze and inexpensive...at 2.5-3 miles per KwH and current electrical charges of $0.075 per KwH...you pay only $25-$30 per 1000 miles at home!!! And you get the best warranties we've ever been offered...10 years and this even covers NORMAL WEAR and TEAR - just not the tires, wipers, or brakes. We even test drove the EV6 Wind AWD and it is just as amazing as the GT and the Wind gets a little more mileage per charge - but we wanted the 576HP from the GT! GO SEE BRYCE and ANDREW at KIA COUGHLIN TODAY!!!... ...and get your new Kia from a new kind of dealership - one that is honest, treats you like family, and has integrity!!! We are so grateful to Kia Coughlin, Bryce, Andrew, and the rest of the team for making our car buying experience the best ever - bar none! And, we are grateful to Kia for making the best electrical vehicle on the market - the EV6 GT! Thank you to the entire Kia Coughlin Team, Paul and Jeff K-W Delaware, OH, 43015

Charles made our car-buying experience exceptionally smooth from start to finish. He quickly established rapport and was personable, genuine, and straightforward throughout the entire process. We came in having done our homework and knowing exactly what we wanted, and Charles listened, advocated for us, and helped ensure we got the vehicle we were looking for. He made the process efficient and stress-free while keeping us informed every step of the way. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would absolutely work with Charles again for any future vehicle needs. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and customer-focused sales associate.
2021 Hyundai PALISADE review
Negative: somuch cabin noise with all windows closed sounds like window open (75-85 decibels). Can feel and hear every little bump especially on rough road. Noise rear of car found out recall for shock bracket problem ended replacing both shocks and all shock brackets and told this will have to be done again when Hyundai comes out with new recall. Positive: very big and comfortable cooled ventilated seats. Nice instrument panel easy to use and see. Nice ride other than mentioned above. A/C real cool works great in 100 plus degrees outside. Excellent camera parking featured front and rear plus 360 degree view. Excellent sound system. Electric third row up/down feature helpful. Second row captain seats heated, cooled and separate AC controls.

2020 Hyundai PALISADE review
Love our SEL. Perfect for long road trips with the family, and we've had a few of those. Gear shifter takes a trip or two to get used to, but otherwise, everything else is intuitive. Couldn't be happier with our family mobile.

Tansky Sawmill Toyota review
I had a great experience purchasing a new RAV4 XLE from Tansky Sawmill Toyota. Jennifer Velazquez was extremely helpful throughout the purchasing process. She kept me informed throughout the process while my RAV4 was in production as well as during the walkthrough and setup of my new vehicle. I really appreciated the no hassle and no pressure experience I had while working with everyone at Tansky.

Great Lakes Hyundai of Dublin review
They’re good at what they do. They low-balled me big time on my trade in but I was able to talk them up to something I could live with. They also worked with me on some extra touch ups my wife and I wanted done to scratches on the passenger door. Overall, a pleasant experience. Izzy was a great salesman and Anya in finance is great! My truck was priced nicely and it was too good of a deal to pass on so I’m quite satisfied overall.
