Everyone I interacted with was positive and professional. Seth met me with a handshake when I arrived, and we parted the same way. Anyone can do a good job when things go right, your team made it work when there were challenges. Namely a dead battery and constant rain while trying to detail the vehicle. I was in the customer service business for nearly 50 years and it is easy for me to tell when employees are sincere with their interactions with me. Seth, Carl and Kate were always positive and professional, as was, I assume the used car manager that was on duty Saturday afternoon, but I regret forgetting his name. I will recommend Sheehy to family and friends without reservation and will certainly consider them in my next purchase.

This car has met my expectations 100%. In addition the dealership has been fantastic during the purchase and subsequent routine service visits. As a long time Ford owner I’ve discovered I can get everything I had in my previous cars, plus. My next car will be another Hyundai, and my dealership will be Shawnee Mission Hyundai.
I saw the car I was looking for a good while for a great price at Sullivan’s. Got a prompt response when I called to see if the car was still available and came up from Southern NC. My salesman Brad was awesome in answering any questions I had and even checked in for my ETA the day of to make sure the car was ready at the front of the lot for me to check out.
No hassle at all or pressure in the slightest. Took it out for a test drive and was sold already. The car ran great and was in great shape as described by Brad. The trading and buying process was a breeze and I ended up getting more than what would normally be offered for the car on KBB. The GSM, Mr. Will Sullivan was beyond a class act. Very respectful, articulate, and very understanding. He’s a great guy who runs his business the right way. He took care of our paper work in no time, was extremely patient and willing to explain and address any questions or concerns. A real stand up gentleman. He locked us in a great APR, explained all warranty options and was very transparent and honest on fees and every other small, intricate detail other managers wouldn’t readily share with a customer. I couldn’t be happier with the trading process here.
After everything was signed and ready, Brad personally hand washed and assisted the detailing staff and had the car prepped and ready to go shining in no time. He’s a class act as a salesmen. Highly recommend reaching out to him if you have any questions on anything on their lot. He will respond promptly and do what he can to make sure everything is ready to go.
Sullivan has a HUGE selection and quite honestly, one of the most impressive lot and detailing/service bay you could find anywhere. They are the epitome of good business and honest values. Give these guys a visit, it’s well worth the trip and you’ll be treated with respect and feel at ease with some of the stress that comes with used car buying.

My husband, Donald had called Leckner at King George, Va . Dustin Russell answered the telephone call. Donald told him about several vehicles that we may possibly be interested in seeing when we were passing by on the way to Fredericksburg, Va. Mr. Russell took the information down after talking with Donald and then passed it on to Patrick Cole. When we arrived on Saturday morning , 3/24/2018 Patrick Cole greeted us with a welcoming smile. He asked our names and how we were doing! Upon Donald telling him who we were Patrick immediately recognized our names and informed us that he had been given the information from Dustin Russell. Mr. Russell came over and spoke with us and started working along with Patrick to help us! These young men were very helpful! They were both very polite and ready to work with us! They wanted us to leave that day with a car that suited our needs. We talked for a good long while, test drove several Jeeps. (1) was a 2017 Compass Jeep. (1) 2016 Compass Jeep (1) 2016 Jeep Renegade- Red!) Upon driving the Jeeps, we talked with Dustin and he made us a possible deal.. we thought about it and decided to leave and take care of the business that was necessary and said we would think about it. Several hours later, we returned, asked them the price we could get the 2016 Red Jeep Renegade. With the trade in we were offered and the price they gave us...............WE BOUGHT THE JEEP RENEGADE!! These young men were well informed and new what they were talking about when it came to the Jeeps. Polite, courteous, and very friendly. This car is comfortable to drive and it is good on gas mileage. I bought this car new and it still is fun to drive.
I was searching for a “new” used car, and a coworker suggested Malloy out of Woodbridge. I live in North Carolina so immediately I was discouraged. Nevertheless, I gave them a call and I was happy to work with Kia who assured me that she would get me financed regardless of my credit. Not only did she make good on her word, she even offered to deliver the car to me personally so that I didn’t have to go all the way to Woodbridge! She had the paperwork in hand when she showed up and I drove my car back home, never having to leave the state of North Carolina! My son will be graduating soon and needs a car for college, so I WILL be returning!

This car has everything and more that I could possibly want especially the safety package. Very quiet ride and the blue link feature is great!
My fiancee had wrecked his truck so we were looking for a new one and then he saw a beautiful red F150 that he liked on their lot. We had amazing service for the most part except for the one financer who made some very rude comments toward my fiancee about his weight, which we felt was very unprofessional. But we had an amazing team with everyone else we dealt with the General Manager and our Salesman were on top of helping us accomplish getting our truck. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
2 engine replacements in less than year and a half

This vehicle is a piece of junk do not buy. 2 engine replacements bad hoses and possibly the tranny going already. Only good thing is the free towing for 100k so you can drop this junker off at the nearest Hyundai for repairs.
Malloy Hyundai is an amazing store the sales people customer service was great. I would refer my friends and family to purchase a vehicle from Malloy Hyundai..

I lease the car from Lex, I’ve had it for 2 years now and I’ve had nothing but problems with this vehicle, the car has had 3 gear boxes and still doesn’t work properly, today it got stuck in second as I entered a motorway. I’ve also been locked in the car with my family and I was locked out of the car with my 2 year old daughter stuck inside.
Hyundai have completely dismissed me.
I’m terrified that the car will catch fire and my family will be stuck inside the car.
The staff was very courteous and eager to assist. My salesman Calvin Baker was amazing and knowledgeable about each vehicle I looked at. He was very inviting and eager to assist. The Finance team was great in helping me find the best deal for me and made the buying process so smoothly. The Customer Service Manager, Kia was so helpful and informative and her willingness to answer my questions was greatly appreciated. Rusty (GM) was the absolute best!!!! He made sure I was in and out without incident. I will definitely refer all my family and friends and will also do business here again for myself.

I love the convenience features in this vehicle, and I'm still discovering new ones. The ride is good, and I feel safer in this vehicle than I did in my previous one. The styling is fantastic; I just love the look, and I'm always checking out other brands, but they can't compare. I never thought I'd buy a white vehicle, but when I saw this white Tucson, I was blown away - it looked to me like a sharp tuxedo, only white with black trim. Sharper than sharp!
My husband and I bought a Hyundai today and the staff was great! Norman helped us out and we appreciate that he was not trying to sell us the world but instead worked with our budget and did what he could to get us what we needed. We even had the GM Rusty help us out and answer all of our last minute questions! This dealership is really dedicated to providing a good experience.

This SUV never stops impressing me with the way it handles the weather & terrain that I drive it in & on . I have the Limited so it does a LOT of things others don’t . The headlights moving around the turns & up & down the hills helps me see much better then regular lights have on other cars . I’m handycaped so the comfort of the vehicle has surpassed my expectations. I Love this Tucson more everyday.
Everyone there was so helpful. Everything was super easy, agreed on a price in about 10 minutes. Reggie B was a great salesman and even gave me his cell number if I ever had any questions or concerns with the car. I would highly recommend coming to this dealership if you are purchasing a car. I drove 45 minutes but it was totally worth it!

We had been looking for an SUV that we could just slide in and out without much effort. We have had multiple joint replacements and it's not easy getting in and out of something low or high. We were surprised by how good the ride was in our 2018 Hyundai Tucson! It handles well and has more than ample storage! We especially like the exterior styling! Dollar for dollar, this is an unbelievabley great value! Go for it!
Brought in an internet ad with expectation that this was the price I would be offered. Was dismayed that their initial offer was $6000 more than the internet ad. They finally honored the cost in the ad - seems to be at times combinations of rebates to get the ad. Stay on your price or walk. I was ready to do so until the manager honored the price.

the tucson has all the room that I need,and I love the storeage that it has to offer. love the Bluetooth ,and the usb ports.
A few years ago we purchased a new vehicle from Cowles Parkway; but the vehicle (although not considered a 'lemon') experienced rain leakage (which they repaired) and eventually a cylinder malfunction that required installation of a refurbished engine.
What gives? Brand new vehicles shouldn't have problems.
Although each of these defects took a long time to repair, thankfully Cowles repaired everything. However, during each lengthy repair, we rarely heard from the Service Team so were not kept up to date.
We thought it's their responsibility (their responsibility!) to contact the Customer to let them know what's going on, not vice versa. We had to call a lot and felt very lucky if we were able to talk to someone and find out details.
Cowles Service and maintenance is great, but overall Customer Service and making contact with the Customer is lacking. We realize they're balancing many customers, but a simple phone call letting the Customer know how things are would be very helpful. Why do we need to call them to find out details?

I previously drove the 2006 Tucson and it gave me years of reliable service. The 2017 Tucson is a vastly improved model, with a much smoother ride and features like Bluetooth, charge ports for electronics, options for multiple radio stations and a one-touch system to raise and lower the back seats. The cargo space is much better and more spacious, although the overall dimensions of the car are roughly the same. I can put a piece of plywood in the back deck or comfortably transport five adults. I can split the seats and pack my skis and still have lots of room in the back seat.
I never thought I’d want a Hyundai! I test drove and fell in love with the car! My husband and I checked out a few other brands, but I compared everything to the Tucson. We went back and got it! I absolutely love this car!!!
My wife and I were looking to expand to a bigger vehicle. The Tucson was an easy choice. It’s a great looking design, plenty of seating, plenty of trunk space, and awesome on gas mileage. Couldn’t be happier with our purchase. The only thing that was a downer is the Hyundai 100k mile warranty is non-applicable to the second owner.
