Good price for a good car not great but good. As a fairly wide-bodied retiree front sear comfort is on par with airline seats. Too narrow and hard. SUV looks good and runs good but for long trips no way.

After looking for days I was able to find exactly what I was looking for at this dealership. Everyone was friendly, professional and well informed of their inventory. I am thrilled to now be driving my new vehicle!
2025 Hyundai TUCSON review
I just bought it. How would I know how reliable it is? We're used to a car with a V8, but bought this for economy and the warranty. It' slightly underpowered but not a deal breaker. The Auto stop start feature is a royal pain. It's 95+ degrees, We're at a series of long red lights. The engine stops, the A/C is running, the engines heats up, the car starts for the A/C compressor, stops, starts, stops, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, (wasn't that annoying? YES IT IS!) and starts when I release the brakes. This goes on all afternoon. I've worked on cars for 65 years and you will never convince me it won't wear out the battery and starter prematurely. I want that mess disabled. We will put less than 6,000 miles per year on this car. I doubt we saved $,20 in gas compared to a $600 battery/starter replacement bill.

Eduardo was kind enough to drive to the I.E. in rush hour traffic to ensure my spouse was able to sign her paperwork from home due to scheduling conflicts. He was personable and a pleasure to do business with. We now have 2 Honda's seated in our driveway and couldn't be happier with the overall process.
2017 Hyundai TUCSON review
Just purchased as a daily driver for work. Had it two months with 104,000 miles. Looks and drives great. Base model but I’m pleased with its features. I agree not a lot of power but purchase it as a work vehicle to garage my nicer vehicle.

I've bought cars over the years, and this dealership impressed me with its straightforward approach. Sales representative Ray Vakill honored our pre-arranged pricing and agreements, and made sure my daughter understood the vehicle's safety features. I would definitely contact Ray for future purchases in Los Angeles. Thank you, Nissan Downtown LA and Ray!

Chris is AMAZING!!!! super easy to work with, very compassionate, knowledgeable and genuine. I could tell we were in great hands from the moment we met. Highly recommend!
2023 Hyundai TUCSON review
I've had this vehicle limited fwd edition over a year now and it's still awesome as the first day I bought it. Smoother ride and quieter ride than the Honda CRV or the Toyota RAV4. I love that it has GDI and multiport injection which the competition does not. I also love that it has a regular transmission and not a CVT. This vehicle comes with all the luxuries my old Cadillacs had plus a lot more features. This car has plenty of pick up and go. You just have to learn to push down on the accelerator not punch it. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the small SUV class. Cause believe me I test drove them all, and this was by far the quietest smoothest ride and most comfortable car that I test drove.

CarMax San Gabriel Valley/DuarteReviews
CarMax San Gabriel Valley/Duarte review
So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.
2017 Hyundai TUCSON review
I have a 2017 Tucson which I absolutely love. It has just over 17,000 miles. The ABS wheel sensor is causing dashboard idiot lights to come and stay on. Recalls for that on every year except for 2017. It upsets me why they are not recalling 2017 when this seems to be happening to a lot of people

2017 Hyundai TUCSON review
Overall my 2017 Tucson hasn't given me any major problems. However I would like to know if any other owners have experience, having to change the brake light bulbs every 3 -6 months. I have on several vehicles for 5 plus years but never had had to replace brake light bulb. I really feel like this is some type of defect. Also my turn signal component had to be replaced.

I absolutely love this car!! I've had it almost two years and really enjoy driving it. I have the Ruby Wine Sport. This is my 2nd Hyundai. Previously I had a 2007 Sonata and loved it. It was an awesome Sedan (Frankie Sonata). Just wanted a crossover, I guess! No regrets.

2019 Hyundai TUCSON review
Recently purchased a used/leased 2019 Tucson and wanted a stable safe vehicle. For a single person this compact SUV is great. comfortable ride, enough cargo space for groceries. As a metro driver the gas mileage is on par with other vehicles. test drove a crossover and was not happy with the bumpy ride nor the cargo area. Checked having fun with this car, but it is really an about town for errands car.

2019 Hyundai TUCSON review
I'm very happy with my Tucson. Used car inventory is low. I test drove one on a local lot and liked the weight and handling of the car but it didn't have the equipment I was looking for. I went to Carvana and searched the same model 2019 Tucson, since that is what I had driven. I detailed every bell and whistle I wanted and there was my car and in the color I preferred. 10 minutes on the computer and the car was delivered in 3 days. Total time to receive the vehicle was 10 minutes ! The car drives great. One small (odd) detail I really appreciate is the lombard adjustment on the driver's seat. It is far superior to any I've had. I drive 1100 miles 4 times per year and look forward to my next trip. I also love the Blue Link, 3 year complimentary bonus. I can start the car with my phone and the snow will be melted and car nice and warm in these Michigan winters.

Auto Connections review
Is it possible that a car buying experience at a dealer can be not only painless but downright pleasant? I'm happy to report that it's not only possible but also quite likely to happen at Auto Connections. From the moment Tony and I spoke by phone to the moment he left my home after delivering the vehicle I purchased, his conversations with me were transparent, fair, and, when it came to shopping for a warranty, even in my best interest. He reflects well on the business, and the business reflects well on him—the way it should be.

I bought my 2019 Hyundai Tucson in 2021 from the Dealership as the second owner. It has not given me any issues. I get it serviced when required. It has never had any issues. I feel the interiors are comfortable. I love the butt warmers. I love the vibrant blue exterior. SUV has so much space. When I put my foot down it it definitely not my old 300CC Hemi Chrysler V6 engine but it eventually goes. It feels sporty and stylish. 26mpg on the freeway.

South Bay Hyundai review
The entire team at South Bay Hyundai offers an elite customer experience. Josh, Jermaine, and Cedric made the entire process easy and efficient from start to finish. I work in the auto industry and this is one of the best purchasing experiences by far. They have a great selection of vehicles and were able to get the paperwork and financing done without waiting or sitting around for too long. I highly recommend this store .
2024 Hyundai TUCSON review
I have a 2024 Tuscan XRT .I bought slightly used and now has 17k miles . It has been a fantastic car. Initially wanted the SEL convenience hybrid for the gas mileage but couldn’t justify spending an extra $4-6k to save a few hundred dollars on gas a year. My non- hybrid has gotten amazing gas mileage. Averaging 28-29 mpg mostly stop and go, some highway. Way better than the estimates of 23-28mpg. The EPA estimates are way off ! The Tuscan drives so smooth and so quiet. The 8 speed transmission is amazing! It shifts quickly and so smoothly . The cabin is extremely quiet. I think there is more insulation/ sound proofing than the hybrid versions that try to cut down on weight. You don’t hear any road noise in theTuscan !The suspension is smooth and adsorbs every bump . The most surprising positive is the handling. There is absolutely no body roll and handles like it is on rails! I have owned a lot of vehicles and this handles better than anything in this price range. Handles better than any Subaru, better than the BMWs I have had. Feels like I am driving an Audi A4 which is pretty impressive. The seats are extremely comfortable, the stock radio sounds great, lots of legroom and the passenger and cargo room is amazing. Back seats hold full size adults and the seats recline! The cons. Not very many. The 0-60 could be better. However, it shifts so quick and smoothly you don’t notice any issues with speed/ power. A few reviews say 0-60 in like 9 +seconds . I don’t think this is accurate. My guess is high 7s -low 8 seconds but haven’t tested it. It doesn’t have sports car speed but it sure handles like one. For long drives and a daily driver, I would take the comfort / quietness and handling of Tuscan over a muscle car.

2021 Hyundai TUCSON review
What a nice vehicle this 2021 Hyundai Tucson Limited Edition. Comes with All wheel drive, dual climate control, dual power seats with power lumbar , dual heated seats, heated steering wheel, Sirius radio, power rear lift gate, driving lane monitor, lane change warning system, sport driving mode, infinity 8 speaker sound system, slightly larger engine than the entry level Tucson, brilliant tri-color paint, roof cross bars and sharp looking chrome door handles. Comfortable, not too big, not too small. Acceleration is a little sluggish and gas mileage about 23.Found this slightly used gem with 25,000 miles for a great price

We went in to look at a car we saw online. We were greeted immediately by a gentleman named Arash. He showed us the car but we saw another one we liked better. After a little paperwork we took it for a test drive and liked it. Arash took the time to explain the process as we went through it and in short order we drove off with our new to us car. It took about 1 hours to get what we needed. It didn't seem like a long time. Easiest car buying experience ever.

Norm Reeves Hyundai Superstore review
HI I purchased a 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited last night. I have never had such a positive experience from a dealership. Our salesperson Arthur Ortega was friendly, knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied customers. We began the transaction later in the evening. Arthur and the team, including the vehicle prep team, the F&I team and others stayed late to provide us with a beautiful vehicle that literally had just gotten off the truck an hour prior! We had shopped at 3 dealerships prior to making this purchase. Arthur was giving us tips and tricks about awesome functions the vehicle had up until the last minute! Thank you thank you to Arthur and the team for restoring our faith in the auto dealership experience!

There are some things worth noting. Gas mileage is not great. No where near what it says. Controls are hard to navigate and confusing but I love the phone, GPS, ride, Sirius and other safety features.

Keyes Hyundai of Mission HillsReviews
Keyes Hyundai of Mission Hills review
5 Stars for Keyes Hyundai of Mission Hills I recently brought my 2021 Hyundai Elantra to Keyes Hyundai of Mission Hills after having ongoing problems following an engine replacement performed at another Hyundai dealership. I came in because of a rattling noise and excessive vibration from the engine compartment. What impressed me immediately was that the Mission Hills team actually took the time to diagnose the problem rather than simply guessing at it. They found excessive play in the engine mount, determined that it was causing the excessive vibration, and replaced the engine support/mount under Hyundai warranty at no charge to me. The repair corrected the problem. I was especially happy to discover that several people I knew from Parkway Hyundai are now working at Mission Hills. I had worked with some of these people previously, and it was great to see familiar faces who treated me like a customer rather than just another repair order. Their inspection also uncovered several other issues that concern me following the previous engine replacement, including oil leaks, a previously repaired engine-harness/throttle-body connector, transmission cooler hose concerns, and missing underbody components. Mission Hills documented these conditions with photographs and provided me with a detailed inspection report. Unfortunately, my experience with AutoNation Hyundai Valencia has been very different. After the engine replacement there, I experienced a series of problems and ultimately brought the car back because of the vibration and rattling. I was not satisfied with the diagnosis or the customer service I received there. Another mechanic pointed me toward the motor mount, and Mission Hills subsequently confirmed excessive play in that mount and repaired it under warranty. I’m not claiming that every issue Mission Hills found was caused by AutoNation—the cause of those individual conditions still needs to be determined. But after seeing what Mission Hills documented, I have serious concerns about the quality of the previous work and how my subsequent complaints were handled. The difference in customer service was night and day. Thank you to Ian Archer, the technician, and the Mission Hills Hyundai service team for taking my concerns seriously, properly diagnosing the vibration, documenting what they found, and getting the warranty repair handled immediately. This is the kind of service I expect from a Hyundai dealership. Mission Hills Hyundai earned my future service business. Highly recommended. Special thanks to Ian the service advisor and Hoveck the Service Manger. They have my business from now on. The AutoNation service manager said he was too busy to address my concerns and to come back tomorrow . Bad move Philip Salas !
2024 Hyundai TUCSON review
After trying out dozens of different makes & models (looking for a used, comfortable 1 or 2 yr old car) we found our Tucson on a show-room floor with everything we wanted (except CD player) & paid less than what we were looking at with an older model of anything else! (would have given the car a 5 Star rating for interior, but center counsel is awkward to get into while driving & not quite enough small storage spaces.. other than that.. it's our 1yr anniversary with the car & we're Still learning all the buttons! We bought the car in Janesville, Wisc. The dealerships here in Rockford were pushy & wouldn't answer any questions unless we committed to buying with them. (Stay away!!)

2023 Hyundai TUCSON review
The Hyundai Tucson Limited is far beyond other vehicles in the same class. This car has features of luxury cars in an affordable vehicle, and it looks sharp too. If it had a turbo charged engine it would e out of this world. As it is, the car does lack power, but unless you drive it like a sports car this isn’t a problem. Front heated and ventilated seats, Rear heated seats, park assist, blind spot cameras. If you need it this car has it.

2016 Hyundai TUCSON review
I bought it used in February 2024.In the time that I have owned it I have had no issues whatsoever and it has had all the required maintenance. It currently has between 77000 and 78000 miles. I am the 3rd owner and as long as the proper maintenance is done it is a very reliable vehicle.
