Envision Ford of Oxnard review
Everyone’s attentive and friendly at Envision Ford. Alex Torres is very efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. Plus, he treated me with respect. Every time I take my car for service, I know I will have a nice experience… I’m offered a ride back, I’m offered a cold beverage or coffee, and my car gets washed! I am pleased with the service, thank you, I will definitely return.
2021 Hyundai SANTA FE review
I was the first one in America to own the 2021 Santa Fe limited, or any 2021 SF actually! I’ve never owned a Hyundai but I am loving this vehicle! I have Stormy Seas with the leather trim interior. Every feature possible in this baby Palisade, I can tell you it has features I thought I’d never use in AZ and I’ve used them all from parking assist to heated steering wheel and cooled and heated seats! The window shades in the rear windows help in 115* heat. I love the cameras and everything that came with it. I love to open the roof and let the sun in without getting blown all over the place.

INFINITI of Thousand OaksReviews
INFINITI of Thousand Oaks review
Was looking at the QX60, and Edwin Alas from Thousand Oaks Infiniti, was the salesperson assisting me. Very friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about all the details of the vehicle. I was looking for a particular color, and a few days later I got a call from Edwin saying the QX60 that I was looking for just came in! Went to look, was exactly what I was looking for! Everyone there was very friendly, from Finance managers,(Christian, Rob), salesperson Edwin! Overall experience was pleasant! Talk about service, I was having issues linking up my garage door, and I text Edwin, thinking he might suggest something, he came to the house on his day off, and linked up the garage door, and asked if I had any other questions about the car! Told me to call him, if I have any questions!!! Awesome guy! Awesome service! Never had this type of service from any car that we have purchased in the past!

2023 Hyundai SANTA FE review
This is my 3rd Santa Fe in 10 years.Great car for the price. Body integrity not so great as chips in paint appear. Same issue with other 2. Biggest complaint is heat system. Don’t expect to put in auto at start. Will never warm cab. Must manually get cab warm then you may be able to use auto. Auto directs heat to extreme downward location.

Outstanding customer service! I have been working with them overseas to prepare for a buy in August and it has been amazing and they are really helpful!
2017 Hyundai SANTA FE review
We have a 2017 Limited Ultimate that just turned 193K miles. We bought it in Feb 2016. If you change the oil at 5k miles and the transmission fluid at 60k, and this car will run forever. Never had a problem with it. Everything still works inside and it still looks great. My only knock on the car is the rattle that developed in the rear doors when driving on the highway. My wife doesn't even hear it anymore, but it bugs me.

2020 Hyundai SANTA FE review
Citron at Tameron Hyundai is absolutely AMAZING &I love this car! I have nothing but great things to say about my experience at Tameron Hyundai. The dealership in and of itself was very attentive & welcoming, and Citron specifically was one of the best sales representatives that I have ever dealt with, & I have purchased several cars in the past. Whenever I need another car this will be the first place that I look & I'm also sending any friends or family! Go ahead & check it out, you won't be disappointed.

Keyes Hyundai of Mission HillsReviews
Keyes Hyundai of Mission Hills review
5 Stars for Keyes Hyundai of Mission Hills I recently brought my 2021 Hyundai Elantra to Keyes Hyundai of Mission Hills after having ongoing problems following an engine replacement performed at another Hyundai dealership. I came in because of a rattling noise and excessive vibration from the engine compartment. What impressed me immediately was that the Mission Hills team actually took the time to diagnose the problem rather than simply guessing at it. They found excessive play in the engine mount, determined that it was causing the excessive vibration, and replaced the engine support/mount under Hyundai warranty at no charge to me. The repair corrected the problem. I was especially happy to discover that several people I knew from Parkway Hyundai are now working at Mission Hills. I had worked with some of these people previously, and it was great to see familiar faces who treated me like a customer rather than just another repair order. Their inspection also uncovered several other issues that concern me following the previous engine replacement, including oil leaks, a previously repaired engine-harness/throttle-body connector, transmission cooler hose concerns, and missing underbody components. Mission Hills documented these conditions with photographs and provided me with a detailed inspection report. Unfortunately, my experience with AutoNation Hyundai Valencia has been very different. After the engine replacement there, I experienced a series of problems and ultimately brought the car back because of the vibration and rattling. I was not satisfied with the diagnosis or the customer service I received there. Another mechanic pointed me toward the motor mount, and Mission Hills subsequently confirmed excessive play in that mount and repaired it under warranty. I’m not claiming that every issue Mission Hills found was caused by AutoNation—the cause of those individual conditions still needs to be determined. But after seeing what Mission Hills documented, I have serious concerns about the quality of the previous work and how my subsequent complaints were handled. The difference in customer service was night and day. Thank you to Ian Archer, the technician, and the Mission Hills Hyundai service team for taking my concerns seriously, properly diagnosing the vibration, documenting what they found, and getting the warranty repair handled immediately. This is the kind of service I expect from a Hyundai dealership. Mission Hills Hyundai earned my future service business. Highly recommended. Special thanks to Ian the service advisor and Hoveck the Service Manger. They have my business from now on. The AutoNation service manager said he was too busy to address my concerns and to come back tomorrow . Bad move Philip Salas !

My service advisor, Ian Archer, was very attentive and helpful with the repair of my vehicle.
2026 Hyundai SANTA FE review
Appearance; The over all look of the car is very pleasing to the eye. The dark green with the black-out package is the best. Calligraphy model has the most to offer in high end amenities. The interior is well appointed with leather and the law-out of the dashboard and controls are very functional. The performance is actually surprisingly more than adequate for the size of the vehicle with a 4 cylinder turbo. I traded a 4 year old Cadillac XT6 which was loaded with accessories , and I am very glad I did. This car has not only a high end look, but is also very luxurious driving experience.

Keyes Hyundai of Mission Hills review
The Amazing Positive Experiences I have received in 2026 by the KEYES MISSION HILLS HYUNDAI SERVICE DEPARTMENT have made me rethink what Quality in Service Truly Is and Should Be at Automotive Dealerships Nationwide. Most of the time, we are all provided reasons why you should never use the service dept at a dealership...High Prices, etc. Keyes Mission Hills Hyundai has completely redefined what Excellence in a Service Department is and Should Always Be. From the smallest of requests to a Full List of Warranty and non-Warranty repairs, the Service team of HOVIK and JAIME have consistantly went Above and Beyond that of ANY automotive service group I have EVER experienced in my lifetime. Issue after issue was handled with Courtesy and Professionalism and at a Very Fair Price. I say all of this and I do not live in California. I Live In Kansas City, Missouri. As a Long-Distant Customer (Father) who has never stepped foot in this dealership, this Service Department treated me (And my California-Based Daughter) with the Utmost Respect and Dignity. Thank You Keyes Mission Hills Hyundai for your Dedication To Excellence!
2021 Hyundai SANTA FE review
When shopping for our Santa Fe, we looked at many different models brands and sizes some smaller some larger and felt very comfortable with the size of this vehicle. The interior is beautiful and lacks the big TV screen that many of the SUVs have that I didn’t care for. After driving it, I was impressed with its cornering handling breaking an overall driving position. I now have 15,000 miles on it and I’m totally impressed with its comfort and all of the safety features. Some of the smaller SUVs we drove were noisy, and I felt every bump on the road, some of the larger SUVs were just too big. I was impressed with how quiet this car was and how it smoothed out lot of the rough roads that we have here in California. We have the SEL model with a 2.5 L turbo charged engine that has plenty of power and decent fuel economy. I get over 30 miles per gallon on the highway and 25 miles per gallon in town. This is an amazing vehicle that drove nicer both in town and freeway than many other SUVs costing thousand more.

Westlake Hyundai review
They were honest, above 100 honesty. I went to Hyundai of Camarillo or Oxnard a year before to service my 2013 Sonata Hybrid and they tried to scr... me with the warranty. When I heard from Westlake people how much coverage I HAVE FOR THE NEXT 70k miles or 3 more years they make my day. Never going back or recommend Hyundai of Oxnard/Camarillo AGAIN!
2026 Hyundai SANTA FE review
I purchased my Santa Fe from Dickson city Hyundai about a month ago I love everything about it so far. Very roomy. The 3rd row is great for the extra passengers but also when it’s down the trunk is huge. Love the dashboard and screen. Back up camera is great. Very safe reliable vehicle for my family with tons of personalization and tons of safety features. It’s luxurious without the heavy price tag.

Westlake HyundaiReviews
Westlake Hyundai review
I’ve just gotten my first car and am SO glad that I came to Westlake Hyundai. My parents have been in the car business for many years, so I have of course heard just about every horror story there is about buying a car. My experience was amazing! Everyone is beyond welcoming and helpful. Eric and Carinsa made the process incredibly quick, smooth, and painless; and James was so kind as to walk me through the features of my vehicle. We practically signed and were on our way! Everyone here at Westlake Hyundai have definitely made me comfortable and excited as a new driver. I will always be a customer, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I love my new Elantra <3
2026 Hyundai SANTA FE review
Just bought a new ‘26 Santa Fe Calligraphy Hybrid. Lease was up on my ‘24 Cadillac Lyriq, which was a great car also. Love the 600+ range on a tank of regular gas, and the 35-36mpg. Very comfortable and love the huge windows and 360 cameras. Especially loved getting a great deal being end of year with the ‘27’s now out, with 0% financing & 3 months no payments……all made it a no brainer! Solid car, and feel good driving it. Rivals our other much higher cost vehicles in every way.

2011 Hyundai SANTA FE review
I am definitely satisfied with my 2011 Sante Fe Limited 😁 I have exactly 195404 miles on it, no warning lights are on, and it’s super fast for a mid sized suv. Tomorrow will be the ultimate test I’m driving from California to New Orleans Tomorrow almost 2000 miles 😳😩so I will be back with another review once I reach my destination.

Service Advisor, lan Archer, was very professional, courteous and went the extra mile to provide exceptional customer service. I will definitely bring my vehicle to the dealership for all repairs and recommend to family & friends. He is an asset to the team of professionals!
2023 Hyundai SANTA FE review
I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

This is one of the largest CarMax that I've been to and they have quite a selection of cars. The salesperson was not pushy and were very friendly. Mark was on his game. We had an awesome experience with drive time Torrance. If I had a choice I would do it all over again with this team. They made the process smooth and explained everything in front of you. No hidden secrets here at this dealership. The manager Charles also contacted me to let me know I was pre-approved and to come in and look at cars. Hands down best place to do business.

I bought this car because of the deal that Hyundai provided. I didn't test drive the car till after I purchased it. It is a very pleasant surprise, as it is better than I expected. I like the appearance and the comfort, plus it's great for grandkids with the third row. The gas mileage is very good as well. Highly recommend this vehicle.

Van Nuys Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
Alex and Juan from the Service department are amazing! My boyfriend dropped off his vehicle this past Saturday for an inspection. We returned later that evening for an update, and Alex let us know that their mechanic found an issue. Alex mentioned that it would take a few days to resolve, considering it was the weekend. During this time, Juan was already in the process of getting a rental started without being asked! Simply amazing! Alex has truly gone above and beyond to take care of us while our vehicle is being serviced. He has kept us updated the entire time, and we never had to worry or feel stressed through this process. We can't thank him enough for his patience, kindness, and phenomenal Customer Service. This location has a gem of an employee, and we hope that he is recognized! Thank you, Alex! And thank you, Juan! We look forward to working with you again.
2026 Hyundai SANTA FE review
Fifth Hyundai vehicle. I have never had a bad experience with any of the cars., same for the dealers and service. The cars have always been reliable, loaded with great technology, and provided great comfort to drive. The 2026 Santa Fe clearly offers a lot of car for the price. It has also been a step up from previous models. Really enjoy the addition of the turbo engine. The only downside to all of this is Hyundai eliminated the included 36000 miles service the only disappointing part of a great driving experience,

2022 Hyundai SANTA FE review
Bought it use with 70k miles on it recently. I looks almost showroom new. I figured if it hasn't gone bad yet, I should have no major issues. I love the tech and comfort and gas mileage is so so, but you can't have everything and at the price of 16K it was well worth it. Love this car and hope to get a good 200K miles out of it. One note is that it never left flordia so it didn't get all that salt from the roads in the winter. After looking at the new ones, I'll take the 2022 over the 2025 or 2026 any day!

2026 Hyundai SANTA FE review
This is the most satisfying vehicle purchase ive ever made. From the fit and finish to the warranty its the total package. I will admit I was worried about the engine only being a four cylinders buy they did their homework. The turbo adds more than enough power. The sound of the doors closing says it all. It says quality. No rattle like you hear in some cars when you shut the door. Like I said this is the most satisfied ive ever been with a new purchase. I never thought I'd be saying that about a Hyundai. This is what my wife wanted. Happy wife Happy life and she's usually right in her desicions. This time she knocked it out of the ballpark.
