My dad spent hours and hours searching the web for a very nice car at a great price. He found one that was located at a Hertz dealership at Minnesota that was a phenomenal value for a fairly new Toyota Camry, exactly what we were looking for. It was 1000 dollars cheaper than most comparable Camrys. Hertz was phenomenal to work with, getting the car out to us in 1 day from when we purchased it and the car was in phenomenal condition, just like they???d promised us it would be!
John is the best! I came to Hertz in a bad mood but left smiling in my brand new dream car! His positive attitude and willing nature are just a few of the attributes that made John a great salesman. He and Dan worked with me and took the time to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. I finally get to retire my '96 corolla and trade it in for a 2018 model, and I am loving the upgrade! Thanks to John for his contagious attitude and for turning my mood around, and Dan for helping me get a better deal than the one I initially found!
Looked at a lot of cars. Drove a couple at his dealership. Didn't feel pressured to buy. Ended up buying and he is still taking care of little things after the sale. I would recommend him for future purchases.

My wife and I recently purchased a Suburban from Hatchco. We were looking for a Suburban for sometime. We had been to the big guys. We went to the not so friendly guys, we went to a lot of places.
The problems with the big guys are; large fancy buildings that they have to flip the bill for. Who flips the bill? The customers. My least favorite answer when buying a vehicle at any dealer is the dreaded
LET ME ASK MY MANAGER.
I don't know what goes on when they ask the manager, but I bet it looks like a scene from a comedy. The manager daring them to see how long they can keep you there, and betting on how long you have until you break.

We had a very nice vehicle that we traded in at Hatchco.
At the other dealers I would have to sit and dicker back and forth to get them to offer me insult after insult for a trade value.
Hatchco offered a very fair trade value first time no dickering.
The sales team at Hatchco were a buyers complete dream!
Fair, honest, and most of all friendly.
Pricing on Hatchco vehicles is spot on.
We live 60 miles away from Hatchco, and the next time my family or I are looking for a vehicle. I guarantee I will start my search at Hatchco with Morgan.

I have had the best experience ever from the beginning to the end. Landon Puffer was so nice, informative and just a friendly person who won my confidence and trust when making my decision in buying my Forester. I felt like I was talking to a family member about a car and not a salesperson in it for their own benefit. The entire staff was very helpful and welcomed me, my son-in-law and daughter and their service dog Levi.
I am SO happy with our new van!! When we went into the dealership, my husband and I had the opportunity to work with Landon. He was FANTASTIC!! He helped us research some vehicles, including some I had never considered (namely Kia). I'm so glad he took the time to listen to our wants and needs so he could get us into a car that we love! Even a simple tire repair on their warranty program was worth the drive down. Our appointment time was honored, and in less than 90 minutes total, the tire was repaired, their general checkup service was completed and the truck had been washed. Some advice was given on a couple small things to take note on for the future and the work order of completion was signed. No money was asked for, and I was able to leave. I had even been offered a ride to work to my studio, but had set time aside to stay in their comfortable environment. Thank you!
I took my car in for a oil consumption test because I had received Limited Service Campaign (LSC) about a year ago but did not have any oil consumption issues so did not take it in at that time. When Ii finally took it in the time was up to have it checked. Still they ran the test for me at no charge. They also offered me a car wash at no charge, I couldn't do it that day so they gave me a rain-check for it. All the staff where friendly, kind and helpful.
