As a former GM owners we went into buying our next used car with an open mind. I knew Hyundais were known for their reliability and overall value, but until we took this car for a test drive, we weren't really aware of how good theses cars got. It's quiet rides real well gets great mileage...around 42-46 on the highway, mid 30's around town, and being the value edition, it has a ton of features including, keyless entry, DRL, pwr driver seat, pwr windows, locks and mirrors, carplay, heated mirrors, auto dim mirror inside, heated front seats. I could go on and on but this car is great and looks great too. We bought it used a year ago with just under 38000 miles. the bottom line is when looking at used cars check out the Elantra. You won't be disappointed.

I purchased my vehicle new in the summer of 2017. It now has 75k miles on it. It has been very reliable. It still gets great gas mileage (40+) on the highway. Around town is good, too. My wife currently has a 2020 Camry rental. I think the Elantra has a better ride and is more comfortable. I would buy the vehicle again.

I had driven on the Hyundai/Genesis lot to look at a G70. Which too, is a great car. I noticed the Elantra with its super sharp lines and fell in love with the body. I asked for a key and looked it over inside. The 2021 Limited Hybrid had ALL the bells and whistles. Heated and cooled sates, Bose radio, power seat with memory, all digital dash, and on and on. I took it for an extended test drive and fell in love. I still drove the G70 to make sure of my decision. The Elantra limited has all the G70 had except for heads up and auto wipers. Big deal. The car is a super bargain and so far I am averaging OVER 60 mpg per tank. This current tank, I am at 62.1 mpg so far 200 miles into this fill up. I have a thousand miles now and love everything about this car. I am truly amazed by this Hyundai. Never thought I’d own one. Now that I have given it a chance, I am sure I will buy another someday. If you give this Elantra a chance, be prepared to be totally amazed.

Initially it took a little longer than I feel it should have to be acknowledged. However, once someone greeted us and we explained why we were there the remainder of our time spent was smooth. Unfortunately, we decided not to purchase the vehicle. But if something else were to pop up in their inventory we would revisit.

Great little truck overall. Couple of things 1 the top for the small bed leaks 2 do not like the icon dash Board, takes your eyes off the road too much 3 too much hard plastic in the interior

I bought a 2023 and I love the style inside and out. I love the ride, comfort and the features. I love the city mileage but what I don't like is the highway mileage average of about 28 mpg about 10 mpg less than advertised. Multiple times I even drove 20 mph less than the speed limit on the hightway could only get the to 30 mpg. My daughters 22 regular tucson I get 37 mpg. What is going oh here!

Recently purchased a used/leased 2019 Tucson and wanted a stable safe vehicle. For a single person this compact SUV is great. comfortable ride, enough cargo space for groceries. As a metro driver the gas mileage is on par with other vehicles. test drove a crossover and was not happy with the bumpy ride nor the cargo area. Checked having fun with this car, but it is really an about town for errands car.

We purchased the limited edition. It has all the bells and whistles you could ask for. Love driver 1 & 2. Comfortable seats and ride. Love the reclining back seats. Lots of trunk space. Windshield wipers that come on by themselves. So many features! I Love my new car

I bought a 2007 BMW M6 here. Everyone at this dealership will do what they can to answer your questions and work with you. I called on consecutive days to ask about the car, and every time, I was met with courtesy, knowledge, and reassurance about the vehicle. They provided all the videos and pictures I needed as well. The actual sale process was quick, fair, and I'd even say fun! All of my questions and concerns were addressed, they gave me the best price for my trade, and if I haven't mentioned it, the car is AWESOME! My salesperson was amazing! However, I had to return my vehicle (used) a few days later due to hearing noise under my car. It took them over a week to repair my vehicle and initially were trying to have me cover the costs of the repairs despite me just purchasing the car. The Manager approved for them to fix my car free of charge. I was also given a rental, so I wasn?t inconvenienced with transportation.

ONCE THE BUGS ARE OUT OF THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM YES, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CAR. IF YOU NEED OR WANT A TRAILER HITCH FORGET IT UNTILL THEY HAVE A FIX. MY WINDOWS WILL GO DOWN ON THEIR OWN, THE DOORS COME UNLOCKED AND THE REAR HATCH OPENS WHENEVER IT WANTS AND THIS HAPPENS WHILE IT IS LOCKED UP AT NIGHT IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE. THE DEALERSHIP HAS TOLD ME 10 DIFFERENT STORIES ABOUT WHY THEY CAN'T REPAIR IT AND INSTALL MY TRAILER HITCH, THAT I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR WHEN I ORDERED THE CAR. THEY KEEP PUTTING OFF INSTALLING A HITCH EVEN WITHOUT WIRING FOR LIGHTS. I NEED THE HITCH TO CARRY MY WHEELCHAIR AND SCOOTER SO I CAN MANUVER AROUND WHEN AWAY FROM HOME, AS I AM A 100% DISABLED VETERAN AND THE DEALER IN TOLEDO AND PERRYSBURG DOESN'T SEEM TO CARE.

2016 3.8 Ulimate is my 2nd Genesis Coupe, had a 2.0T R-Spec prior, and 3 Tiburon before them, love these Coupes! Fast, great handling, responsive, and unique, bold, and yet subtle design. Very minor criticism, headspace a little tight if over 6 foot, some plastic interior, limited rear passenger space, but then one may consider it lucky to have any at all in a sports car.

Came in looking at a 2012 Nissan Altima coupe. Car drove flawlessly! Interior was fairly clean, considering it’s a 11 year old car, very clean. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to buy a quality used car. The sales team worked hard and made sure to answer any and all questions I had. 5/5 😊

On June 28, brought my car in today for an oil change. I dealt with a Chris Alfinito. I was definitely impressed with his professionalism and honesty. The service on my 2016 CRV was prompt and done expertly. It is incredible that Chris was honest and his dealing and problems that I had were corrected at a very reasonable price and I thought I needed a battery and was ready to expend a few dollars and he advised the battery was fine. Chris is a fine example as why I deal with Hamilton Honda. I have purchased two new cars there and enjoy the free car washes and oil changes. My son will soon be trading in and purchasing a new Honda. I look forward to dealing with Chris again. June 28 was my birthday and the easy and fair dealing, plus my free car wash, was a present in and unto itself. I can't understand why someone would buy and service a Honda anywhere else.

This car punches way above its class. Could not be happier. My last three cars were Acura, BMW, Genesis. This car has more going for it in technology, comfort, and never feel a lack of power when needed. Add in 35+ mpg and I highly recommend.

I was fortunate enough to be able to buy this car when someone who ordered it a year prior was not able to get financing. I bought the limited trim which is incredibly luxurious and my other car is a BMW M440 convertible. It has virtually every feature of a high-end luxury car. It is incredibly quiet and surprisingly quick off the line. It doesn’t seem to get much in the way of publicity, but I find it to be a superior vehicle.

I found my car online at Car Shops website but had no time to visit the Car Shop location. I used the online purchase option to secure the car and finalized everything with Erika at the Glen Mills location. The process was very easy and convenient for a busy mom like myself. I had the option of having my vehicle delivered but chose to visit the Glen Mills location to finalize my purchase. I arrived, signed all needed paperwork and drove off with my new car within 20 minutes. The best experience I've ever had with purchasing a vehicle. I recently purchased a Tucson hybrid 2022. I love it. It is getting around 40 miles per gallon. only need to fill up every 2 weeks now. love all the safety features, the car almost drives itself. lot of room more than expected. Just an awesome car.
