Yvie Esna was very caring, and happy to help me when I entered the Service Department. She has a personality that you wanted to see when you get your car service. Esna came into the waiting room letting me know that my call will be ready soon. Esna, thank me for coming to get my car service, and if I have any questions please let her know.

Ocean Honda of HanoverReviews
Ocean Honda of Hanover review
We just purchased a new vehicle from Ocean Honda. Sean McCarey is an incredible, honest, upfront sales person (10/10 stars!) and was great about helping us find and buy something that made us happy despite the current nationwide low inventory. The whole team there was great about financing, helping with insurance, doing the leg work to the registry, and even helped get my wife to her job when we brought the car back to have accessories installed. Granted, she offered to bring him a coffee, but I doubt that was enough to be considered any kind of bribe. 😁

Bourne's Auto Center review
I just purchased my third car from Bourne’s, that should say it all right? The fact that I simply return to them when I need a car. I love the no hassle pricing, the low pressure sales team (I might go so far as to say “No pressure” sales. Just very helpful staff. This time around I had the pleasure of working with Sharon Munoz, again just a very knowledgeable and helpful sales agent. No B.S. - I like that. I’ll be sure to use them again in the future

We purchased a used Honda Pilot from Boch Honda. The sales staff was friendly and we were not pressured during the process. On the second day after the vehicle was delivered to us we had transmission trouble, the dashboard light was flashing with a check transmission warning light. We called the dealership and spoke with Bill about our issue with the vehicle. Boch Honda came to our house to pick up the vehicle, they replaced the bad transmission and a week later returned the repaired vehicle to our driveway. They gave us a one year warranty on the work, we couldn’t be happier with this dealership.
2023 Hyundai SANTA FE review
I love the vehicle and the smoothness when i drive it. Alerts me of cars when backing and tells me if another vehicle is driving away if there is one in front. There is a lot of space and great for my 2 kids.

2023 Hyundai SANTA FE review
This is my 3rd Santa Fe in 10 years.Great car for the price. Body integrity not so great as chips in paint appear. Same issue with other 2. Biggest complaint is heat system. Don’t expect to put in auto at start. Will never warm cab. Must manually get cab warm then you may be able to use auto. Auto directs heat to extreme downward location.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service I received at Hyundai. From the very first contact, the entire team was professional, attentive, and transparent throughout the entire process. A special thank you to Ricardo da Silva, whose knowledge, patience, and dedication in answering all of my questions truly stood out. He helped me find the best option for my needs with honesty, professionalism, and absolutely no pressure. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and highly recommend both Hyundai and Ricardo da Silva to anyone looking for outstanding customer service, trust, and professionalism. Congratulations on a job well done!

Zhiwei was wonderful to work with, he went above and beyond after I went to several other dealerships. The experience of buying a car can be daunting but it felt like he truly cared.

2023 Hyundai SANTA FE review
I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

Had a vehicle delivered from elsewhere and a good experience. Quite a lengthy process but the sales rep was much easier to deal with than at conventional dealers. Would return.
